They said they accept walk ins, but then I had to make an appointment, which was scheduled about 5 hours later that day. I never made it there.

AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST, THE AFRICAN AMERICAN LADY DESTROYED MY LITTLE BOY HAIR, I WAS TELLING HER HOW WE WANT IT AND SHE DIDNT EVEN LET ME FINISH AND STARTED CUTTING HAIR, I TOLD HER IN THE BEGINNING THAT WE WANT THEM LONG AND DESPITE TELLING SHE MAKE HAIR VERY VERY SHORT NOT EVEN SHE MADE THEM SHORT SHE MESSED UP THE ENTIRE HAIR STYLE, A STUDENT COULD DO A LOT BETTER JOB !!!! I AM REALLY UPSET AND TOP OF THAT SHE WAS VERY RUDE !!!! ZERO STARS !!!!

I came in for the first time and was amazed. The staff dealing with my did a great job and I left with an amazing cut! The prices were great! Will definitely return.

I went on new years eve morning. I got a lady named janet. I told her short layers not to short cuz I always put my hair in a pony tail. When she was done she put the mirror in the back of my head I was disappointed I was unhappy with the hair cut. Then she was like u told me short from the top. That is not what I said I said short layers. I guess borics is not the same like my friend had warned me. I wont b going there anymore. First and last visit.

I took my old mother here for a hair cut and they were so caring and kind.They helped my mother sit on the chair and and gave here a nice,clean haircut!!

They chopped my hair off when I only asked for a trim. I came in with long hair and specifically stated I only wanted a trim, not more than an inch cut off. The hair stylist stated she heard me and understood. She even stated so were just cleaning up the ends, okay. She then proceeds to start cutting and its not until shes on her third or fourth section of hair that I see her pull it out and cut at least 4 inches off. When I commented that she was cutting it too short she said she was cutting the same length as last time. Ive never been to this place before and obviously wont be again. I dont know who she thought I was or how she forgot what we talked about, and I dont really care. She even had the audacity to blame me by saying this is why my communication is important. Umm, I did communicate, I said only take off an inchin length. I left with hair that is choppy, looks like it was cut by a weed whacker honestly, and barely touches my shoulder blades. Which is a big difference from my middle of the back length I had when I came in. TL/DR: Save your money unless you like short, uneven, choppy hair and stylists who dont listen

Love getting my hair cut here. They always do a wonderful job. I have anxiety when getting my hair cut, but they are calm with me.

She chopped off my hair in the back. I wish I could take a photo and post it. There is one section less.. its kinda like being locally bald. The amazing bit is that she didnt even let me know, I had to notice at home.

I usually go there and get my hair cut by Kara. She does an excellent job and im always satisfied with her job. I also get many compliments on my haircuts. Ive had my hair cut a few times by some other girls there and altogh not as good as Kara..... i cant complain about the job. This place is a good value.
