The best therapy experience Ive had. I met with Charity Hotton biweekly over the COVID pandemic and Im really glad I did. Charity had a really nice balance of listening, asking questions, and offering up ideas and therapeutic solutions -- and that balance is hard to come by! Im feeling a lot better lately, but I wouldnt hesitate to schedule a session with Charity again in the future.

I have seen Tiffany for couples therapy and individual therapy. She makes me feel so comfortable always calms me down. Helped my marriage so much! They get back to me quick when I get their voicemail box.

We visited Matt Barkdull. He was an excellent listener, knowledgeable, attentive, empathetic. All the things you look for in a good therapist. It was easy to apply his tools in my every day marriage. We are a better team thanks to our appts with Matt
