This was my first surgery of any kind and I was so nervous. Dr. Fryer, his staff, and his amazing nurses did such a great job answering my questions, making me feel comfortable and we’re always available when I called with more questions. I love the 40pg booklet he provides free on his site that goes over any questions or concerns you may have.I am 1 week post op and feel really good. I am so impressed with his recovery method and feel like he has taken the time to provide the best experience. My incisions are small, I haven’t had any bruising, and my size is exactly what I was hoping for.I will end by saying, I always feel so important when I’m in the office. Everyone is so attentive and knowledgeable, it has been a great overall experience.

Best experience ever Dr.Fryer is very profesional he makes the whole experience very comfortable. It was my first time getting any kind of procedure done so I was a bit nervous but himself and he’s staff reassure you that everything will go smooth and it did. My recovery was only a week long I was able to go back to work with very little restrictions. I received a breast lift and partial reduction from Dr. Richard Fryer. Throughout the entire process he and the rest of the staff at Premier Plastic Surgery were so informative and helpful! I cannot recommend Dr. Fryer enough, he always made me feel comfortable and informed of the process every step of the way. I was also very pleasantly surprised that he never suggested or pushed me to get breast implants as a part of my procedure, he understood what I wanted and was very helpful and respectful. I got a breast augmentation 9 weeks ago and I’ve been waiting to write a review because I have been waiting for the catch. Well, there’s no catch and Dr. Fryer really knows what he’s doing. I’m beyond impressed with how I’ve healed and the look I’ve achieved. I have been beyond impressed with Dr Fryer and his staff. Being a twin mom left my tummy needing some love and that is exactly what Dr. Fryer did. I’m one week post op and already have amazing results, but most importantly my recovery has exceeded my expectations. With his pain management regimen my pain has been completely manageable with almost no narcotics (I only took two oxycodone my whole recovery!) This review is coming from a different perspective and experience with Dr Fryer. I had my first surgery (breast reduction, lift and augmentation) over 8 years ago. Dr Fryer very candidly warned me he was more than capable of doing so much in one visit, but it wasn’t ideal. Coming from out of state, I decided to do it anyway. I had a few complications post-op and he and his staff were easy to get ahold of and always had answers for me. I ended up with a revision surgery about 5 months after the original. The results after the revision were WONDERFUL! I should have heeded his warnings about doing so much at once...he really does know what he’s talking about ladies. Trust him. Now that I am 8 years out from the first surgery, my body has changed (weigh gain, weight loss, and now feeling the best I have felt in decades) I am ready to have the implants replaced and the lift fine tuned. Even though I think I know what I want done, I will follow Dr Fryer’s recommendation and advice to get the best result. Looking forward to seeing them again!

I’m convinced that Dr. Fryer is the best plastic surgeon in Utah. I knew I wanted to use him as my plastic surgeon within 5 minutes of reading his Breast Augmentation Planner. No other plastic surgeon has a 40 page detailed guide on the ins and outs of breast augmentation. He basically answered all my questions in that planner before I even had my consultation. When I met him in person for the first time he was super friendly and had great bedside manner. He spent an entire hour with me explaining to me how everything worked, the pros and cons of different implants, and answered all of my questions. He never made feel rushed or like I was just another dollar in his pocket. He listened to my concerns about going under the muscle and in the end helped me feel confident in my decision to do my implants over the muscle. Surgery day was a breeze and everyone was so professional and made me feel at ease. A few hours after surgery, Dr. Fryer personally called me to ask me how I was feeling. Who does that?! I was so impressed. At my 1 day post op appointment he gave me an adult sized Minky Couture blanket as well. It’s all in the details with Dr. Fryer and he is so detailed in all that he does. Dr. Fryer and his staff were amazing to deal with. They were all friendly, answered all of my questions in depth and made me feel welcome to always call or come in to the office. His pain management plan is the best hands down. I had a tummy tuck with muscle repair, breast implants and liposuction. I only took Tylenol and prescription strength Ibuprofen. I never had to take any of my pain pills or muscle relaxers at all. I don’t have a crazy high pain tolerance level either and I was comfortable throughout my recovery. His pain management method should be implemented everywhere because it seriously works! I would go back to him a thousand times over. I definitely got my body back and am so grateful to him and his team.

Dr. Fryer was fabulous! He did an incredible job of my surgery (breast augmentation) and I am so happy with the results. I loved how he educated us on all the possibilities and the staff was super helpful. I traveled to Utah from out of state to have my mommy makeover done. I did quite a bit of research for doctors in Utah, and overwhelmingly saw wonderful reviews for Dr. Fryer. I also talked to friends who had seen him before. I had such an amazing experience and I’m so glad I went to see him. He did fantastic work. I felt very safe and looked after. Dr Fryer did my Breast augmentation. He didn’t catch that I have a chest malformation which ended up causing my implants to move to the center and the skin to lift off my sternum. A few days later he tried to stuff gauze in between to try to “help”. I went to him for my follow up and he said there isn’t anything he can do and I should live with it until I need them replaced.

I live in Boise, Idaho and I am a few days past my 1 week post opp. Before flying down, I was in constant communication with one of his staff members via email and she responded within 12-24 hours. My plastic surgery experience has been unique and quite extensive over the past. Dr. Fryer was my third surgeon in 8 years and the only one to listen to my needs and explain extensively, mathematically and factually, the medical and aesthetic side of what I was looking for. After the trauma I endured, he not only validated my concerns and desire to continue seeking out what I was looking for from the beginning, he was very honest and upfront about the risks and experience I might have. Upon surgery, he discovered one of my prior implants had ruptured in less than four years, which meant for a more difficult procedure and recovery. Even though this breast surgery was the most extensive I had to date, my recovery so far has been the fastest. I could see a difference in the result even right away and finally, after carrying and nursing three children, and three breast surgeries...I finally feel like myself again and have beautiful breasts. Dr. Fryer and his team were all amazing. I was also very surprised how quickly I was up and moving. I only needed pain medication for the first week. Everyone in the office and surgical center were so nice and made me feel comfortable.

I am a little over a month post opp and I can honestly say it is the best thing I have ever done for myself, thanks to Dr. Fryer. Both myself and my husband researched for hours and hours before we found Dr. Fryer online and booked a consult. We met him and instantly knew, he is the best. I LOVED working with Dr. Fryer. I had gone to multiple consultations and researched countless surgeons. I went in for a reduction and after talking to him (most other offices I visited I saw a consultation rep, not the actual surgeon) for 5 minutes, my choice was made. He was very informative and forward about all the facts and especially the risks. He didnt sugar coat anything or make me think it was going to be a breeze. Its a big procedure and you should know all the information. His staff is LOVELY, I have loved working with everyone.The day of the surgery was nerve racking, but he made me feel very comfortable. I had a really rough time processing the anesthesia after the surgery (it was my first surgery so I didnt know how Id react anyway to it). They saw me the day after and helped me figure out what steps to take so it was an easier process of getting rid of the anesthesia.I ended up fluid build up in one of my breasts a couple weeks after the surgery. I was freaking out!! It hurt and was irritated and inflamed. I called, they got me RIGHT in immediately and Dr. Fryer was there to check on it. We did have to remove the fluid but it was not as scary as I was picturing. It was completely numb so I felt nothing and his nurse was so nice about me being a baby. Its more common than I would have thought to have fluid build up but if you think about it, it makes sense because its new tissue to the area. Dr. Fryer told me all about the risks during my consultation so the fluid wasnt a surprise out of no where.After removing the fluid, the irritation and discomfort was gone! I seriously am so happy with the choice. Mostly because I had a lot of concerns and questions and they didnt make me feel like I was an inconvenience or bothering them by calling them and asking. I called multiple times, at different hours (some after hours and weekends) and it was fine. They really took care of me and I would recommend Dr. Fryer to EVERYONE!!!

I was recommended by a friend to Dr Fryer, and today has been 9 days after the surgery. I am very happy with the results, the post op surgery was very easy for me, and I didn’t feel pain, but instead I felt it uncomfortable, like I had to breastfeed!!! I followed Dr Fryer’s post op instructions, and was extremely pleased with the results. He is honest, and won’t make promises that are unrealistic. I could not be happier with my entire experience with Dr. Fryer! I could not have went with a better surgeon I promise. He actually was the only consultation I scheduled because I was that confident in him and his reviews were already amazing! He seriously knows what he is talking about. He takes measurements and gives you a recommendation of a size and I am so happy I went with his recommendation because they seriously fit my body soooo well! They look very natural with a nice lift which I love. The staff made me feel so comfortable right as soon as I walked in. Heading into my 6 month check up today for my BA. I’m extremely happy with my results by Dr. Fryer. I have narrow shoulders, 5’8” 125 lbs. I was so worried about feeling top heavy or too wide. Dr. Fryer’s method of measuring was amazing! My chest looks so natural for my frame. I can easily hide my chest or show it off if wanted. I never thought I’d go through with the surgery but after nursing my second child for 22 months I was ready.The surgery and recovery were better than expected. Dr. Fryer was so gentle and caring along with his entire staff day of surgery. The anesthesiologist was incredible as well!I’d recommend Dr. Fryer 100 times over! He was so great!

I am so happy I chose Dr. Fryer as my surgeon! My experience was everything I had hoped for! From the moment we had a consultation (it was virtual due to covid) I knew he would be the right doctor for me! I had a few other consultations with other surgeons near by and it just wasn’t the same experience. He took the time to thoroughly explain the procedure, he drew out where my incisions would go and went over any risks. He answered all of my questions without making me feel like I was asking too much. For my pre-op my nurse was the sweetest, I loved her! She helped me choose my size and went over all my instructions for day of surgery. On day of surgery it went so smoothly, the team made me feel comfortable and once the anesthesiologist came in I was asleep and awake again within what felt like a few seconds. My recovery was better than I expected, there really is no pain only pressure and tightness. The first day I was able to call Dr. Fryer himself and ask him any questions on some concerns I had which I thought was awesome to have that clarity. I was able to be off pain killers on day 3! Switching to only Tylenol every 4 hours. Within day 4 I was able to move around and my breast felt great, just had the pressure and tightness which is normal. The only downside was not being able to go to the bathroom due to the painkillers so I do recommend taking the stool softener they recommend you to take, that’ll make the recovery a lot more comfortable! Also I’m 23 years old I got 320 CC in left breast and 350 in right due to asymmetry. The CC sizes will look different on everyone depending your breast tissue, but that is what I went with and I am now a 32 C! I do recommend purchasing yourself a surgical bra on amazon before surgery to have multiple during your one week recovery I only had the one provided for me and at times I wish I could switch it out to wash it and wear a fresh one. I am so happy with my results, my breast look so natural and it’s only the 1st week! I’m so excited to see them fully healed & I’m so happy I chose Dr. Fryer. Thank you Dr. Fryer, Nurses, and staff!

My experience with Dr. Fryer was amazing. I called to make an appointment for a consultation and got in the next day. My husband and I met with Dr. Fryer and were really pleased with how knowledgeable and honest he is. I was borderline needing a lift along with implants but didn’t want one. He took the time to go over the procedure so I wouldn’t need one. My husband and I felt so comfortable with him. He didn’t pressure me into doing anything I wasn’t comfortable with and recommended a size that he thought would be good for my body. I had surgery 4 days later. Everything went great with surgery. I had my surgery and was on my way home 2 hours after entering the OR. Recovery has been easy. There was some pain the first day but nothing that I thought it would be. For being 21 this was my first big surgery and I couldn’t be more pleased with how everything went. I had breast augmentation done on a Friday afternoon and was in a wedding the next day. After nursing my 3 kids, I knew I wanted to have breast augmentation surgery. I was a B cup before and had very little tissue left. I am 3 months post surgery and am thrilled with my results. I recently had an Abdominalplasty with liposuction of the flanks done and I couldnt be happier with the results so far. The entire team took great care of me from beginning to finish and Dr. Richard Fryer does excellent work! I didnt experience a lot of pain post-surgery, didnt have to take many opioids which I am happy about, and today into my 4th week of recovery I am wearing pants that I havent been able to fit into since I was 22, and they are loose. I never expected after 2 c-sections and having 3 large sons that I would be able to have a body like this. Bless you Dr. Fryer! Dr. Fryer was absolutely amazing and nothing but professional. He went through everything step by step prior to the surgery, including any and all risks. I came into the office well researched on what I wanted including sub-glandular implant. Dr. Fryer spent time with me explaining the risks and benefits of both the sub-glandular and sub-muscular implants as well as other medical abnormalities that put me at risk for complications after surgery. By the time I left the office I felt confident in my decision to continue with the surgery but also with the change of my choice of implant; I went with the sub-muscular implant and lift.His office was welcoming, clean, and everyone there was very friendly (from the secretaries to the nurses). We were always called in to the appointments on time or early.The surgery went exceptionally well and everything has turned out beautiful. I joke that it was the best thing to happen to my relationship as my fiance also loves them. I shopped doctors before my procedure and Dr. Fryer impressed me the most. He is professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. He recommended that I get the ultra high profile silicone implants and I am so glad I did! Im a tiny thing, 52 97lbs, and anything wider than the ultra high profile implants would have made me look chubby. These implants fit my frame perfectly and are very proportionate. Dr. Fryer even suggested doing 2 different amounts on each side (320cc in one, 350cc in the other) so that they would be symmetrical. I am so glad that I trusted his professional advise! He is an expert and a miracle worker. I wold highly recommend him!
