I LOVE these guys. Dr. Wright is incredibly thorough in reading my labs and explains things in a way I can easily understand. She had made a couple tweaks based off my lab results which has me feeling like a champ! Plus she’s pretty hot which doesn’t hurt. ;)My only complaint is communicating with them is challenging. They NEVER answer the phone and take days to respond on their text system. Although it’s been much better lately thanks to Allie.Bottom line: Since first seeing Amber and her team, I feel like I’m 25 again at the ripe age of 46.

So, I get kind of emotional talking about Dr. Jacobs. I have been to so many dr’s and endocrinologists for my thyroid issues over the past 10 years. I know they tried to make me feel better, but my symptoms never went away. Dr Jacobs was the first dr that wasn’t just worried about getting my thyroid in “the normal range”. He focused on all of my issues. He not only got my thyroid working but he also treated the symptoms I was having. I had hormonal imbalances as well as low iron along with hypothyroidism. Because of Dr Jacobs, I can finally think and focus without having brain fog and I no longer have the autoimmune fatigue that was so debilitating for me. I can’t recommend Dr Jacobs enough. I will forever be grateful for what he has done for me.

Kim Stuck is the best!!! I’ve been booking with her for years and would pretty much travel anywhere I needed to in order to have Kim be the one to do my Botox. I also recently had Kim do threading on my neck (mostly under the chin) and I could tell a difference immediately!!!!! I’ll definitely be having her do more threading to give me that instant improvement we are all looking for.

Ive been seeing Dr Douglas for about 4 years now and the whole experience has been amazing. I feel great and hes addressed all my concerns and the supporting staff ( lab, front desk, etc..) have all been great as well.

Dr. Jacobs is awesome, he knows what he is doing. The few health concerns I had, he was able to effectively treat with nature supplements until all symptoms went away.

Dr David Douglas was a Godsend. I had not been able to sleep an entire night for over 20 years. To say I was exhausted was an understatement. While talking with Dr Douglas about hormones, he discovered I had not been able to get sufficient sleep. I explained that I had severe depression and that added to the inability to function well in my day to day life. He was extremely patient while I described my frustration with different medications and their affects. After running blood tests to see my hormone levels, his evaluation of what would work not only for hormone levels, but sleep & depression was spot on. He slowly took me off meds that were not contributing to my overall well being (and feeling) and put me on a dosage of a couple hormones that are taking care of the real problem. I feel better, sleep through the night, feel much less depressed and overwhelmed, and am now at a much more ‘even keel’ throughout the day.

I go and see Jenny Carter every 4 months for Botox for cosmetic and my TMJ. She is AMAZING!! She sits down and listens to every concern that I have. I also go twice a year and have her do my lips! They are beautiful!! And so natural looking! Jenny is the absolute best! She gives me the confidence that I need. Love this girl!!! Go see her!

Beautiful office, the staff are all supermodel gorgeous! So something is definitely working! Dr. Jacobs was thoughtful and deliberate in his recommendations. He uses a very holistic approach, included emotional therapeutic practices, herbs, whole food and behavioral changes. I felt better just being listened to for an hour. I didnt want to go to a traditional doctor and be told to just take a prescription, or that it was all in my head or that I needed expensive tests run. We have done bloodwork and will move forward from there but I was really happy with my initial consultation here and am excited to be moving towards lifelong better health.

David Douglass is awsome. Somebody who really cares. Ive been going here since doctor moody owned it (5+years) and have nothing but good things to say about them. A few people have negative reviews, but then nobody likes paying medical bills. And nobody wants to work for free. My experience with management, billing issues and front desk has been stellar. Issues were fixed immediately. Maybe Im lucky. Thanks Biocrew....

They do have great doctors but BAD management. From the Top is Rob, the so called owner, in which claims he reads emails and responds to it but by coincidence did not respond to our, not only once but twice. We even followed up asking if he responded, but no answer. To that point he assured he replied to all. Billing department acknowledges we have contacted Rob many times. Stopping by the clinic makes no better, they make you sign in and wait forever until we ask how long we will have to wait to then get a reply they are in the meeting. And no calls return like some other reviews I have seen.

I have only participated in a few services that Dr. Jacobs provides. He really stands out as one of the most knowledgeable doctors I have met with. highly recommend him.

Customer service is horrible. Patient record keeping is horrible.I see Dr David Douglas and although I have had a positive experience with him, the staff is in total chaos.I have been waiting on a prescription refill for 2 weeks. The first three times they said they could not fulfill it because I need an appointment with Dr Douglas for my labs and that I hadn’t been there since May. I reminded them each time , it’s January now, I was there in December for my labs review. That would be ok if it wasn’t the same reason I was given the following three times I called in to find the status.Then, when they finally go it done, they sent it to the wrong pharmacy. Now I am still waiting for the prescription.I understand there are new patient hoops to jump thru but every promise of “I’ll text you in 15 minutes when it’s done” “I’ll do it now” are never completed as promised.They put on a very fancy front and have a friendly staff when you are in there, but it doesn’t make up for the fact that customer service and follow thru is terrible.My pharmacy said one time the person from Bio hung up on her mid sentence and then wouldn’t answer or return her calls.

I have been a patient her for 3.5 years. I like David Douglas he is the PA I have been seeing. He is great and does a great job. Unfortunately they are NOT great with customer service. This is not a welcoming place when you come in. Today was the last straw for me. I was coming in to get my blood work for my upcoming appointment. In the past there were no appointments necessary for blood draws. When I got there apparently their policy had changed...they had sent an email. There was no info about the changed policy on their website nor on the email I received reminding me to get in for my blood work. I was the ONLY one there yet they would not do the blood draw and wanted me to make an appointment even though blood work takes 5m and nobody else was there. I am in healthcare and I have patients walk-in often. We ALWAYS work with them and get them treated.I could also discuss how my wife went here and they screwed up her hormones so badly it took almost 12 months to get them correct after only 3 months of the protocol they recommended.I will be finding a new place to go...one that really cares about customer service.Dont worry I will find a new place. One that actually takes customer service seriously.All I hear in your response is excuses....not even a response on let me make this right or an attempt to get me back in. Please all who are looking to go here be very cautious!!

Well, Ive been going here for almost 2 years. Over this last year it seems they really dont need my business. They never answer the phone, dont return calls unless you get upset, dont follow through, and of coarse dont expect your prescription request to be taken care of. My doctor is great, but I dont know what is going on with the office staff. Too busy? or dont care? I dont want to be that B**@# but this is so frustrating!

Make sure they accept your insurance even if they say they do!! After seeing one of the providers for over a year, never receiving an invoice in the mail and asking during every visit if I need to pay a balance I am now being told they never accepted my insurance. I now have a nice bill I’m stuck with. I would have gone to another provider that accepted my insurance.

I have been coming to Bio since 2016. I saw Dr. Jacobs, not very personable, but what he prescribed did help me at first. I felt I was just settling with my care not great, but not awful. Fast forward to this year, I was having some major issues and when I called and left messages for him to call me back....silence, absolutely no response from Dr. Jacobs. I even contacted him through his facebook page- no response. My husband told me to talk to Jessika at the front desk- that is who he always goes to when he needs something because it seems no one else responds back. Jessika is a total GEM! She listened, empathized, and actually encouraged me to stay at Bio instead of leaving all together. I now see Shari, the nurse practitioner, she listens, and has actually helped me, I also realized some of things that Jacobs was prescribing was causing my issues!! I do have to say, I have watched Bio grow the last few years, but they have so much staff that doesnt know what is going on or ever responds to messages. Jessika is really the only reason why I stayed. I hope the company is treating her well, because she is great at knowing your clientele, following through and helps get answers when you have been ignored. I give Jessika 5+++ STARS.

After feeling fatigued for a long time and my regular Drs office didnt have any answers. Was told to check out Biorestoration, so glad I did. I received a very detailed report (after having blood drawn) and Amber explained all my results very thoroughly, feeling much better! Very friendly staff! Great Place. Dr Jacobs is so helpful. Very willing to listen to any issues youre having and provides a variety of methods for you to choose. My TEST was so low when i came here, but the medications provided have helped me feel like a teenager again.

I was referred to this place by a family member.Thinking I would get some answers for health issues. From checking in I was hauled back to a dark room. Never really asked any questions about why I was there the assistant took my vitals. Then Amber came in the P A she seemed like I was wasting her time. Not really friendly or interested in my health. Asked about 40 questions and gave me a laundry list of labs. When I asked her if these would be covered by insurance she said some might and some might not be. She said that the labs can run up to $1500.! I asked her about the labs and Harmon’s replacement she said you don’t really need to them. I felt lost, scared I would pay up to more than I could afford. She didn’t really help me. I would recommend you check your insurance programs before going...! Buyer beware! This place seems overrated and over priced. Going back to my doctor to ask about the 25 labs??

Went here to get a little Bro-Tox and was thoroughly impressed. It was my first time and I was little skeptical having heard horror stories! Guys that wont happen here. Amber was great and did the perfect amount of Botox. She consulted me in what I should do to ensure I didnt lose all of my character lines, which is what I wanted!!!!I will certainly be returned for additional treatments once this begins to wear off!Almost forgot to mention the atmosphere is super clean, and professional! I had an appointment with Dr Jacobs about 6 months ago and it was horrible. Firstly, the office itself felt like I stepped into somewhere that belonged in Beverly Hills...very showey and pretentious.I saw Dr Jacobs shortly after having a major surgery (with an estimated year long recovery) to get help off prescription drugs that were prescribed to me post surgery. I figured since he was a Naturapathic doctor he would be able to assist with a plan and offer some support. As I was crying and explaining my story, I felt he didn’t listen or have any empathy. He instead coldly looked at his computer the entire time and blatantly accused me of being an addict. He then gave me a very expensive supplement list to purchase at the front desk, shook my hand, and walked away. I eventually found another doctor who immediately helped me get off all the prescription drugs and did so with care.Overall, It was very disappointing to be judged and treated so poorly while going through a traumatic experience (and in the beginning stages of recovery from a major surgery). Dr Jacobs seemed to have a huge ego and no compassion or care. What’s interesting is his bio says he’s “empathetic..” and I didn’t experience any of that. The only positive thing at this facility was the front desk staff, who were very kind and welcoming.I’ve never publicly written a bad review about anyone, but I feel I’d be doing a disservice if I didn’t share my negative experience.

Sheri Kimball is awesome and I would give five stars for her! The staff is quite stuffy and they are terrible at returning phone calls or filling prescriptions. Takes forever!

Do NOT go here! I have never been treated so poorly in my life the doctors dont care, all they do is tell you what you think you want to hear and dont help! And you can never get anybody to answer the phone and even when the manager does talk to you she doesnt follow through.

Doctor Jacobs is AMAZING!!! He fixed a botched lipo procedure I had done elsewhere. I was really nervous because of the horrible experience I had somewhere else. But he went above and beyond my highest hopes with his time, care and attention to detail. He is a perfectionist and excellent at what he does. I look and feel fantastic! All of the girls there are really sweet and go out of their way to make you feel comfortable.

I hate having to go form one location to the next for various things, so it’s nice that they have so many services.One of my favorite things I’ve done is get lip filler. Amber is awesome and definitely knows her stuff. She helped consult me on what would be best for my lip shape and was very clear about after care. When I went in to get touched up, I could barely tell that one side of my upper lip was a little lower, but Amber is super meticulous and insisted on making sure it was perfect... loved that she cares so much about her patients and work to ensure that everything looks as good as possible.I will definitely be going to BioRestoration for more services and highly recommend them!

Im actually shocked this place has such good ratings. They processed my payment then sent me an overdue notice 6 days later.??? Girl at counter messed up setting up my appointment. Dr. Jacobs barely looked at me in my visit and was very short with his responses. They sent my prescription to some random pharmacy I didnt have access to, even though I wrote mine in my profile, and it took me several months to get straightened out. Have called them 5 times in the past 4 weeks, NO response. He made me buy a WAY overpriced supplement they sell that made me sick. They are very vauge about where to get labs done, etc.Is this just a front for a supplement company business?

This place gave me my life back. I now have the energy to do the things I enjoy. I had 3 friends recommend this place to me and I would highly recommend it to anyone that wants to live a better life.

I have them a 3, they do a great job for hormone replacement, but don’t waste your time or money into the weight loss programs. They won’t call you back when you have questions and they charged me $199 for info I gave them and they gave me a prescription. I’m really disappointed.....

Dr. Emily Smith is great , she took the time to explain my lab results very thoroughly and seems to really know her stuff, however the office staff is terrible! They are rude and unorganized. Seems like they would rather stare at their phones than do their jobs. Id be much happier and more inclined to reccomend this place if they hired new front staff members.
