Getting permanent makeup from Permanent Makeup Utah was one of the best beauty investments I have ever made. There are many times when I have been complimented on my makeup that people are so surprised when I respond that I am not actually wearing any makeup. I had my eyeliner done by Cinda @ Permanent Makeup Utah over 3 years ago and Ive never had to touch it up. It looks the same as it did from day one! She did an amazing job. Cristianne is such a wonderful teacher! Not only did she teach me in class but she held my hand every step of the way until I passed the requirements from the Health Department. After the initial appointment I told her I wanted a heavier liner but she said “we will fix it later”I tried contacting her through email and phone but I was ignored. Two years later she text me saying “hi this is my new number! Contact me with any problems!”She clearly had my number the whole time but didn’t want to do the complimentary follow through appointment.

Beware - the $50 deposit to save your spot is non-refundable, but this condition is not told to you up front. When I had an emergency and couldnt make it, not getting my money back or not being able to reschedule was a surprise. A replacement person was found to fill my spot, so the time was not lost for them. This person was either allowed to use my money, or Christianne was paid twice. Just not right and unprofessional.

Christianne did my eyeliner. After the first visit I didnt QUITE get what I was after, so at my touchup 4 weeks later I explained how I wanted to build on what Christianne had done and showed her some photos, and she absolutely NAILED it. Her work at both visits was perfect--flawless. Now that its exactly how I want it, I smile a little every time I look in the mirror. The process of getting permanent eyeliner is not exactly fun. But it is SO SO SO worth it, I would absolutely do it again. I cant recommend Christianne enough!!

I had permanent makeup done because I am very allergic to make up, Christianne put A dark brown in between my eye lashes and then Aqua around that. I have had so many compliments, I have not worn any makeup for over two years and I have never regretted it. Every one from my office has had permanent make up and they love it. Cristianne is fabulous! She did permanent makeup on my eyebrows and around my eyes. She did a great job shaping my eyebrows giving them a natural curve and beautiful shape. She filled in between my eyelashes and that has thickened the appearance of my eyelashes. Then she added a line beyond that. The line isnt too thick, but adds more depth to the lining of my eyes than I could get with eyeliner that I put on twice as thick. (And I LOVE not having to put on eyeliner anymore!) It looks natural and really accentuates my eyes. I have gotten a lot of compliments. My best friend went to Cristianne for permanent makeup as well and is very happy with her results. She really does an amazing job, is good at making you feel comfortable, and she is fun and friendly. I highly recommend her!

I had been to another makeup artist and had my lips done. The color faded within a year. I went to Cristianne to try again. I couldnt be happier! My husband now calls me pretty lips =) She even made them look fuller which makes me very happy. The look so natural. I love that I can just put chap stick on and go. I love my permanent eye makeup Cristianne did a great job. However, it was more painful then they claim and on my touch up it didnt go as well. My eye was hurting for hours not my eye lid it was just tender and sore but my actual left eye was watering for hours and it felt like something was in my eye. I waited it out as she suggested but ended up in the ER after hours. There I found out I had a quarter inch scratch on my eye. They gave me special drops but I had to put in my eye every 15 min or the pain would come back. It was not too fun made it hard to sleep. This went on for 48 hrs and my eye took a full week to heal and I ended up with a $800 dollar bill from ER however its been reduced to $300 after insurance but it was frustrating.

Cristianne did my eyebrows and I absolutely love them! I had been so hesitant to get permanent makeup, due to the permanency... but after meeting Cristianne, I had complete confidence. The shape of my brows looks fantastic and shapes my face perfectly. I expressed my concern of the brows being too dark, but the color she chose was spot-on. Having tweezed away most of my brows in my early years, the permanent makeup has significantly lessened the time of my makeup routine while giving my face the frame it needed. I started my eyebrow journey with another permanent make-up artist 8/2013, who operated between UT and Texas. After my first appt she went back to Texas and never came back. I was totally stranded and wanted the work finished badly. I checked with friends, family & co-workers to see if they knew of anyone that could take over. My cousin told me about Cristianne, and after asking my co-workers, one of their mothers had been to her as well, and everyone I asked was very happy with their results. I must say, I was SO nervous to start with someone new. Cristianne gave me great advice in handling the original artist (told me I need to ask for $ back, it worked), and ever since then Cristianne has been so patient with me and my perfectionist ways. Her work is impeccable and she is so understanding and kind, much different than the first person I worked with. This is a HUGE process for a lot of us to go through, and I couldnt have picked a better place to call my permanent make-up home. Thank you!

I had gone to Ms Casper five years previously for permanent eyeliner and it was time for a touch up. I liked her work, so I sought her out again. I made the appointment via her online scheduler, where I had to sign up for the scheduling service in order to make an appointment. I dislike having to put my information on the web too much but if its how it had to be done, so be it. The schedule times available were not convenient if you are a professional who works but I wiggled my own schedule around to accommodate available times. Then I had to pay 1/3 the cost of my procedure upfront through paypal. Yikes! Thats a lot! I did so because I had dealt with her before and if those are the hoops I have to jump through to schedule a service, what choice did I have? I couldnt get anyone to pick up the phone when I called her so it seemed the only option. After scheduling the service and receiving payment confirmation, I made arrangements to have someone come with me and drive me from the appointment, because it hurts and she recommends you take a sedative or pain pill on her website if you are sensitive to the pain and you cant drive like that.I get a text the following Saturday before my Monday appointment from someone I have never worked with before who offers me appointment times with her two weeks out. I replied that I made an appointment with Christianne though the online scheduler already and I dont get a response. Weird.Jump to 9:40 PM (!!!) Sunday night (less than 12 hours before my scheduled appointment! ) when I get a text telling me my appointment cant be kept and asking me to reschedule. I reply that I have already arranged my schedule and the schedule of others to accommodate my set appointment time and I cant reschedule. I get a text back (Obviously not from Christianne, I dont know who it was texting me, they never introduced themselves.) saying that Christianne had a different appointment, that life was busy, that she had moved into a new house recently, etc. I was informed that whomever it was that was texting me doesnt usually work on Sundays so thats why I was getting a late night text, the night before my appointment.I texted back that if my appointment was at a bad time, why wasnt it blocked on the schedule when I made my appointment? Why wasnt I told the Saturday before when they texted me? Would they refund me the upfront cash I had to pay to get the appointment they wouldnt keep?*crickets* No response from the texter after the final exchange.I was so frustrated.Christiannes services are not cheap. She requires people to jump through hoops and pay upfront. Her clients time and money are valuable too and the disregard for both on this occasion was appalling. I dont know who she had texting her clients in such a lackadaisical manner but the business practice was appalling. I wouldnt do this to my own clients in my profession and expect them to stick around!There are others in the valley who also do a great job without the drama, the upfront payment or the rude texts.Clients Beware!
