Erika was outstanding. She was very knowledgeable and offered great suggestions. Not to mention, she was very kind and great with our toddler. Loved the experience.

Itd be nice if you were open when youre hours say youre open. There was several people waiting outside. Afyer 15 min we all walked away. This is very poor customer service! Whats sad is all the people were talking about how this is a common occurrence at this location.

Finding the same thing as everyone else on here…is this place permanently closed? I’m here 40 min. prior to their listed close time and no one is here.

This store is not opened according to store hours. Ive come several times during store hours and its never opened

Store hours posted are 11-7 pm on Thursday’s. I’m here right now (1:12) and the doors are locked with lights off.

Richard, I hope you read this, because I want to know how well you did for me. I thought Richard was very friendly, knowledgeable and down to earth. We are both workout enthusiasts and he would tell I was also knowledgeable about supplements, as well. I had some apprehension towards GNC at first, because I am an online shopper, and I look for bargains. I pictured GNC as overpriced. But they are always having sales and Richard and I talked about it. It is a good idea for me to check in periodically to see what is on sale and the deals are really good. But two, get one free, by one get one free, etc. You can save a lot.I got some BCAA powder today, and it was buy one, get one half off. It ended up being a pretty good deal. Richard could tell me all about all of the products and all about the energy drinks. Plus, I get points for purchasing to where I can really save, that way. And there are things I can sign up for to save even more.If Richard didnt know something, he would just tell me. He also said that for certain stores online, GNC will price match. So now Im going to check into GNC periodically maybe once every week or two (it is really close), and hopefully I will run into Richard, whom I consider a new friend. Richard is a great employee and I want GNC to know this.

Dealt with Lauren earlier today and just realized how good this lady was in comparison to the people I dealt with at the vitamins shoppe afterwards. Lauren was extremely knowledgeable, professional and easy to deal with. Just got home and started doing research on the stuff she told me about and everything she talked about is basically going to be the way Ill be going... this GNC deserves 10 Stars!!

Showed up to the store 35 minutes before closing and the lights were still on but it looked as if no one was there and the door was locked. I tried calling with no answer.
