Therapists are bullies who try to convince patients to do what they want by forcing their viewpoints. Therapists do not ask why you think or feel a certain way. They just try to shame or guilt you into giving an answer they find acceptable. They do not provide positive coping mechanisms, offer positive communication styles, create a safe space, or help work through issues.

I have nothing but amazing praise to give this office! The Staff goes above and beyond in any crisis situation and always answers questions and moves things around to make everyone involved most comfortable and taken care of. We love their snacks and kind front office staff everytime we go there.They have given a heart back to a very sensitive therapy industry. I consider Melena one of our own family and couldnt have asked for a better Family Therapist! She gives us the tools, leverage and crucial conversations we need to make a tough situation at its best! I highly recommend her and this office!

My daughter and I both see therapists at United Family Therapy and I have been very happy! Aleksandra has been so great for my 9 year old daughter who struggles going between two houses. Heidi has started working with me on Co parenting therapy and I’ve been really happy with her as well. Dealing with these high conflict situations between two parents is so hard so it’s very comforting to know that we are all in good hands!

I have been working with Heidi for about two years. She came highly recommended, and rightfully so. She has experience with and understands standard childhood issues, as well as the more complex issues that can surface in kids with less-than-ideal family relationships. She works well with and is respectful to all parties involved, but is constantly and consistently on the childs side for any conflict or issue that comes up. She supports the kids in learning and developing their own skills and toolsets for dealing with lifes problems, and has been available for added support when kids need it for bigger or scarier or newer things. She also includes interested caregivers in learning what they can do to help support their kids in their development. I recommend her to anybody I know who is looking for help for their kids.

The place was very well set up and the staff was friendly! The counsellor we spoke with helped us have a productive discussion. This place would be especially good for young kids it seems.

I havent personally been here but from what I have heard from close friends the counselor Heidi is manipulative, dishonest and disrespectful. If you are trying to reunify with family she will undermine and delay the process to get additional sessions for financial gain. If you dont follow her rules she will try to destroy your life with the courts. If you go to this facility, for your protection record all the sessions.
