I went to see Amanda for laser hair removal for the second time today. She is now officially my go to girl! She is an ardent professional. She is great at making sure you know what to expect during and after the procedure, making the whole experience a lot less intimidating. This place is also incredibly clean and neat! Everything was exceptional which also makes this my go to place!

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable about skincare products. I saw Amanda for hair removal. She was very friendly and professional, but unfortunately I left my appointment with cuts and bleeding on my upper lip, which occurred during my last two visits to Skin Health Medi-Spa. It was noticeable and painful enough to where I didn’t return again. Luckily, I’ve found another esthetician who is wonderful and treats my skin with care, leaving it flawless and smooth.

Always have had a great experience whether its getting a facial or getting my hair done here. Great staff and great environment. Couldnt speak more highly on the services!

I made an appointment and the receptionist scheduled me for the wrong day, after clarifying with her three times what day and time it was. Im always sitting in the waiting room for 20-30 mins, which I never mind, I understand. I was running between 5-10s late and was told that they cant take me. I have never been late or not shown up to an appointment in a year. Ive worked as a cosmetologist for years. Instead of trying to fix the problem and work with me I was told nothing we can do about it. If you want horrible customer service this is the place to go! (The Aestheticians themselves are nothing but amazing!)Update: supervisor called me just to argue with me over the scheduling screw up. Then focused on the point that I have to wait 20-30 mins every time to pass the blame on to the aesthetician. Which I made clear I never mind, I understand stuff happens. My point is the ease with which the same respect wasnt returned.Didnt try to fix the problem just called to argue with me. I ended the call. Im never returning.

Two words. Andrea Martin. If you want a life changing experience peppered with a superbly authentic and present person. Andrea Martin is your massage guru. I always get the deep tissue massage which leaves me feeling, detoxified, purified, flowing, relaxed, painless, and happy. Simple as that. Her hands are magic and her heart is real. She truly cares about you and your needs and supplies you with this 10 folds. She has changed the way I walk through life for the better. I just can’t say enough wonderful things about this magical creature and her abilities.

Wow! Just Wow! Got a couples message as a surprise for my husband and I. Due to Covid it got pushed from Feb all the way to August. However it was well worth the wait! Beautiful and cozy! The staff was extremely friendly and our messages were well worth it! We will be back!

I reached out to Medical Day Spa to see if they would make a donation to a dear friends benefit we are hosting. They made a HUGE donation. I was blown away when I picked up the gift bag and gift certificate. Great products included in the bag that someone is going to love!!! Jenn Edgerly has been taking fantastic care of my hair for years. I happily followed her to Skin Health Medi Spa and visited for the first time this morning. Everyone there was kind, genuine, and helpful. The place was super clean and I felt very safe with their Covid precautions. Jenn was amazing as always. So happy to have a new place to go for my haircuts and excited to check out their other services!

I cant say enough great things about stylist Jenny Edgerly - I have entrusted my hair to her for years. She is an amazing colorist - I have gone lighter, darker, highlights, lowlights, full color, hombre, covering grey, helping me grow out my grey, you name it. She has been instrumental in helping me get the look I want without damaging my hair. One of the other great things about Jenny is her efficiency and ability to multitask without feeling rushed. I cant wait for my next appointment!

Had the most relaxing and fantastic experience today with Andrea! She was so professional from start to finish. I’ve never felt so relaxed on a massage table. Her pressure level was just right and she knew exactly what spots to focus on. Feeling 1000 times better after an hour with her! Couldn’t recommend this spa more!

Had an amazing cut and color with Katie Wentworth! A true professional that has mastered her craft. Easy to communicate with and reasonably priced. My hair is shiny and magical!

Everyone was very friendly and the atmosphere was Sublime.
