Jonathan is great! I got a gel manicure from him and he was very personable. My nails have never looked more perfect after a mani. He also gave me great advice that dip Manis would be better for my nails. Will absolutely be back.

Theyre my go to spot for pedicure. They take care of my toenails correctly and so much better than the other nail salons Ive been to.

Jonathan did my Manicure and Pedicure for me and my granny daughter. I had to go back in 2 days after, do to polish coming off. He was very Non talkative do to me not being pleased. He added No chip polish to my nails rather then remove and do them over. Now I have a very mess Manicure. I spent 143.00 here want my money back for my manicure. Tried to post my terrible looking nails, but it is not allowing me.Just leaving Twight Light Nails. Kyle did My Nails over and they are beautiful. He gave me no problem..Honest Guy! I’m very happy now. Ty Kyle.

122819Nail salons come and go and I have only been to a few in our area and usually always once a year with my sister when she comes in for the holidays. We have tried several places but this is her go to place, she prefers this salon and they have been around forever. My sister has acrylic nails and they do a great job according to her and I think she uses the same guy if she can. I only get a pedicure with regular polish and a gel manicure and usually only once or twice a year. Its a small and very busy so making an appt is probably best during holiday seasons. They do a nice pedicure and they are careful and we have never been cut or scratched by the nail specialist. Its great to see them wearing face mask when using the dremel and I wish I would see them on customers as well, when I go in next time I still request one to see if they offer it.I do recommend this salon so far for the basic manicure and or a gel manicure and a regular pedicure I personally do not recommend geek on toe nails, one your toes polish last a long time and for me it caused ingrown nails.I am not able to rate any art nail work done by them.

Love Rachel! She is the only one who has touched my nails in the last few years, she is the best! Her no-chips last for over 3 weeks, she always takes her time and does a phenomenal job.

Ive been coming here for about 2 years now. Best place ever! Rachel is amazing. Shes very talented and friendly. She does my no chip manicure perfect (pedicure too). Recently started getting the dip no chip and lasts FOREVER. The salon itself is very clean and nice. They recently got new pedicure massage chairs! 10/10 would recommend to anyone in this area if you want great service. Rachel & Kyle run a great salon. Bonus: they have a rewards program. Every few visits I get money off!

Love this place!! Rachel is amazing. She’s my go to!! She’s very thorough! I wish they had more amenities like the massage chairs with the phone chargers but they will charge your phone if you want. They have bottled water but don’t offer unless u ask. Other shops in the area have fruit infused water and offer bottle waters. They could work on the amenities but overall I’ll continue to visit this shop due to the quality of work!!

Ive been going here for some time now and I always go back! I live in Westmont now and still go there because of the quality and service they provide me. Everyone is friend but Ty is the absolute best. He always does my nails and give me the best shape and set / fill.

Unwelcoming. Talking badly about customers and making fun of them assuming that the customers do not understand their foreign language. What a shame to have to listen employees badmouth paying customers! Remember that a foreign language can be understood by your customers even if they don’t look like they belong to your nationality.

I have been coming here for 2 yrs now and they always do a great job on my nails. The place is clean, the staff is friendly and they always try to get you in as quickly as possible. I usually go during the day and have never waited more than a few minutes. This is my favorite nail salon (and I’ve tried many).

Amazing. I go to Trina everytime and I always walk out happy. Everyone who works there does a wonderful job. They all say hi and start a conversation with you which is great customer service. I work in the center where Twilight Nails is, so I walk by the store a lot and they always say hi. Def a great place to go for satisfaction and great customer service

I visited this place last night and it was amazing. My nails are perfectly done and I also had the best pedicure ever, the staff are very friendly and help me picking out color that matches my dress. Definitely coming back again.

I used to love this nail salon but a couple months back the staff completely changed and now their service and quality is just terrible.Every time I get something done they get ruined after 2-3 days. The lady that did my nails skipped the whole manicure part and when I called her out on it she said thats what they usually do, push the cuticles back. I regret paying them. VERY POOR QUALITY. SAVE YOUR TIME AND MONEY AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!

I got the French manicure on Wed night. Friday morning I went in because they chipped so terribly- more then I’ve ever experienced and they refused to accommodate me and re do them. I have been a loyal customer for 5 years and I am very disappointed with the poor quality service I just received.

I have been to many nail salons around the downers grove/darien area and let me just say that twilight nails is the best service that I have ever gotten. Staff is extremely friendly and I cannot begin to describe the phenomenal job they did on my nails! They also have a rewards program in which you build up points and receive many coupons for your next visits. I have definitely found my permanent nail place!

Very appalled and disappointed to be refused services at this establishment after being a loyal customer for over a year!!! Shame on you Twilight Nails for taking offense to politely being informed (after my last service) that your no-chip polish change chipped on 5 nails over the course of one week! This speaks to the quality of your product not the customer. Wow!!

This place is under new management (& ownership?) & one of the girls was pulling out an ingrown toenail & she made me bleed. She also used tools that werent clean. I know this because I now have an infected tornail!! The tech said she was sorry, but the owner didnt even care!!! I will NEVER return here!!!

MY FIRST TIME AT THIS PLACE AND PROBABLY MY LAST. I AM NOT FROM THE AREA AND MY NAIL JUST BROKE WHEN I WAS AT KOHLS SHOPPING, THIS IS A NAIL EMERGENCY. WHEN I WALKED IN I FELT I WAS BEING JUDGED FOR HOW I LOOKED AND THAT I HAD MY 5 YEAR OLD WITH ME. THE NAIL WORK WAS DONE VERY NICE BUT I JUST FEEL LIKE THE APPROACH WHEN I WALKED IN COULD OF BEEN MORE WELCOMING. #TATTOEDVETERAN

I went in to get a pedicure and on the phone the said the lowest one was $20 so i booked my appointment i got in there and they looked shocked to see me and to hear i had an appointment they looked so confused it was weird. They said it would be 5 minutes ok thats no problem, 35 minutes later the girl comes and does my pedicure which was just awful she was so unbelievably rude to me and then i told her i wanted the $20 pedicure and she said the cheapest one was $30 and i explained thats not what i was told and she said well i dont know who that was but its $30 so i said ok left and my nail polish chipped 2 days later. So i decided to give them one more chance i came in for an acrylic fill the guy who did it was so nice but not even a week later i had four broken nails i was so upset, when i called to make this appointment i said i have a coupon text from my birthday it expired 3 days ago will you still accept it and they said of course no problem when i went to pay i showed the guy my text and said the girl on the phone said it was fine, they had an absolute fit that i cant be bringing in expired coupons i need to come in at the start and end date and this will never happen again took down my info and said we can no longer send you coupons via text i was shocked i will NEVER EVER recommend this place to someone this salon is a JOKE!!!!!!!!!!

After I prepay for my pedicure of my mom they charge from her double payment. The are not nice and not professional! Only found in a good location that it!

This place has went downhill. I live in the area and decided to give twilight nails a chance about a year and a half ago. When I first started going there everything was good, customer service and the service itself. I just started going back to the nail shop last week when I noticed a bunch of new faces, i didnt think much of it so I continued to get my full set. The lady, I believe her name was Any said she was new there but has been doing nails for some time now. So she starts filing my nails down preparing them for the tips and I tell her to please be careful as my nails are already thin, she said ok no problem. Then as she glued the tips of the nails and started to shape them they kept popping off. She just added more glue and used the same nail that fell on the ground....then once shaped I show her that my thumb nail was diagonal she filed it and said ok better. No its not better I told her and she proceeded to tell me that it is my natural nail that grows crooked..? Im sorry I have never heard anything like that in my life. Then I told her before she applied the polish that I had a coupon, I showed it to her and she said ok and I asked can I pay now before u polish? She said no you pay after....everytime Ive been there before I was always able to pay before the polish, so at this visit she stood next to me 90% of the time I was under the nail dryer, it made me feel very uncomfortable and it was also very rude. She made it seem like I was going to just run out of there without paying. Well I paid and left not happy with the service I received. Once I got in my car I noticed the nails werent even shaped correctly and my thumbnail on my right hand was about half an inch shorter than all other nails. Well....the story continues. So I had to go back in there on Monday because a nail came off, while I was sleeping! So another employee fixed that nail and I also asked him if my he could smooth out a lumpy nail that she didnt file properly he did and didnt charge me for the fixed, I left there somewhat satisfied that time but also walked out with mismatched nails as they ran out of the color I originally used. So this morning Im washing my hair and two more nails pop off, I walked into their shop as soon as they opened.the guy that fixed the other two said that he would fix them for free again. This is my thing I dont have the time to come in for an hour every other day to get nails fixed when they should have been done correctly the first time. I had the nails for 6 days and I had to get them removed because of the poor job the lady did. Not only that I asked for at least half my money back, which they refused.instead they offered me 10 dollars off my next service, I kindly explained to him that I will not be returning to their location and would rather have cash, he didnt offer that. So with all this being said I will definitely not be returning or using my 10 dollar credit even. I will not refer friends there either
