As an athlete who trains once or twice daily recharge has been a no brainer. It is the best place to help you preform your best and feel your best. The staff is amazing and they try to make you feel comfortable and I always feel like they genuinely care about my health, performance, and improment!

BUYER BEWARE! These guys are total and complete frauds! My son signed up for their service on June 17, 2020. When you sign up they tell you that you can cancel at anytime but dont point out their contract states a 30 day notice requirement to cancel (which is totally unnecessary and required only so they can make more money). Just know they make it as difficult as possible to cancel. After using their service for two months, my son called to tell them he wanted to cancel his service. After leaving several messages, he finally reached someone and was told he needed to do this on-line. Again, there is no reason they cant take a cancellation request over the phone other than they want to make it as difficult as possible for you to terminate your subscription. It took my son several attempts to get access to his online account. When he finally did get access, he entered the cancellation and the system would not let him cancel. No explanation provided. Apparently he just had to know that he had to enter a date 30 days from now in order for the cancellation to work. This is totally and completely unacceptable. They sign you up and make it as difficult as possible to cancel hoping that you will never get around to it. If they were a valid business providing a valuable service, none of their antics would be necessary. My son started the cancellation process with them in September 2020 and we ended up paying through January 2021. In total, we received 2 months of service and paid for 8 months worth. They are total and complete frauds!!!

I came into Recharge with an injured lower back. I have had ongoing issues with two discs in my lower back. I worked with Justin and he was super helpful and friendly in helping get me lined out. He spent MEANINGFUL TIME to help me feel like he understood my issues and thoughtfully came up with a plan over the next several days to get me back on my feet. For me the personal interaction and ability to ask questions in trying to better understand how to fix and take care of my body going forward meant the world to me. I love the concept and have always felt welcome. Everyone I have come in Justin has made time for me to give him a specific up date and would then give me meaningful direction in how to spend my time in the Recharge facility and what would be most beneficial at home! Great job guys. I would recommend this to everyone who wants to stay healthy and fit no matter the stage of life you are in!!!

I Killed my legs and IT band in a hike yesterday. Feeling great. Staff is very professional. Highly recommend! They were upfront about the month to month and the cancelation in person and 30 days in advance. I appreciate that because most people won’t read the agreement. I got the $59 plan. Worth every penny!

Do not sign up with these scammers! My wife signed up to try them for one month and was told she could cancel at anytime. She went twice and decided it wasn’t for her. She called to cancel after two weeks and was told she could only do that online. She tried repeatedly to cancel online but was unable to do so. She called and emailed but no one was able to assist her. It took several months of being charged before she was able to cancel. To add insult to injury, they charged her another month at the end. Find an honest business and stay away from recharge sports.To their response: I have a copy of the contract. I also have copies of e-mails stating that she wasnt able to cancel online, many of them. It look months before she got the cancelation she asked for. If needed I can send copies of the e-mails.THEY WILL NOT HELP YOU. THEY WILL ENJOY CHARGING YOU MONTHLY WHEN YOU CANT CANCEL.

As an ECNL athlete, recovery plays a huge role in how I perform on the field. I started going to recharge about a month ago, and its probably the best place for me to recover. They provide amazing ways to recover and they are always finding ways to help you recover based on your comfort level. Highly highly recommend!

I’ve been coming to recharge for more than 2 1/2 years. They are excellent!!! They have helped me recover faster from my running and kept me injury free. The staff is fantastic to work with.

I like the services they provide, hate that they make it impossible to cancel a membership when they sell it like you can so easily cancel. We’ve asked multiple times to cancel my membership due to corona virus, and they keep charging our account.

Update: You can see the response from the seller. Ill summarize, we signed up a 16 year old without approval from either of their parents. But its okay because we sent some emails to an unverified email address that were never once responded too. Its been since September. They also claim that their collections agency is somehow not a choice they got to make.Ive attached a picture of the letter from the attorney that was delivered to his mom. I think the fact that their collections company is an attorney gives a person a pretty good idea of how they do business. So in essence they are saying that they got authorization which the never did. The emails were sent to the spam mail folder of my email account. If this company had email confirmation messages that require users to confirm the correct email address is used this wouldnt have ever been an issue. There was never a single phone call made to me or my sons mom. Their claim that at that time they were always getting approval was confirmed to me on the phone this week by one of their employees to absolutely not be true. They may be doing that now but I cant speak to that. What I do know is this company never got authorization. Now they claim since the sent emails and is was last year, that it is okay to take advantage of a 16 yr old. I think that says a lot about the type of company they are and what they stand for. Almost everyone has been involved with a collections company at one time or another but an attorney? $400 plus in fees for a $190 bill. To any somewhat reasonable person that is insane. If you look at all of my other 30+ reviews you will see that Im fair in every single one of them and nearly all of them are 5 stars.Original Review: We are in the middle of a dispute with them right now and so far its not looking great. They allowed our 16 year old sign up for a 6 month contract without getting approval from either his parents. Our son went to recharge during two separate months both of which we were billed for and were expecting. But this week we got a court summons and a bill for $635, of which only $190 was the actual charge for the services. So they are charging $445 between attorneys fees, collection fees, and interest. Im working with them now an hoping they will be reasonable. The person I spoke with at their front desk this week was really helpful and explained that the person that our son signed up with no longer worked there and that they have significantly improved their validation process for minors which may be a good sign for where the business is going but so far their billing people are simply telling us we need to deal with the collection agency. Had we authorized the account we would absolutely accept responsibility but certainly not for an agreement we never made. I understand if the initial response from them it to work with collections but Im hoping that someone will be understanding and get this resolved and that Ill be able to update this with a much better resolution than what Im afraid may be coming.

I developed severe patellar tendonitis and shin splints during high school basketball season, which made it extremely hard to play and even walk sometimes. My trainer recommended Recharge and I was immediately impressed both with the rapid results and their professionalism, competence and concern. The friendly staff made me feel right at home. After several months of treatment, I was back to 100%—something others told me wasn’t possible. I have continued at Recharge for two years to prevent injury, rejuvenate, and recover. Thank you!! Great place to get various soft tissue and other recovery sport treatments. They’re not like a physical therapist it’s meant to be more preventative, but I have treated my own shoulder impingement through their various services after having seen a PT in the past and knew how to treat most of it on my own. They definitely can save you a lot of money.

So I am not really sure what the PT part of this place is like because I have only been here for a massage and dry needling. But, let me tell you, Mike is phenomenal! I am a Massage Therapist with work related issues. Mike is my go to and I refer even my own clientele to him when I cant fix something.

Great place to get professional physical therapy without having to go to a traditional PT office. Pricing is good and you can go as much as you need to get ready for whatever you need to.Staff is friendly and knowledgeable on what treatments they are performing.Being able to go in every day (except Sunday) has cut my daughters ankle sprain recovery by at least half.Great job Recharge!

The best in recovery! What’s so unique about RECHARGE is that you pay a monthly membership and you can go as often as you want. Depending on what package you sign up for, you can actually can get hands on work for the entire month as much as you want. So worth it when you’re an athlete! You have to recover as hard as you train!

This place is AWESOME!! Very helpful and knowledgeable staff and excellent treatment modalities for injury and even just every-day workout recovery. This place is great for any athlete. I play football and I can say without a doubt that these guys have kept me feeling great no matter what. Anytime something on me hurts the staff here has been able to help me fix it.

This place is very awesome! I have a torn muscle in my shoulder and they are very helpful with what should be done and how to ease the pain. Even giving me tips on what I can do at home. The whole team is super nice, and very helpful!!

Buyer BEWARE!!!! The concept of this place is awesome - Somewhere you can take your athletic child that has an injury or just to use the hot/cold tubs and muscle therapy stuff. They are sneaky though - rope you into contracts that are VERY HARD to get out of. The people running this place have zero people skills or customer service skills and were rude and werent even willing to work with us to cancel or see where their advertising needs desperate help. The owner was passing out flyers that stated a $49/month membership but no where on there did it state anything about a contract. I agree with the other reviews about having a hard time canceling and unfortunately without Conrad and Steven - this place wont do well. :( I paid them and wont be back and I can only hope that the money they made on me will go towards improving their advertising and improving their customer service and how they treat customers. :)

Like others that have tried to cancel membership, these guys wouldn’t let us cancel and now for $30 of payment these guys took us all the way to court and I now have to pay $826 in fees and charges. You guys are crooks, and I will do my best to never recommend your shady company. Buyer beware. Horrible horrible horrible company.

Don’t go here unless you want one of the most complicated processes to close out your account. Called on 3 different occasions to cancel, they specified I must be in person. Why? 98% of the country allows you to cancel over the phone. Really disappointed to see this obstacle ruin my entire experience.

Recharge Is the place to let your body RECHARGE hahaha but I would recommend anyone with an injury or just works out in general to come here. A year ago I hyperextended my left arm and missed about 3/4 of the season ever since then I’ve came to recharge and it’s helped my body last through pre season and during.

Would not cancel my account without having to drive all the way out to the facility to fill out a form. They have no option to email the form. They threatened to send me to collections if I stopped payment on my card because they would just keep charging it. Shady, shady business practices. Dont get roped in.
