When I see others having received their glasses the same day, it ticks me off that they didnt do that for me. That was the whole reason that I went with them, to get glasses in an hour. Almost a week and no phone call.They did their disclaimer of... it can be up to 10 days. I wish I hadnt spent money 😕 there if I had to wait

I have been working with Shalesha for many many years and I appreciate her being awesome to work with and willing to do anything at her disposal to make sure I am seeing correctly with my progressive lenses. Dr. Rick is an excellent doctor as well. And would like to thank Becca and the rest of the staff for their generosity and overall friendliness.

I went in over the weekend and needed new nose pads for my glasses. They put on new ones, straightened and adjusted everything and they didnt even want to charge me for it. I was so grateful. Keep up the hard work guys!

Went in and got my glasses same day! Great service from Merlynn and making sure my needs where filled with the best satisfaction possible ! Shalesha was so patient with my 5 year old while I was being seen. Couldnt ask for a better office visit especially with a little running around! 😊 not to mention glasses same day !!

I love this place! The lady (I think her name was Merlyn) that did the tests before I saw the Dr. was not only super friendly, but completely focused on me and my needs. Exceptionally friendly and courteous staff. I asked them to give me the tracking number since I needed them to ship my glasses to me. I live in Seattle in an area with a lot of foot traffic in front of my door so I needed to know what day I needed to stay home for the delivery. Without having to call and remind them the next day, when the number would be available, they called a couple times and left me a message even after the store was closed and they could have just gone home.It also felt nice that they remembered me, and my nickname when I called a couple days later.I really liked the doctor, he didn’t act like he was rushed. I also feel like this is the first eye Doctor who was able to explain why I might be getting headaches from my contacts and what type of contacts would be best for how much I want to wear them.Of course like every other glasses place they offer extra bells and whistles that really hike up the price. I know that poly carbonate plastic as a material does not cost the amount that they charge you extra, but it’s just a way to get more money. I have worked with poly carbonate plastic in the past and it is indeed far superior to other plastics, it has a much higher impact resistance and scratch resistance. It’s an amazing product, but it shouldn’t cost as much as they charge you. No glasses place should even offer other plastics, it just doesn’t make sense.

I’m not one to write reviews, but I couldn’t pass up the opportunity to rave about the staff at the Draper, Utah location. Holy moly. I came in on Friday to have an exam and to get new lenses, as well as my 2 teenage daughters. My husband was called into work and wasn’t able to keep my 3 year old son with him and let me tell you, I was afraid. Haha! He’s a renegade and instead of making it a big deal, I will leave him with a sitter, but couldn’t find one last minute on Friday. We worked it out for the exams where one of us was in the car with him and then brought him in at the end when we were all choosing our glasses and let me tell you, the staff was incredible. They had so much patience for all of my questions, at times where there weren’t any other patients in the office they helped keep my son busy while we talked out options and went through our insurance coverage and all 19238 of my questions and never once did I feel like I was putting anyone out, or irritating anyone. Hand down the BEST customer service we have received in a very long time. Not to mention the Doctor (Dr. Robison)is phenomenal. He’s super friendly, explains everything really well and he’s funny. The service and the care they put into helping everyone that walks through those doors is so refreshing and much appreciated. Thanks so much!!!

To Start Dr. Howes, she is very friendly & knowledgeable. She took her time and explained everything to me. After I picked out a pair of glasses and prescription Sunglasses. I’ve never had , they are a game changer. The Manager was so sweet and nice. Over all a GREAT place to get eye glasses. I’ll be coming here from now on. Thanks for all the care & being so nice.

People were friendly and the optometrist was great; however when it came to billing they were clueless.Accepts most insurance they couldnt figure out Cigna... (They could neither confirm or deny if they accept it)Wont give you an itemized receipt needed for insurance.

I must say that I am so impressed with this eyeglass world location! They are PHENOMINAL. I had made an appointment for my partner at a different location and lets just say we were very dissappointed to say the least. We did not want to go back. We called this location, expressed our concerns to Shelisha - and I have never experienced such great customer service! She was kind, sympathetic, and helped work out all the kinks in order for us to visit them at the Draper location for a follow up.Upon arriving for the follow up and meeting Dr. Rick (I hope I got that right) and his staff, we were instantly put at ease and comfortable. He was beyond patient and understanding. He took time to listen to our issues with the previous prescription and worked hard to make certain that my partner felt better about the new one.Although the quality of care isnt consistent throughout locations, I can tell the company genuinely cares about their customers and have some amazing employees.Thank you again Shelisha and all of the draper staff!

I spent nearly $600 here because I wanted all the bells and whistles including blue light protection. I get my glasses and my optometrist points out that blue light protection in glasses will cast a blue reflection. They lied about doing the blue light protection even though I payed extra for it. Becca is a joke, I’ve already had to do a return repurchase because she forgot to use my insurance on one of the pairs. Literally returning all pairs of glasses to take my money elsewhere.

Amazing service and quality!We walked in on Friday night seeing if we could get my dad some new glasses. We were greeted by warm welcomes and scheduled an appointment with Dr.Rick. Gabi and Shalesha made sure to explain how everything works and my dad settled on two ray-bans (buy one get one free how can you beat that). As we waited for the appointment Shalesha noticed that my dad was having troubles with his existing glasses and fixed it for him. After the appointment, we were told that it may take a couple business days which was completely reasonable. However, I asked if there was any way to expedite it since my dad was going out of town the next day. Gabi stated that they would do the best that they could. Not even 2 hours later I receive a phone call stating that his glasses were ready. We picked them up and now my dad looks like a million bucks! We sure appreciate Gabi, Shalesha, and Dr. Rick!

I came in for my very first eye appointment ever and it was such a lovely experience! My fiancé had been begging me to get my eyes checked for a while... (apparently I’m a scary driver) so I finally went in for some peace of mind. Chance immediately helped me out without having to wait longer than 30 seconds. He was on top of things, so kind, and quick to get me taken care of. Dr. Rick helped me with the actual appointment and was so pleasant to be around. He made me feel comfortable and we found out my eyes are fine, I really am just a scary night time driver. All the lovely ladies who work there, Gabi, Jen, Shalesha, and Hallie all kept me company while I was waiting for things and helped me decide which shape of glasses would look cute on me! Overall the environment was so friendly and comfortable and I did end up leaving with 2 pairs of glasses to just help me out at my computer, and Chris was very quick to get those ready for me. Lovely environment, and a 20/20 experience ;).

Dr. Robison really knows what he is doing. I have been seeing another optometrist for years only to find out that my prescription was dead wrong. Dr. Robison fixed that and explained everything to me. I havent been able to wear contacts for years and he even put me in a pair that kind of work. The staff is friendly and helpful. Lots of glasses to choose from, unlike other places that have maybe 40 to choose from. So glad I went here for an eyeglass appointment!

Yes, very friendly staff but in particularly It was in a time of need ..I just got new glasses and I lost them 3 days latter and because I just received them they replace them for free..not only were they’re professional but they where understanding and empathetic to me .. I went in to get my new glasses I bought online adjusted. I dont remember the names of the ladies who helped me, but they were all so friendly! They are following COVID-19 guidelines and everyone was wearing their masks and using hand sanitizer. I am Asian and dont have much of a nose bridge and it took them trying a few different things, but they got my glasses fitting perfectly! Who knew they now make round nose pads instead of those big obnoxious oblong ones?!?!?! Im definitely going to be coming back here to buy my glasses from now on!

I really can’t say enough about this specific location in Draper. My son needs specialized glasses and they have been so kind and helpful and thorough! They have gone the extra mile. We have been patience for over three years now and without a doubt they take such good care of us. I have referred many people and will continue to. Dr. Rick is very knowledgeable and easy to talk to about all Eye concerns. Jen has taken such time with us and always been careful on the details. Marcella and Hallie have been extremely professional and helpful and Shalesha has gone above and beyond. They also have helped my mom who has very limited vision and helped her pick Perfect classes for her. I’m quite surprised in the price we paid for the superior product and customer service we receive. My son has to see a pediatric eye specialist and even his office has asked where we got our glasses fitted and cut because they are such great quality. I really feel like they have cared for us as patients and not just customers.

I definitely loved how quickly we were taken care of here. Me and my husband walked in and the lady that greeted us was GABI she got us right into the exam room right away she made sure the glasses were the right pairs for my husband. I came in today with my friend Tana she was looking for her very first pair of prescription glasses. When we arrived they took out Temperature and explained to us what type of sales were happening. Rhiannon came over after hearing Tana and I talk about prices and which type of pair looked good on her. She helped us pick out two pairs of glasses and helped Tana who is on fixed income. I will definitely come back and order some pairs for me next time.

Ive had the best experience with Eyeglass world. Now that my eyes dont focus so well, I had to break down and get some glasses. Dr. Rick spent a bunch of time with me to ensure we had the prescription just right. Shalissa and the rest of the staff are personable and friendly. They took the time to answer all my questions and provided some great suggestions. I love my new glasses, and Ill be back to get some Rx sunglasses in the future.

I have always had a positive experience coming to the Eyeglass World in Draper. The people who work there are super knowledgable and helpful. Jennifer and Chance were super helpful in getting me a new pair of lenses when I came in yesterday!

Last Friday my eye was in a lot of pain I called a round a few places no one could see me until I called eye world they were full for the day but they made it work so they could see me. I had a pretty serious eye infection and Dr Robinson went above and beyond to make sure my eye would be ok. All of them did from the person that answer my call and made room for me to the Dr. I recommend this place 💯 they are all so friendly and knowledgeable.

I went in to buy to pair of glasses...one for reading one for distance. Jake helped me and was awesome! He was honest about which frames looked good and which ones were a no! I unexpectedly broke my glasses on a Saturday, luckily my sister had referred me here. I heard promises of getting glasses same day so I was hopeful they’d be able to help me. I saw Dr. Rick Robinson, my wait was short and he was very polite and humorous, I then met with Shalesha and Jen who helped me pick out my glasses and find the best option for me. They had explained to me there were some complications with the machine and they would not be able to get my glasses done until Monday, as they are closed Sunday. This was a big obstacle for me as I was very dependent upon my glasses well...for obvious reasons. Their tech Marcella went out of her way to fulfill my order before closing and I was able to pick them up about an hour later! I was shocked and so happy to say the least. I will definitely be coming back. They had amazing customer service, their prices we great, and my overall experience left me wondering why I haven’t ever come here before! Thank you guys so much!

It was totally worth the drive!!! I live in Provo and had originally gone to the Orem facility because it is much closer but did not receive the service as I thought I would & when I walked into the Draper office everyone welcomed me and treated me well. Im not a picky person normally but since glasses arent real cheap and you wear them every day.... I tried on way too may glasses lol...They were very nice and never made me feel awkward about being picky. I had to come back twice for adjustments and I felt really comfortable asking for help. I dont remember my doctors name, but he was sharp and really knew his stuff. Also real easy to talk to. I would definitely recommend them.

I have been going to Eyeglass World for years. A couple of years ago I decided to get Oakley glasses. I loved them. This year I decided to go with Oakley again. When the first pair I picked out was ready for pick up, I tried them on and they was super loose. After going back multiple times to get them adjusted, it was determine that the hinges were defective, and they ordered me a different pair. I picked up my new ones yesterday, and even though they was not as bad as the first pair, these were also loose. I asked if they would adjust them , and the comment was, they are Oakleys, and that is how they fit. We cant adjust them. If this is the case, you probably should not sell them. Or at least warn people before they spend the money. Lost my business for ever!

They were busy but let me know they would be right with me. They were. The young customer service person was very helpful and if she didnt know the answer she found it quickly. The price was much better than expected and the speed with which they got my order in was excellent. Lets see how the service is when I get my order and need further service.

These guys are horrible. They told me my insurance would cover contacts, so I ordered them and then they sent me a bill saying it didnt cover it, after the fact. Dont go here.

Outstanding! By far one of the most customer oriented places for an eye exam. The store manager Shalesha was very accommodating and you could tell that the high standard of her staffs excellence is a direct result of her management and leadership skills. Anyone looking for a optometrist I would highly recommend Eyeglass World, they were friendly and the turnaround on my prescription was the end of the day. Accommodating my busy schedule. Most definitely the type of business deserving of such praise.

I can’t say enough good things about this store and the amazing staff! I stopped by to get glasses for my daughter and an exam for my son. Everyone from Dr. Rick, Tennyson, Jenifer and the whole staff worked very well and took great care of my kids! We needed a rush on a pair pf glass for my daughter before leaving on vacation and the whole team did everything they could to make that happen. Last summer I got my eyes exam and prescription from an ophthalmologist in town, but decided to purchase my glasses from Eyeglass World. This was my first experience wearing glasses, so I didnt really know what to expect. From day one, while some aspects of my vision were clearer, nothing ever looked right. Every time I called or went in, they kept telling me to continue to wear my glasses and give it time. Yeah, and had me do that right up until it was past the point of being able to get a refund or have them replaced. Now, its been 6 months, and my vision is worse than ever. I went in for another eye check today... the glasses were tested and arent even CLOSE (the words of the optometrist) to what was originally prescribed. No wonder I could never see well. Ugh. What a waste. The 2-for-1 deal (plus all of the up-selling) isnt worth it when they dont make your glasses correctly and ill advise a glasses newbie.

The eye doctor is great and very very helpful but the admin. staff is not good. The administrator does not care about what he tells customers and what needs to be done later on. He is only worried about insurance money. My wife and I both had issues with the staff. Some junior girls are very nice but they are not the decision makers. I was told I could get a pair of glasses and 6 months supply of contact lenses. The administrator failed to keep his word. The above review was posted about a year ago. I have further comments to post soon. I was shocked to receive a very bad service a few days ago.

From the office staff to the optometrist, this was a very pleasant experience! They treated me well, made sure to listen to what I had to say, assisted me in figuring out what my insurance could do and I was able to pick up my glasses THAT DAY! This store was recommended from my brother. He swears by this place. So Ive been having eye aches and felt my vision has been getting worse. I went in on Saturday, which was great that they were open. However, I re-arranged my entire day to make sure I was on time, which meant I brought our 4 kids in with us. From the moment we walked in, we were given the worse customer service I have ever experienced. Not only were we treated so poorly, they couldnt call my insurance because my insurance wasnt open on Saturday. No other option was give to me, but to pay out of pocket for everything, and then next time they could try my insurance. No suggestion of doing the exam and running through the insurance on Monday. I asked if I could sign in to my account with my provider and she said no. So we left. After loading our kids back into the car to go home, I went back in to talk with the manager and was basically given zero help. I would NOT recommend this place. Even let my brother know how awful this is. Wish I could get this review everywhere.

Worst experience ever!! The Dr was fantastic but after that, horrible. After an hour waiting to get our information into the computer, we were told that the two for $78 promotion was not in fact do able. We would have to pay Full price for one pair, 1/2 price for the second pair. When we questioned why we were told “that’s just how it is”. So basically there was no way to leave the store with any of the promotions advertised. We ended up paying $100 for eye exams and leaving with no frames. The sales associate was rude, kept trying to up sell us rather then problem solve and listen and most importantly, why couldn’t we get the advertised promotion? Never again.

I went in for a adjustment and gabi helped me fix my glasses, Jennifer had me laughing and the nice young man, named chance opened the door for me when i left. Thank you eye glass world

I would not recommend this place to anyone. The staff does not know what customer service is. They put the wrong prescription in my new glasses and when I went back to get it fixed they told me that my vision changed when I just had an eye exam and everything was the same. Then they looked at the rx and said it was given to them incorrectly but they are the ones that pop it in the computer. I also got contacts from them and I got a lens that had a defect and made the vision blurry and they said it was dry eye but yet the other contact from the same box works just fine. I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere where the staff actually tries to help you.

I scheduled the last appointment of the day. Traffic was thick and I was going to be late. I called to see if they could give me a few more minutes. Nope. Had to reschedule.I scheduled the last appointment of the day again, two days later. As I was turning the corner into the facility the receptionist called. I was three minutes late. The doctor was already gone. I would have to reschedule again.I get it. I was late both times. Thats on me. But three minutes of flexibility doesnt seem like such a big ask.My take is that the folks at this joint are in it for the pay check, not because they care. Ill go somewhere that cares.

Jasmine was really nice and helpful. Everyone else tries to talk you out of getting the frames you want because they are too lazy to do their jobs. Manager got upset with us and made Jasmine cry because we wanted big framed glasses and they didnt want to put the lenses in... We could hear everyone yelling at each other in the backroom over the glasses we wanted.. This place is unorganized and unprofessional. The manager (Shaleesha) conducts herself unprofessionally and treats customers and her employees like trash. Never going back again.

When I got my eyes checked here for my first pair of glasses I didn’t really understand a whole lot about how they worked or why I all of the sudden my eyes had changed. Dr. Robison was so nice and very patient with years and years of experience! I had gotten in a bad accident and suffered a severe concussion which essentially caused my eyes to change slightly and my mind was a bit shot, so I may have asked a few questions multiple times..I go back every now and then for follow ups and he is always the nicest person and can always fit me into his busy schedule.I have found an Eye Dr. for life!

I was in Utah for a couple of months and needed some new glasses. I found a perfect fit in terms of style of frames, customer service and personable eye doctors at EyeGlass World in Draper, Utah. The store manager, Tennyson, was especially helpful as I needed to return for follow up eye exams as my eyes were not adjusting well to the new lenses. He was extremely patient and personable and continued to educate me and work with me until the issues I experienced were resolved. He and his staff created a very pleasant customer service experience. The optometrists at this location bent over backwards to clarify any eye issues I was having until all was resolved. They were courteous, fun and engaging. EyeGlass World will be my go to eye glass provider in the future. I am extremely satisfied with their service and would highly recommend their services.

I thought I would give this eyeglass location a chance as there were several good reviews and only a few negative. Poor choice! Not helpful at all. One pro was the easy online appointment scheduling via the website. I believe the gals name that was “helping” me was named Dee. She didn’t seem to understand insurance or what they could take. I had to ask what the fee would be without using my insurance. I was made to feel like I was a complete inconvenience even coming in. I left without gettin an eye exam and plan to go elsewhere.

I got recommended to come here by family members because they are so kind and are so willing to help you! And also, I got new eye insurance and couldnt continue to my previous places. I got the complete opposite of that. One specific employee, Mackenzy, was very helpful on helping me find a frame but was extremely quick to be rude and overbearing when coming to pay for the glasses. I didnt understand my insurance because it was one thing from my insurance and another from them, Eyeglass World. Without helping and explaining this to me, they were quick to say all we can do is refund you. Just refund and donate the glasses. I had another lady who was kind and gave me options but Mackenzy didnt help any other customers and made her presence be known while lurking and chiming in on any conversation I was having with the other employee. She insinuated I was in the wrong the entire time and put herself first. I did not take the glasses with me because I still didnt understand the charging process. I was told to contact THEIR insurance company to figure out the pricing because they do what the system does and when I call them they will explain it to me. The past eye places I went too would contact their own companies insurance and would further help me.I wont be recommending this place to anyone, which makes me sad because the Optometrist was amazing.

Headache have been plaguing me for a while. I work in the technology field and often work with more than two computer screens at a time. My visit with Dr. Howse confirmed that I have perfect sight and healthy eyes... So, why did I purchase two pairs of Tom Ford eyeglasses!!! The Blue Blocker Technology!!! I also added uv and anti glare. Thank you to The Eyeglass World in Draper for making the process so easy, Dr. Howse, Jennifer, and Shalesha thank you for helping me with my vision. Yes!!! My headaches have not been as frequent!!!

So far this place has been awesome to both my fiance and myself. We went to many places looking for glasses for him, he has a large head and needed wider frame options. We felt pressured, pushed to the highest $$. They had several in the 2 for $79 area and the lense pricing was great for what we needed and at an affordable price. The sales woman was awesome, patient and showed us examples and had personal testimony.A week later I came in for a contact lense and glasses exam. The eye doctor was amazing and she was very personable and listened to my needs. She explained things to me well and i felt taken care of and listened to. I didnt feel like just another number. They set me a follow up and ordered a set of trials for my crazy high rx eye to try out.

Friendly service from Shalesha, she is very knowledgeable about United health insurance and presents me with many options. I have been with them many years and always come back year after year.

My daughter bent my wifes frames. We went in and they fixed them without issue and were very happy to help.

Not Impressed. First their customer service - the employees are only there to earn a pay check, not help people. I was a walk in customer and I soon walked out. Didnt like their attitudes, didnt like their selection of product, nor their price points. I was intrigued by a radio/tv ad but that was short lived.

All I did was go in to see if they could put my lens back in my glasses because I was in that area. The 2 women in the front (jennifer&Mckenzi I think?)just sat and talked badly about another employee the whole time! Not to mention, Mckenzi was extremely rude. Like me being there at all was bothering her. All in all, I was bugged and disturbed in the little time I spent there.

Jake fixed them!!! (both hinges broken,out of state traveling expired prescription) He fixed them!!!

They were totally nice and adjusted my glasses for me. They were the only place that I could find open on a Saturday afternoon.

If I could give zero stars I would. Horrible customer service! GO TO COSTCO!! They’ll save you so much time and money!!!!

So sad we have to walked out, because the bad customer service they have.
