Staff is very disorganized. I felt like I was treated differently. I had an appointment and after waiting nearly 30 minutes and I wasn’t called back I hopped in line to ask why, I immediately received a head shake from the girl to the far left. I spoke with the girl at the middle desk to ensure I checked in correctly because I had an appointment at 930 and it was 10. She said “yeah, you did” she wasn’t interested in helping me any further. Finally the girl to the right window helped and she was very friendly. If you’re going to work in a medical setting, you need to have good people skills. This office definitely lacks that. I wouldn’t recommend this location.

My son goes there every 3 months to get blood drawn and I absolutely love going there because not only are they great with my son, they make it so easy for me. They are great.

I had to take my 2 year old in to have her blood drawn and we could not have had a better experience. My daughter was nervous but the phlebotomists were excellent. They found her vein the first time and were very calm and reassuring. Thank you!

I always have trouble having my blood taken for lab work so I was nervous, but Dillon did a great job. Very fast, gentle, and reassuring. I will come here again.

There website states they have pediatric services however they have no pediatric needles. I made a “pediatric” appt via the website, checked in, and when I came in was informed there are no pediatric needles. Did not receive a call or anything. Big Waste of time. Go to the hospital.

Never coming here again. The ladies there were very rude. She had to stick me twice and she used the same exact needle to restick me, which you are not supposed to do because it is already contaminated. Worst experience ever.

Horrible, horrible, horrible experience. The site supervisor is rude and incompetent. I called customer service FROM THE OFFICE because my treatment was so awful. The operator took a lot of information and told me I would receive a call from the area supervisor. No one ever called. I would drive to Milford before I ever went to this hellhole again. Its been months and Im still angry. The one of State St. is fine.

Came in at end of day last week to do blood work and waited nearly 30 minutes with no one else here. Came in this morning to drop off a specimen and have once again been sitting here for 30 minutes to drop off urine. 3 people who came in after me have been called up.... Two of them were dropping off specimens. This is ridiculous.
