So first off I’m terrified of needles and I had a very pleasant experience with the lady there! I don’t remember her name but she has an 8 yr old son and was quick, super nice and efficient! I went around 1 and was the only person in there. Was skeptical due to reviews so that’s why I had to write this since I personally would go back!

An FYI- this location closes at 3 like the others. However, it was the most painless blood draw I’ve ever gotten, and I was seen right away. I really appreciated that they thoroughly searched for a vein before instead of poking me a bunch of times or digging around. Happy I drove to this location from SLC, they’re the best!

I can only give three stars. This lab closes at 3pm. Google has the closing time at 4:30. In talking with the staff about this timing error, they say they have requested Google to correct the error. But Google has been difficult to work with and has not changed the closing time to 3pm. Someone only gets three stars. LabCorp or Google???🤷‍♂️

Best lab around!!! Nicole is amazing! She’s fast, friendly and gets the vein every time. While chatting, I hardly know she’s taking blood. The online check in is very convenient too!

After reading other reviews I was nervous to come here, but my experience was very positive! There was only 1 person in line ahead of me and the wait time was about 20 minutes. I deducted a star because it looked like there was only one worker in the entire office, and she was running the front desk and doing labs so the 5 people who came in after me may have a longer wait.For anyone struggling to find the location, you can use What 3 Words and input indoor.hosts.shack to go to the correct door. Then walk straight to the elevator, 2nd floor, then left and another left.

Showed up at 3, thinking I had an hour and a half to spare per the hours on Google. As I was walking up to the door, the worker rushed over and locked it, telling me they were closed and Google was wrong, that all locations close at 3.

I actually had a really good visit. My mom told me to expect a long wait, but I got there around 8:00 am and there was no wait!The lady who took my blood was friendly and professional. I saw that they would let you leave and call you when the time came for you to be helped, but I didn’t need to do that, as I was the only person in the waiting room!

Really quick and easy! I had made an appointment and was in and out before my appointment time!Appreciate the other reviews for directions on how to get to Labcorp otherwise I would have had a difficult time finding it- Emergency entrance then on the second floor

The technician who drew my blood today was AMAZING. I walked in terrified (not a needle fan). She was patient with me but amazingly fast at doing the blood draw. If I ever have to get blood drawn again she’s the only person I will allow to do it! The location I would not have known where to go had it not been in previous reviews. (Emergency entrance of hospital and on the second floor)

I didn’t have an appointment, but got there right at 8am and was in and out in about 10-15 minutes, even with two people ahead of me. Very personable, professional, and efficient.

Unbelievable, set up an appointment and took PTO to get labs done and when I get here at 2:00 in the afternoon they have a sign up saying they are out for a lunch break.... at 2 PM in the afternoon. Why allow for appointments if you arent going to be open during the time of the appointment. The appointment confirmation told me to check in online and wait in my car till I was contacted via text. If I had done that I would have been waiting with no idea that on one was even working since I never got a text message. This was infuriating. Never seen any place of business so disrespectful of peoples time.

Have gone to get my blood drawn at this facility. Both times we were amazing. Perla made me laugh the whole blood draw. Nicole was amazing as well. The whole process was totally smooth. Thank you perla and nicole.

Online they showed they were open the day after Thanksgiving. I even had a scheduled appointment through my work to come. They didnt change their online hours and didnt say they were t doing appointments this day. Now Im going to be out 300 on my health insurance savings for next year.

Hours of operation are wrong online. Closes at 3 pm. Not 4:30. Hurried over after a doctors appointment, to be told they close at 3 everyday.

The worst service from a lab that I have ever experienced. Great phlebotomist but 2 hour wait is ridiculous. Wish I could give them zero stars.

Entrance is on the north side through emergency doors in building 2. Lab tech was quick and efficient, very nice.

If I could give negative Stars I would. Made an appointment and they are out if the office.

Dont waste your time with this place they waste yours ! They cannot simply answer there phone or return messages been trying to get in for weeks for blood tests . Terrible patient care .

Always helpful and pleasant. A terrific technician. I have had blood drawn many times and she is most expert. It is my “go to” lab.

Apparently they close at 3pm and there’s a cranky lady inside that won’t help you with scheduling an appointment or anything else because she’s “off the clock.”

Speedy service, great technicians. However being my first visit, I had no idea where to go. Google maps sent me to the back of the hospital.

I had difficulty finding the lab, which is located within the Lone Peak Hospital. Use the Emergency entrance, then proceed to second floor. Only one friendly, professional employee staff member on a busy Saturday morning. However, I was grateful for a lab open on Saturday morning, and my wait was slightly less than an hour.

Difficult to find. I got here at 3:55 and it was dark and locked... Google says they are open until 4:30. Bit frustrating.

Today was the slowest blood draw of my life. A whole room full of hungry people on a Saturday morning. The only lady thats working here today had no sense of urgency. She typed using one hand. One letter at a time. Fire her or get more help !

After heading here after learning that the Provo location does not drug test on Fridays, the doors were locked a couple minutes before noon because of their 1 hour lunch break was about to start.Fast forward 1 hour later. After waiting 30 minutes after checking in, I proceed with the drug test.I brought my prescription bottle because I it could interfere with the results. Upon informing them of my concerns, I was told if something is up with the test, the MRO (people they outsource to do the testing) would call me.After driving back down to Utah valley, I noticed they typod my phone number on the paperwork. I called them (before 3pm) and it went straight to voicemail and LabCorp didnt follow up, as other people have mentioned here.Why couldnt they have just written down the RX number on the paperwork? Its not like I need to hide what my prescriptions are when Im getting an invasive drug test! How is the MRO supposed to call me if the phone number is wrong?

Update your hours. Super frustrating tosrive over and miss you by1 min! Or answer the phones. An automated phone recording doesnt help us.

This location never answered the phone, nor called me back when I left a message. You can’t set an appointment for this location online, and I couldn’t guarantee that a walk-in would be accepted. What is even the point? Worst customer service ever!

They are currently closed on the weekends temporarily and I dont know when they will resume on Saturdays.

Couldnt even find the place there are no signs on the building so you know where to go so frustrating.
