Had low expectations but all went super fast. You MUST wear a mask. You check in at a kiosk because there is only one worker. I came super early (they open at 7) so I had a little issue typing in my name because I was still half asleep. Even though there was another person in the lobby, I was called back in 60 seconds. 6 vials drawn. Super nice lady. Done in less tan 10 minutes. But when I came out, there were 5 people in the lobby. Go super early

This place is the worst. Had to do a drug test. No receptionist. Check in said 5 min to be waited on. The wait board showed 11 min for over 30 min. Not on person was waited on in the 39 min I was there. Go elsewhere.

Honestly I read the negative reviews and I was scared but for me it was actually a pleasant experience and I HATE getting blood drawn. I made an appointment a week earlier and I was seen at my appointment time. The staff was super friendly and helpful. Schedule your appointment or be willing to wait a while if you dont.

Really fast service! Chris is very “to the point” and has no time for small talk, but gets the job done. The facility is very clean and has an easy check in process. I was in and out within 10 minutes.

The only good I have to say about this place is whoever the lady was that drew the blood was very gentle and good. Other than that, horrible. Asked for a letter so I can show my work I was their and that seemed impossible for them to do that for me. Also, I saw 2 separate people try and come in and get their drug tests and they was rejected and it was kinda embarrassing. Quick to send them elsewhere rather than help that person get what they need to get done. Not to mention how long it took waiting in the lobby for them to get the paperwork processed when they are sweating us about them closing soon. Maybe if you guys did your job with the paperwork we wouldn’t be sitting in your lobby forever waiting, we don’t wanna sit their any longer. The experience I had here left a bad taste in my mouth for sure.

I think they need to have posted on their website and on their door they NO children are allowed. I came in today to do a drug test for a job that needed to be done on 72hrs. I brought my newborn and daughter and was told in a very rude tone they no children are allowed. I asked how long it may take and the lady said that’s up to you. If I would of know children weren’t allowed I would of tried harder to find a sitter.

They were actually really fast for me. I setup an appointment online for a lab test, showed up early, signed into a tablet to check in, and they saw me very quickly. They took me in before the guy in front of me because I had an appointment. Nice and friendly people.

Something that shops have taken minutes took over an hour to just get in. There were no patients in the lobby and bedside manner doesn’t exist here.I get it. It’s Quest but damn.None of the staff knew how to input the labs my doc requested.If you’re into some comedy, you found the right place cause it was an absolute joke.

I wish there was an option to give 0 stars. Went to go for a pre-employment drug screening and the times they are available to do them and each time the door was locked. Waited 2 hours after going back for the second time and still nothing. Called 10+ times and no one answered. Still trying to get a hold of them. Nothing. Several people were there to do what they needed done and were just as frustrated. Called other locations to see if they could do it and no one answered at any other locations as well. You only have three days to do the drug screening and they are going to be the reason mine expires. So unprofessional. Will be calling higher management to let them know that no one is working at this location.

There needs to be 0 stars available. The wait time is a lie, they dont get updated, and if you wait so long that people with appointment times an hour after you showed up come in guess what, youre getting bumped back. I wasnt even given the option to try to schedule an appointment for my pre-employment screening, I was told I had three days to get it done by the screening company so the only option I had was walk in. Theres several lab techs here but theyre only doing one patient at a time, start to finish, and theres techs just standing around. Do NOT come to this location.

If you have any kind of problems with the paperwork, the woman working right now is very short and impatient, it very helpful at all. I didn’t have any problems with the paper work but some of the other people in line did and she was very impatient and kinda tore them apart in front of everybody.

Horrible service. Sat in waiting room with 1 other person for 15 minutes and no one came to let us know they even knew we were there. I finally knocked on the counter and an employee peeked around the corner and said rudely, “I’m with a patient.” I had no idea. Once we finally were waited on, the questions we had could not be answered and were brushed off.We scheduled appointments online and we’re sent to a Walmart location for testing. Our confirmed appointment emails from Quest said one time, and the printed barcode another. Also the link to our scheduled location in Google maps takes you to their Draper office and not the actual testing site. We arrived at the location only to find it closed. The website contradicts everything we were told at Walmart about where to send the lab orders.Everything about scheduling, logistics, customer service and the website has been complete chaos. Avoid them altogether. This has been an investment of many hours scrambling for a simple appointment.

As soon as I completed my lab work I called the regional Mgr. This appointment was textbook and I couldnt be more pleased! Jamie was cheerful and knew about Jason Health so the information was already in the computer. I was in the chair and drawn within minutes of arriving: I FELT NOTHING. Thats a beautiful Phlebotomist! I couldnt have gone to a better office for my business. Should I need any future labs, I know where I will come. Thank You!

If I could rate this location with 0 stars, I would. My partner needed to go do a drug test for a new job and was given an order paper with this location listed on it. At no point did anyone say that he needed an appointment to get the test done, so he showed up at 10am and was told that he needed an appointment, but he could wait to be seen at some point (they told him that it was a 30 min wait). He waited for over 2 HOURS and then left. There was no way to make an appointment online because the website said that there were no appointments available for the next 6 months. Also, they do not answer their phone, so there’s no way to make an appointment that way. This location is terrible and I’d avoid it if possible. Go to their Murray location or a completely different business instead.

Takes about 12 years to get your results. Had to miss my flight to Hawaii because my results werent back even though they promised a 2 day turn around (its been 3 and still nothing).

For a place that does drug tests they sure dont do a lot of them. Apathetic staff that could not be in less of a hurry. Little handwritten signs about things they wont do thats not found anywhere on the website. Absolutely deplorable go anywhere else.

Important to understand a few things if you get stuck using these guys. First, make sure you check their hours. They are only open until 4. I showed up at 4:30 and they were closed. My fault for assuming that they had normal business hours. Second, if you dont have an appointment, those who do will jump in line and you might be stuck there for an hour or more (as I was). Latly, if you are going for a drug screen, then you need to realize that their hours are even more limited than their normal hours. I went the next morning at 7 (when their door says they open), waited for almost an hour, and then was told when they called me up that they dont do drug screens until later and I would have to keep waiting. I was already late for work and had to leave without getting the test done. My problem with them is that there is nothing posted on the door, inside the office, or on the email correspondence that tells you to make an appointment or when the hours are for a drug screen. Would have saved myself driving 20 minutes out of my way, being late for work, and wasting an hour of my day in their office without being able to even take the test if they had the foresight to communicate that critical information in any one of those ways. Ill do my best to avoid this place in the future.

Do not go here. You will leave frustrated with a poorly run and managed establishment. Lets talk about 1) they recommend setting up an appointment. 2 ways to do this right? Call in and set an appointment online. Heres the issue, you call in nobody answers. Doesnt matter if its morning, afternoon, or at closing. They do not answer their phone. Second you go online to schedule an appointment, simple and makes sense, however the scheduling is locked out everyday for as far out as you can go. I then decide to go in and they have a check in process. I check in, it says the waitTime is 60 minutes. Lets try 2 hours and still nothing. This is a true sign of an operation that is poorly managed from top down. Lack of workflow management, poor forecasting to appropriately staff, regardless of Covid worflow should have been adjusted and reforecasted. This is a poor understanding of the customer journey, and a neglect of trying to find customer friction points and looking for solutions to resolve.

I wish there was a zero star rating. The lady working on 1/28/20 at 11AM was completely and utterly rude. Definitely never going there again.

Zero stars!!!! One of the worst customer service experiences ever. I have been trying to get a drug test there for 3 days, but due to plumbing they can’t do the drug test. I tried calling multiple times before going there and no answer. I told the lady there when I went again today that they should answer their phone or update the message machine and she said “it’s too hard to update”. Then she just walked off, left me standing there. Sad that she is able to act this way and treat people this way. We live in an sad world, with mean people! Be the light people, be nice to others, it’s not hard!!!

Surprised to see no reviews after the pandemic hit. Heres what I noticed: All of the waiting room chairs were touching each other, so its impossible to socially distance if theres more than 6 people. On that note, they have stickers on the ground so you can socially distance in line, but youre going to be less than 4 inches from someone sitting down.They didnt have anyone at the desk, so everyone needed to sign in on a tablet. Two big issues right there. First, no one was there to answer patient questions, and I saw a few people angrily leave because they waited for quite a while only to be told that they needed to order their test online. Second issue, nobody was sanitizing the tablet everyone was touching. They had accessible hand sanitizer, but thats only if people choose to be safe.I dont recommend anyone to come here anytime soon if you have concerns with the virus. Stay safe.

Waited 20 minutes just to be told they close drug screenings at 3:30pm. Back the next day at 12:40 and have now been waiting an hour just to pee in a cup. Absolutely ridiculous. Not to mention the waiting room is completely full.

I couldn’t believe how fast they were! The entire visit only took about 10 minutes. The staff was friendly and the equipment seemed nice and up-to-date.

Severely understaffed. The employees are nice, efficient, and knowledgeable, and I did feel like knew what they were doing. So I appreciated that. But other than that, nobody answered or returned my calls, nobody was there to greet me, and it seemed like there was just one person doing everything. Anyway, its fine because I just needed a quick blood draw, but a couple extra staff members would help.

A bunch of students went in for a drug test and the lady there was the sweetest and got us all in! She was very patient and kind, even though we made her stay well over/past closing hours. She was the only one there and I felt so bad for her, though she was great they need more staff to lend a helping hand when things get crazy. Props to her!

Came in to the Draper location for a biometric screening for work. Nice clean place, very polite staff and efficient process. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Checkin process is super easy. They also have a bed for those who prefer to draw blood while laying down.

I want to give them a -0. I have been trying to get a hold of them since Monday, I have been waiting for someone to answer the call, more than 60 minutes waiting is not best practice. This is a horrible, terrible lab. Ill never use them again.

Chris was very professional, efficient, and friendly. I went in as a walk-in and the entire process took 15 minutes.Last year I had an appointment at this location and it took about the same amount of time.I would recommend this location!

Wow. While waiting, we watched a woman walk out of a room holding her bandage with blood dripping down her arm asking for help and was told she wasnt applying pressure (no, its not from not applying pressure, its from an incompetent phlebotomist). Tried to get our labs done but they were rude and very unprofessional when they called the doctors office for more details and then came in and got angry at us and told us to go out in the waiting room. We walked down three doors to our doctors office, got the needed information and learned that the Quest staff had rudely told the nurse she couldnt wait for the doctor and didnt leave a callback number. There wasnt a line of people in the waiting area, there were two staff members on hand, it was a quiet morning. There had only been three patients in the office in the hour we were there. Not quite sure why this particular staff member was so frazzled and rude. Decided to not let them touch my child and went elsewhere.

Worst experience. I drove 30 minutes to get a drug test and I had my infant son with me. The lady at the front clearly saw I had my son and let me check in. After waiting 40 minutes I’m told I can’t be seen because I have my son... I don’t find this ok at all will never be coming here again

We have used Quest a few times and always get great service. The staff are caring and personable. We also like the great savings we get by using Quest rather than the lab in a hospital.

The one office staff that works there is very friendly and nice but she is forced to run the place like a one-man band, she has to check everybody in, do their lab ,process it, then run back out front to check the next person in. The waight is very long do to this inefficient way her employer has decided to run the place. Not her fault and like I said she is very nice and accommodating just very overworked. I wouldnt be surprised if a more efficient lab picked her up quickly. I will not be returning to this Quest location again unless its Staffing changes. I run my own practice and there is no way one person could be expected to run the front desk and the back office as well.

I have been to this facility several times and have always had a good experience. The gentlemen that work there are friendly and professional. My doctor has always gotten my results within a matter of days. I have never had trouble with billing. I would recommend it to anyone!

I have never been to this lab and almost didnt go because of the negative reviews. But my experience this morning was great, and I wanted to share that to provide some balance to the negative reviews. No one likes going to get blood drawn, and I can understand the frustration when people have to wait or phones arent answered, but having more staff available, while it would be awesome, is an issue with the parent company, not just this particular branch lab. I was terrified to have this blood draw, and almost didnt go, thinking to go back to my old lab, but Im glad I went. I went early - about 7:15 am and there was just one person ahead of me, and I only had to wait a couple of minutes. The woman who drew my blood was very kind, which I appreciated; she could have been dismissive when I told her how frightened I was but she was great, and carried on conversation, which helped. Then, when she actually drew the blood it was amazing - I hardly felt the stick or when she changed the vials; it was probably the best blood draw I have had, despite the anxiety. I really appreciated how nice she was to me, and am so glad to have it done. I recommend going early if you can - it was great not to wait.

This is the worst place to get the test done. Chris helped me with my urine test in draper location today. I do not know why that lady is working there. She gave me a horrible service. She was very rude explaining everything. She did not care when i apologized about not understanding something she said in english. Instead of being considered about it she gave a bad look all the time that made me feel she is racist. The reason why i stop by was for employment requirements. I will make sure i tell my employer about that awful experience and encourage my employer not to do business with this test company to avoid any more bad experiences with their future employees specially if they are hispanic or latinos. If this testing company really cares about building a reputation please do not hire people like Chris. Hire people that really love their job and is willing to help human beings.

Ive had blood work done here at least three times and have had no problems at all. The staff have all been friendly and helpful. The bills always came with no surprises. And the results were always sent to my doctor in a timely manner.

They had the worst people skills I have ever seen! I’m sure the prisoners in jail are treated less cold and passive aggressive than I was treated! They also did not properly communicate to when when to come in, and then got mad at me for showing up at the wrong time.

I’m not as upset as I am sad for the employees. I have a hard time believing anyone had a good experience here because for the hour and a half I spent in there it felt like Monday morning the whole time despite it being a Thursday afternoon. It’s obvious that you are the worst part of the employees day and they make you feel like you’re just another menial task standing between them and the end of the work day. It’s just a miserable place.

Unprofessional and demeaning. These employees are deliberately unhelpful and most concerned about taking their hour and a half lunch. They said they are closed between 12 and 1pm, but would not see me after 11:30am. All 3 women I dealt with were rude and emphatic, saying I will not be late to lunch! and talking about me loudly to one another, complaining, while I called my employer to resolve. My employer ordering the drug test sent it to the office but they refused to provide it. They kicked me out at 11:18am to go to lunch. She was so unbelievably snotty and threw away my form! This place should not be allowed to handle any sort of testing or interface as they are incompetent and untrustworthy. She also snatched forms out of my hands in an aggressive manner.

An extremely frustrating process. A 29 minute promised wait became a 2 hour wait without any updated forecast along the way. The staff avoids clients who attempt to request additional information.

My doctor sent me here to get bloodwork done. I called 6 times in 2 weeks to make an appt and no one ever picked up the phone. After deciding to do a walk in and driving 45 minutes to their office, they turned me away because they thought they didnt have enough information from my doctor when in reality it was written all over the documents I handed them. Terrible customer service! Dont waste your time here.

I was hesitant after reading some reviews however was pleasently surprised upon completion of my blood draw. Got there 5 minutes before my appt and automatically checked in with the QR code provided via email. Within 10 minutes i was sitting in the chair having my blood drawn. The woman was very nice and gentle. She hit the spot on the first try and talked to me the entirety of the procedure as i am very squemish around blood and needles. Very pleased with facility as well as staff. Will 100 percent go back in the future.

Wish I could give a zero rating, the lady behind the desk is plain ignorant and obviously does not care about her job or her clients!!! After filling the cup with my specimen and handing it to the lady I turned my back to her realizing my fly was unzipped. She immediately replies turn around and face me or I will refuse the sample, I was too shocked to say anything but this woman has countless complaints why on earth is she still there? Her behavior is beyond unprofessional and I will quit my job before I will be subjected to that type of nonsense again!!!

This was absolutely the worst place I have ever been in. The gentleman at the front desk was not only rude and belittling to me but to others as well. I went in for a drug test during the collection times and was never able to get in. Luckily they provided me a different address to go to to get this done but not without talking down to me. The gentleman also didnt tell anybody that the wait was 2 hours long.

Their reviews were so bad that I was hesitant to go in but this place was great. My doctor sent my blood work over wrong and they got it all fixed for me and I was in and out in 15 minutes with an appointment.

DO NOT GO HERE. MANY ISSUES. First, they faxed my results to a wrong number. Unfortunately, we never found that fax with ALL my personal information and results. Second, I got a bill from them, saying my insurance rejected the claim. After hours of research we found out that Quest submitted the claim with the wrong Member ID AND to the wrong insurance provider (even though THEY HAVE A COPY OF THE ACTUAL INSURANCE CARD). Lastly, they NEVER answer the phones so you have to go in to get anything done. One positive was the kind woman who works there (even though she needs more help).

I came for a drug test and it was my last day to do it because I only had 2 days. They turned me away because their “plumbing wasn’t working”. Now I have to wait 2 hours in Murray for a drug test and miss my classes. Shame on them. Extremely angry.

EDIT: 2 months after my blood draw and three hours after posting a one-star review, I got my results.I paid for a test about two months ago but never got my results. Quest Diagnostics cant find a record of my test and is no longer responding to my messages.

I feel really bad for the one an only technician working today been here 20 minutes and there’s still four others in front of me. Because this is wellness exam, for my husbands insurance, I can’t make an appointment but guess I can wait for hours.

Staff was very unprofessional. When you walk in there is a sign and she. As I started to sign in the staff member was taking a personal phone call and not at the desk. When she finished her phone call she proceeded to tell me that I dont follow directions very well. At that point I realized I realized the sign in sheet is only if you dont have your paper pre printed from home which I had. This older lady was very rude and made an uncomfortable situation even worse. I highly recommend owner/management rehire or retrain

I would not recommend this facility. I needed to have a presurgical drug test. Since I have been in a pain management program for over seven years, the doctor is concerned about the potential of my tolerance potential. The gentleman whom I spoke with was less than helpful and was in fact accusatory in nature. He repeatedly stated What is the doctor looking for? What illegal drugs does he think you are using? What drugs have you been abusing or taking? Even though I repeatedly told him that I dont use illegal drugs, that I only take my prescription meds as prescribed, he was adamant that my doctor wouldnt have ordered this without suspicions.Ill take me business elsewhere and he keep his self righteous attitude and baseless, uninformed accusations. And I suggest that everyone else patronize another facility

By far the worst experience. I’m in the parking lot after taking my drug test today and I just brought my medication in that I had for some questions and immediately the lady said “ We don’t need your medication put that back in your car” in front of the lobby. I was so embarrassed! I was here yesterday as well but it was a 2 hour wait and as the lady was calling people back she was texting on her phone... I’m sorry but after all these reviews and this company hasn’t done a single thing to change it.

My experience was horrible & unprofessional. The gal who helped me chastised me on every move I made, for example: demanded I use the styler to sign in & chastised on how to use it, said I could not bring my water bottle so I put it in the trash & got chastised & she said you didnt have to do that (if I leave an opened water bottle unattended around the public I would not drink from it again, one cannot assume no one drank from it while Im away from the waiting room or a chance of someone putting something in it & it is my decision to keep in the waiting room or put in trash, not hers). After I was done taking a urine test, so to make sure I dont upset her I asked if ok to wash my hands. She said no & that I need to sign my signature using the styler. How gross!! I told her I was washing my hands first. I also washed my hands after signing with the styler in case she has people sign without washing first. The worst experience Ive ever had over taking such a simple test for pre-employment.

Avoid this business like the plague! The oversize technician was childish and petulant, clumbsy, and inappropriate around the children! It took forever to get into a room, and I was happy to leave that place.

The board said it would take 15 minutes for my drug test. I was there over an hour. I had my baby with me and she let another lady take her baby back but told me I couldn’t take mine....then when I went back the lady was very rude.

I called Quest more than 15 times over the course of 3 days (mornings and afternoons). I left a message and they never called back. I dont know whats wrong with them, but if they cant hire someone capable of answering and returning phone calls, I expect theyve got other significant issues. I wont work with them again.
