First and foremost, my three year old loved this park and it seemed like all the other kids there loved it too. My biggest complaint is the prices are a little steep ($15/hr) to keep coming back often and although there are signs everywhere advertising monthly passes they dont actually sell them. If you can get a monthly pass, it seems like a great place to visit, at single ticket prices, its the kind of place I can only recommend for a special occasion.

We had a great time at Airborne. My husband and I both mentioned to each other what a hard worker Rose was. She was keeping the place nice and clean. In the hour I was there I saw her picking up garbage and spraying/sanitizing. I so appreciate her hard work and am happy to see that she takes pride in her job. Thanks for the great experience!

Didn’t allow my kids to use their coupon. Half of the activities were closed, yet still charged full price. And my son brought his own grippy socks but because they weren’t airborne brand they wouldn’t let him use them and made him buy their socks. Not cool.

Definitely would recommend! Last time my kids went to a different trampoline park and got bored. But this park has so much more. Thanks Airborne Draper, and friendly crew member Montana for making it fun and safe for everyone. The kids can’t wait to “bounce back”.

Great place for family fun…. Employees (Emma, Hailee and Lindsay) are great help and pretty strict with rules for safety, which I prefer!! Didn’t know if one guy was an employee or just impersonating with a vest because he had a white shirt and shorts on and the others all looked in uniform! Just noticeable that’s all. Overall WE will be back!

I love this airborne and workers so much all the workers are so nice especially Bryson and josh from Draper. They are both so nice and this ariborne is so friendly, I actually love everyone here so much. Abby is kinda nice but I made out with everyone because they are so nice and have great friends.

Don’t try to use a coupon here…We visited Airborne on a Thursday afternoon. I had a coupon for “buy 1 get 1 free”. The coupon clearly states that it is valid Mon-Thurs only. When I presented the coupon, I was informed they wouldn’t take it due to it being “fall break”. What a joke.

So much fun!!! We decided that we should go as a family for a last minute family activity for my kids 2nd birthday. Nothing as a formal party just a little fun. It was totally worth it! The staff were super friendly and engaging with my kids (2, 4, 12). They were patient with them even when they were being a little rambunctious. I would 100% recommended Airborne in Draper to anyone looking to tire their kids out and having a great time doing it.

Just had my sons birthday party. They were able to accommodate us last minute, the manager came over to hula hoop and juggle while we had our pizza. The employees were kind and made the experience so fun!

Brought the kids here - multiple ages and everyone had a great time. There are a lot of different areas for the kids to enjoy. The staff was awesome with my kids as we were there celebrating a birthday.

Great safe place to let the kids get some energy out while the adults can relax in a massage chair, hang out or even join in. The kids love this place and I have had a bunch of fun bouncing with them as well. Usually the staff is super nice and friendly. Zack was super helpful on the day we went in! The cafe was closed but he was able to open it for us to get some food.

My son really enjoyed the time we spent there it was fun and safe. I’m so grateful for the concern of the children there. I really enjoyed talking to josh he was really funny and just made my day definitely would go again.

Disappointed that there wasn’t anything notifying us that half the park is closed until after we paid full price. I don’t think a grand total of 20 trampolines is worth $15.

I paid for a deposit and wanted a refund because my 11 year old changed her mind on where she wanted to celebrate her birthday. As any kid would. I called asked what can be done was refereed to a 3rd party website to call because they don’t handle it. I called emailed and was told the business needed to handle it.I called this location because I was told the General Manager Chris was the one who handled it. When I called Chris answered the phone and hung up on me. When I called back I asked if he was the general manager he said yes and was rude about me asking about my refund. Not professional what so ever. Especially to be at a place of business managed for kids.

The facility was great! I spoke with a staff member by the name of Montana whom was very friendly and welcoming. Highly recommend.

This place is great. Its always clean and the staff is friendly and helpful. Josh and Zack were very accommodating. My kids have a blast, they stay busy and it wears them out!

We always enjoying coming to airborne! The place is clean and lots of fun things to do for all ages. The staff is very helpful and fun, especially Josh! We will be coming back!

We had a birthday here and they were awesome! McKay made sure that we had everything we needed and even went out of his way to accommodate us. Everyone should approach their job like McKay does. We cant wait to come back for fun and for other parties.

Had a great time with the kids. Unfortunately half of the park is closed for upgrades so there is not to much to do there right now. Overall its still a good time and it wore out the kids jumping for 2 hours 🥴😴. Cant wait for the rest of the park to open.

I don’t know what happened, but last time I came into Draper Airborne it was terrible! The employees didn’t care about messes and they had poor customer service.But this time, I approached the front desk and I was greeted nicely and checked in very quickly!I don’t know if it was a change in staff/management but I like it and I will definitely be back!

We were there with a very large group from one of the local schools. So I think they were a little overwhelmed at the counter. Nevertheless, I think they did a good job of trying to accommodate so many people all at once. It was also very clear that they were trying to be attentive to everyones individual needs. I also admire the cleanliness of the place. I felt sort of safe I think would be the best word for it. It was very obvious that they took a lot of care and keeping everything clean. .

It was so fun! The workers were great especially rose! (the girl with black and purple hair) definitely recommend.

Overall the whole experience was amazing they were very good at taking care of customers. Especially Eric was very helpful at trapeze.

A great place to take kids to play and burn off energy! $14 for an hour for ages 7+. Josh was great with helping out our big group get socks and wristbands for everyone.

Great fun for the kids. I like how they have the section separated by height . Josh is courteous and asked if we were having a good time and suggested trying the obstacles course. Place could be a little cooler (temperature) though.

If you want your kids to play together, I’d recommend going elsewhere. Don’t waste your money here, there are plenty of better options in Utah and Salt Lake County.The reason for the one star review is the “rules” of the place. I get that they need strict rules, but the totalitarianism enforcement is a little much. Their sock czar needs a dose of reality.You are required to purchase their brand, which has no branding, of socks to jump at the park. Okay, sure, I’ll oblige. Even though we brought our own grippy socks. But then upon purchasing your socks, you don’t have any children’s sizes. My 8-year-old and 5-year-old ended up having to wear the same size socks as me. I am a size 12 shoe.Insurance is mentioned as the main reason for this rule, but you can’t tell me my children were safer wearing a grown mans size of socks. But, i digress, I obliged with your maze of sock rules.The bigger issue is the height requirements for each area.We took my 5-year-old for his birthday with his 2-year-old brother and 8-year-old sister. As my children played together, the reason we were here, the manager approached us letting us know my 8-year-old was too tall to play in this certain area. However, my 5-year-old was too short to play in the older kid area.I get this rule, but it should be a rule within reason; and there is none practiced here. As my daughter played dodgeball softly with her brothers and the manager telling me we are breaking their rules, I went through the roof. Sadly, that was the last straw and we left the park early.Heading down to Lindon as the park practices reason and good business and puts customers first, not socks.

My kids are always begging to go here with friends to bounce. Huge area for small kids to have fun without getting run over, medium spot (which is huge), and an advanced area that resembles a Ninja Warrior gym. Very little staff supervision throughout the area, but plenty of parents that are in the variety of sitting areas, and the kids bouncing have always been nice and respectful in the 10+ times we have gone. We love the Two for Tuesday special, and get 2 hours for the price of one. Lots of Fun!

Its a cool place but I felt weird about being bribed to give a 5 star review and mention the employees name for extra time. I decided we would leave our options open because I like giving 5 star reviews, but I wasnt going to give one before using the place. We ended up leaving after the allotted time I paid for because I did not feel this was a 5 star experience.We were told there were only XL socks for adults. Then we were given huge XXL socks, which we were not allowed to try on, and which seemed like they would be a bunching, slipping safety hazard on small feet and trampolines. Then we were suddenly informed we could try on some other, seemingly used socks. In that moment we discovered that the mediums fit us all just fine; we wasted a lot of time on socks. So distracted by socks and having to fill out waivers at the tablets after waiting in line (ergo waiting in line twice) I forgot to ask about deals and no one offered the information up.We noticed prices were higher at this location than the South Jordan location. I could find zero advertisement for the daily deals on the Draper location site so I assumed I could ask at the desk. We decided to risk it for the bigger location (um.... not sure how big SoJo is.... but half this one is closed for renovations and I think the prices should reflect that.) But after all the distractions at the desk we just wanting to get jumping before the place closed. I paid $23 per person on a Wednesday for two hours of jumping for my sons birthday, plus $3 for branded socks with no brand on them. Once we had been jumping for a bit, supervised by a bunch of employees who talk amongst themselves and awkwardly, silently watched us without making their job titles clear (should the employees have some kind of safety officer label on them or something? Why were they staring??) Plus after asking employees hovering nearby why part of it wasnt running (Wipe Out game) and having them say I dont know to which we responded Could you find out? to their credit, they then came back and got it running..... we eventually came across a sign that said Wednesdays: 15 all day play. I went back to the desk and asked why, if they have those deals, I paid $23 per person? The girl at the desk said Well, its actually $20 for all day on Wednesdays. To which I added So if you have signage that says $15, and people who say $20, didnt I still overpay at $23? To which she replied Maybe. To which I replied ....Or..... yes.... because math..... I asked if they could put the difference back on my card and she said No. I could get a manager. How long does that take? *shy giggle* yeah... it can take a while.... I was still on the jumping clock so I said Id write it all down later. And here I am.The winner of the whole night was a smiling, friendly employee to whom I tattled about having watched a toddler (with her mother) pee on the floor before they left the spot (so I guess that happens here). I asked if someone might be able to mop up the pee and that employee did it himself seconds later without hesitation. I dont know what else he does there, but promote that kid.Look, overall its a cool place but I felt a little robbed when I woke up this morning after the experience I had last night, plain and simple.I hope this company will read this review, reach out to me, and help me feel less robbed.

Cost is ridicules it was $72.00 for 2 adults and 2 kids for one hour. Not that much stuff to do kids got board within 30 minutes and had to buy their socks. Staff wasn’t very friendly or welcoming and told my husband he couldn’t jump on a trampoline with our daughter. Bathrooms were not kept up. The whole bounce house in general seemed dirty. Will not be going back and have already told other family and friends to not waste their money.

VERY strict staff. They have only things for kids under 10, otherwise they get mad when you make the mistake of GOING TOO FAST (Is that possible?) Or going two on a trampoline on ACCIDENT, even if your very careful. They are watching and waiting for you to mess up just to call you out. The workers dont seem like they like their job. However, there is fun stuff, just be sure to not feel too bad when the workers call you out.

This was our second time going. It was Presidents Day so I expected it to be busy and it was, however the line took way too long to get checked in. The party check in desk said they would help in a minute but they didnt. There needs to be a plan in place for high traffic days. Other than that it was great my boys loved it and had more fun than last time since people were actually there. We will be back another time for sure.

Awesome place to take the kids and sit to read a book while kids tire themselves out. Abby W and Sydnee A were great and made it a great time for us.

The facility is big and clean which is perfect when you have so many kids running around. This location is great for kids that are about 7 or older but if your looking for a more small toddler or small child friendly environment, then labyrinth in south jordan might be the place you want to go. My 4 year old loves the slides at labyrinth and this location doesnt have any. Each location has its strengths and it really does come down to personal preference.
