The pharmacist Chad provided a terrible experience for my disabled sons covid vaccination. He did not even speak to us. I asked him to wait a moment when he swabbed him with alcohol. Instead he jabbed him in the arm without warning, it spilled all over him.. refilled his needle and jabbed him again. Did not acknowledge what happened, didnt talk to me about side effects, literally zilch. When I complained he said I should have voiced my expectations. Which I did when I arrived & shouldnt have to ask for basic compassion. I asked why he didnt go over anything with me and he said because he heard me reference my own vaccine to someone else so he figured I didnt need info. Do NOT go here! This place is a joke

This place is a joke. I scheduled the wrong date for a covid test and to punish my poor sick kiddo, they had us come 3 different times, and never tested him. Shame on their poor customer service skills. Don’t go here! It was so bad that I’m pulling our family’s prescriptions because they don’t care about my family’s health. When I asked them why this happened, some lady over the phone told me they were doing us a favor by coming 3 different times. Wow!

Rude staff who find it appropriate to embarrass shoppers. Untrained on the registers so a task a simple as printing a receipt is cause for ruckus. No management around and bad stock. I will never return to this store out of principle, the WORST.

Staff is very rude. Anytime I had to shop here, they seemed so impatient and impolite. They looked at customers by rolling their eyes. I don’t understand why Walgreens at this location hired these rude people here, just to embarrass the customers??

Pharmacy is in a great location.Just hope you deal with literally anyone except this one younger female tech. You can tell she hates her job by how she treats her customers. Shes very disrespectful on the phone and in person -- cuts me off when Im talking, talks to me like Im an inconvenience to her just by being there and hangs up when Im in the middle of saying thank you. If she hates conversing with people so much, shes in the wrong line of work.Ill make it a point to drive further, to a different Walgreens, just to avoid the possibility of having to speak with her again.

Stopped in to get an emergency prescription filled. Walgreens is not my normal pharmacy, but it said it was open until 10pm online. So we walk in and start heading to the back when the guy at the cash register says “If you’re here for the pharmacy it’s closed.” I turn around to make contact with him and ask a question when I see that he’s playing on his phone. I say “Oh dang, I saw that it closed at 10pm” He rolled his eyes, kept playing on his cell phone and stated “Not on Saturdays and Sundays. It’s only open until 5.”I work in customer service. I know how one is to be greeted and communicated with. This guy had a horrible attitude, kept his eyes on his phone and rolled his eyes in annoyance, all because we walked into the store. We won’t be going back to this Walgreens again. He could have politely explained the hours, we would have said thank you and been on our way. Instead, we were talked at and corrected disrespectfully.

I have been a customer with Walgreens for over 15 years but this Location has been nothing but issues. I’ve recently moved so my first fill here they delayed the process for no known reason, every 30 days we auto refill but they made me wait for the exact date on my prescription. Now when it’s finally being filled the don’t have my medication available and I have to wait even longer. If someone fills a script days earlier then when it does get approved they should be prepared to fill the entire amount. I’m going to move pharmacies due to the continued issues. The Midvale location is superior in everyway.

I walked into the cosmetic section looking for foundation and that was all. I ended up spending over $50 because the beauty consultant there was really pushy and I need to learn how to say no. And I was pretty clear that I didnt need all that stuff. Im debating whether to return it. Ill call customer service and see if I can return the items. I went in there for $12 foundation and spent $50 and felt pressured to buy. Not fun.

I spent 18 years happily using the Walgreens in Draper on 12300. Great ,personable managers check on customers and are respectful to their staff. The pharmacists and their techs have been awesome. Caring but efficient, staff never makes you feel rushed. Also, if I buy products while waiting on a script, the pharmacy staff is happy to ring that stuff up too. They do not expect customers to wait in 2 lines at the same store! Overall, this Walgreens is very well run.Then we moved near Traverse Ridge, and I started to fill scripts at this Walgreens on 13800.The cashiers have mostly been gracious and professional, but I have yet to even meet a manager. There is an employee in cosmetics who is far too loud talking across lanes and pushy in selling certain products. I now avoid her like I would a clingy used car salesman.I think both Walgreens in Draper should hire more pharmacists and pharm techs. They would make Walgreens more money by expediting transactions and greatly reduce the stress of backups. At the 13800 store, pharmacists need to be more empathetic, helpful, and less grumpy. Unless its rush hour or theres a long in-store pharmacy line, the pharmacy staff should not be allowed to refuse ringing up other items, esp medically related items, forcing the customer to go wait in another line.Unfortunately, our familys 😪 non mail order scripts have very high co-pays. (Yes, I use manufacturers coupons and other ways to lower costs). I must spend at least 1K per month at Walgreens. Im not aware of a VIP program for big pharmacy spenders, beyond points, but maybe corporate leaders should review that opportunity to establish customer loyalty. Unless improvements are made soon, Walgreens will lose my familys business.

Great customer service, with a knowledge of what to buy for specific treatments along with location of product in store. Super clean with a relaxing and quiet experience, encountering numerous clearance sales regularly, and accumulating good rewards for shopping. Usually fast checkout, and parking is close and normally has few cars, and great wheelchair accessibility. Pharmacy is quick and polite but prices are a little high. Love this central location yet off the busy area and building is only 10 years or so old and the grounds are all well kept.

Five stars specifically for the beauty consultant, Jenness Hanson. She treated me better than any beauty consultant at Sephora or Ulta, and she spent so much time with me. She helped me understand the difference between certain products, color matched me for foundation, and gave me tips on makeup application. Overall, a wonderful experience and I hope to run into her again sometime!

Horrible experience with the pharmacy, didn’t even tell me what I was buying before I took it out of the store. Now there is 40$ that I can’t get back because someone’s pharmacy tech can’t do their job. Don’t come here!

I scheduled an appointment online to get a vaccine administered. I show up and the pharmacist says they dont do appointments and dont even get a notification when you make one online. Inflated prices and poor service to boot. Dont waste your time with Walgreens.

I use the drive through mostly and they are always fast and friendly. I have been in a couple times and the prices are competitive. Store is clean as well. Lots of variety for things you may be looking for.

I went here early in the morning, because at the time, the Walgreens website stated that its pharmacy was open at 8. I showed up around 8, and it was not open. So I went to ask two employees who were standing around doing nothing, and I got SERIOUS attitude. Im not sure if they realized it but they looked at me like I was some sort of deranged animal. THEN I got dirty looks by the cashier that was working. It was not a pleasant experience. At all. Im really disappointed. I dont like being talked down to the way I was. It was disrespectful and unprofessional. I definitely will not be going to this location again.

The normal staff was very nice, however, the Pharmacy staff is very rude. They treated me very suspiciously as if I was some sort of criminal or something. Apparently 5 pregnant blondes have a criminal look to them? I wanted to pay cash for a medication since I will be getting a similar medication soon and I know my insurance wont cover both, so I wanted to just pay for this one as it is cheaper. I explained this three different times and they just kept asking why i would want to do that and they wouldnt allow me to. I have never had a pharmacy tell me I cant pay cash for a medication. I cant understand why the hell thats a problem, but apparently it is there. Additionally, i was told I had a refill on another medication so I asked for it to be filled also. She told me to come back and not wait for it. Another oddity... I always wait. Anyways, when I returned, the guy said he had no idea what I was talking about as it was not prepared for me and he didnt even see it on my account. ....wtf??? At this point I was done with them and just told him not to bother with it so I could get the hell out of there. I have loved walgreens, but this was my first time at this location and it will certainly be my last. I will try the walgreens near 123rd next time.

This store frustrates me, at night they shut off the Walgreens sign lights and half of the lights inside to look closed, I have gone to Harmons multiple times thinking they were closed
