This is by far the best LA Tan location I’ve ever been to. All of the people who work here are super nice, knowledgeable, and professional. Also want to note that it’s extremely clean. And it’s a big location with plenty of different beds so I’ve never once had to wait.Keep up the good work, honestly won’t go to any other one after coming here for the last couple of months.

The staff is really friendly and nice, super clean. Only thing I am super upset with is the fact that I was sold a lotion that has no bronzer in it. I was wondering why my skin was constantly so red, so I asked how much bronzer was in the jwow lotion I bought and she said none. No wonder why I am not getting tan, just red. Which is not what I wanted. Now I am stuck with the bottle. I just feel like shouldve been told there was no bronzer in it from the beginning. Then I would never have bought it. They should really explain the lotion and features in it before selling it.coming from a person in sales.

I want to sincerely thank Stevie for her courtesy, professionalism and knowledge of the many state of the art tanning beds. She patiently explained everything and she was very helpful to me as an out of town visitor. She is to be commended. Top notch person.

It was my first time at the Downers Grove location. Stevie was very professional at finding me a tanning package that fit my needs. She gave me a tour of the facility using social distancing and the place was very clean. I highly recommend this location.

From the moment you walk into this place you can tell that Lizzie and Brittany take pride in their job and keep the place spotless. This was by far the cleanest places I have ever been. They were also really helpful with answering any questions. I would go back!

The staff at this location is always very friendly and quick to get customers in and out. Good discount deals are available throughout the year. They have a good selection of products to purchase as well! The front area, halls, and tanning beds are always clean.

They have the best beds and customer service was there and they was decorating and singing and 💃 for Xmas the beds are always clean and they have the best beds. Employees always pleasant and proffesional

This is the best of all the LA Tans ive been to. The beds are updated, clean, and amazing! They just got a level 6 bed that blew my mind. Staff is knowledgable and professional. I drive from Berwyn just to take advantage of how great the facility is!

VERY DISAPPOINTED that neither I nor my friends have heard a word from LA Tan since they shut and locked their doors for Shelter in Place; no email, no letter, no text.However, they have continued to bill us for our membership, even though we do not have access to our membership benefits.
