I have been coming here for years for my lashes!! i’ve gone other places when i moved and it just wasn’t the same!! seriously the best lashes around! 🤍

Im not one to write reviews but I think its important that potential clients read my experience.I booked an appointment with Layers n Lashes based off their 5 star review so I like to think that this is an isolated incident, but when considering how I was spoke to on the phone (I wasnt polite either after a while) it makes me wonder if clients who have received poor service are being silenced with threats and bullying tactics.My appointment was at 11:30. When I arrived at 11:15 the door was locked. I called the receptionist and they suggested the tech likely ran to get lunch. Totally fine. I waited around and as 11:40 rolled around I was anxious to leave seeing how I didnt even receive a call or a text that shed be late. I called the receptionist to cancel and she told me I could not cancel without still being charged. I was confused seeing how it was their fault and THEIR tech was late. She informed me that the tech was in an accident but was on her way. I assured her if the tech was in an accident it was going to take some time to finish paperwork to leave the scene and I just wanted to cancel but she refused to let me. The call became heated and I told her I was trying to leave town and needed them done ASAP so I just need to go find someone who can. She counter argued everything I said asking why I wouldnt just reschedule with them if I was going to go somewhere else. I responded by letting her know that I didnt want to come back after my experience. She was aggressive and told me that I was being full of excuses and my excuses are ridiculous. I told her it wasnt her business or not if I went somewhere else and got them done. She persisted and persisted and assured me that if I left I would still be charged.It was now 12pm, thirty minutes after my appointment time and the door was still locked, I became really heated and frustrated at the thought that I was going to be charged at the end of all this. This triggered her and she said Do you understand I have your card information? Do you understand I can charge your card right now if I want? Her threatening me with my card information was my last straw and I left.The conversation ended and I left and called my bank to block any charges from this company in the future. A step I knew I had to take before leaving a review otherwise I have complete confidence they would run my card after seeing this. Im not one to typically get heated or leave a review but Im in complete shock at the way they are willing to speak to their clients, not take accountability for late techs, and threaten the fact they have my card on file. Im sure their service is great and that 99% of clients walk away happy, but this serves as a warning for the 1% that they make a mistake on and dont take accountability for.

Christine does my hair and lashes and shes awesome! Very meticulous with lashes. Gives me good advice on hair and hair products.

Avoid going to Nicole for a balayage... I’ve posted some pics so you can see how bad it turned out. But I went in to have her touch up (& lighten) my balayage. I left with sooo many spots and lines. I asked Nicole for a refund because I’m going to have to pay someone else (who knows how to blend balayages well) and she said she doesn’t do refunds but will blend it for me if I come back in? Why would she not just blend it well the first time around? It’s like she was in a rush and hurt my scalp SO bad. I don’t like when people are quick to get your money but not willing to own up to their mistakes... business owners should know better than that.

Kelly is the best!! I would follow her for miles to get my hair done from her!! (Not in a stalkerish way though 😂).

Wow, Layers & Lashes to the rescue! My previous stylist had stopped doing hair and I was in need of a new stylist. And then I found Nicole at Layers & Lashes who has rescued my hair. Now that I have been to Nicole a few times now, I can see how her talent, skill, and eye for style have made a masterpiece out of my hair...I LOVE it! Nicole has updated my color, cut, added extensions, and helped me learn how style my hair like I have wanted for a very long time. Nicole initially went out of her way to work with my availability and her scheduling to get me in. She is an absolute delight!

Nicole is amazing!!! She’s been working her magic on my lashes for the past 5 years! (I seriously have the lightest, thinnest lashes around!) Not only is she the BEST at what she does but she’s a sweetheart and fun to chat with! Layers N Lashes also gets Bonus for being the cutest Salon I’ve ever been to. 💗

Nicole was AMAZING! After I had filled out my paperwork she brought me to her workstation and filled me on what the procedure was. She was very friendly and wanted to ensure I got the best experience I could. She explained things as she went and allowed me to ask questions. 100% coming back and recommending to friends. Great quality, great price.

I have been getting lashes for years and have experienced many lash artists over the years and am so happy to have found Nicole. She does an excellent job, they always look so full and beautiful yet natural. She is so sweet and I also really appreciate how easy and reliable scheduling is at her salon, which can be hard to find from others doing it out of their home or more informally. Definitely recommend!

After months of debating, I finally decided to get lash extensions, and landed on Layers n Lashes to get my first set. Honestly, Im in love. The classic lashes look so perfect and natural, literally all of my coworkers are shocked at how realistic they look. I didnt want anything dramatic so I am so happy with them. Nicole did a great job AND she has a stellar music playlist while shes working! I definitely recommend!

Love love love this place! Not only is the environment super chill, the stylists are off the chain. Nicole helped me do almost everything in one day. Teeth whitening, eyelash fill, eyebrow wax and tint. We talked about hair extensions and she matched me right then and there. I will definitely be going there as long as I can! Highly recommend.

Very disappointed. My wife went in after having had a major surgery 4 months prior. The one thing she wanted to do after being pretty much bed-ridden for all that time was to get her hair done. Well, that didnt happen. Her hair looked nothing like what she asked for, it was fried, and didnt even get a cut. The worst part about it is the owner was very uncooperative, condescending, and showed zero empathy. We didnt want to go back to the stylist that messed up (for obvious reasons). The owner demanded that we either do that or she would give us a discount to fix it. FIX IT. That should be free. Again, just super disappointing, especially since this was the one big nice thing she wanted after her surgery. Now were paying someone else to fix it. Big disappointment.

My favorite place in Utah for lashes! Nicole makes them look so natural and finds what length is best for your fave! it’s very reasonably priced as well! The studio is so cute too!

I have been going to Nicole for my eyelashes for 4 years now! She does such a great job and they last for so long too! I have moved for school and have had to get my lashes filled by other girls here and there, and nobody ever does as good of a job as Nicole! I definitely recommend get your lashes done by her!!

Horrible experience. The stylist was nice but inexperienced and my hair looked nothing like what I requested. When trying to schedule to fix it (what the stylist reccomended) I was told I was going to be charged full price by the owner. I told the owner that I did not think I should pay to fix what had been done wrong. She disagreed. I told her what the stylist said. She told me that is not what the stylist said and she will be listening to the audio of her security cameras. I told her that is a GREAT idea. After talking to the stylist again, the owner then told me she will fix my hair at a discounted price. No thanks. I would STRONGLY RECOMMEND going somewhere else. The owner, instead of helping the situation made it worse.

I’ve been getting my lashes done by Nicole for years, she does fantastic work consistently and is a blast to spend the hour with. She’s also the only one I trust with doing a natural microbladed brow. Her new salon is the perfect one-stop shop for lashes, hair, microblading, spray tans and teeth whitening! Would 10/10 recommend Nicole & her salon Layers ‘n Lashes.

Do not get your lashes done here. I paid Nicole to apply a master set for a higher rate. She claims to be licensed and have over 8 years of experience. I have had several painful clumps of eyelashes fall out within less that two weeks. I have emailed and texted with the owner(Nicole) who has been extremely hard to deal with. She will only offer to give a free fill(I am extremely hesitant to return) or refund a very small fee to equate to what she calls a basic set. After giving her several chances to make it right, and refund only what it is costing me to have them fixed elsewhere, which is not even half of what she charged (even without including the 25% I tipped) she wont even respond back. The set was done very poorly, causing damage to my lashes and she is not even apologetic. Please save you money and your lashes and go elsewhere.
