We have been dealing with this office for over 8 weeks to get forms signed and sent to get my mothers death certificate. They have not done their part in the forms they did the wrong and had to call daily in order to even get them sent again done right .my mother used this office for so many years and its such a shame they wont help the family out .when you call they take days to return calls and cant tell you what was sent how or when .These forms are needed to even get a death certificate for my mother this whole office is a joke and its so sad to have to beg for help when my mothers bills are paid and she never left that office with out paying for her care now shes passed they washed their hands of her care and by care I mean getting forms signed so we can take care of mothers husband.They sent them again today and praying they have been done correctly this time.I called this morning and they wouldnt even put put to the lady that does the forms but you could hear her in the back ground if they dont want to deal with us about these forms they should have been done correctly the first time we asked .I am sure they could try a bit harder to get these forms done and signed but over 8 weeks of waiting is a bit much .Plz if you have a person in their care and they pass know you are in for a long wait for them to help you with forms.

Amazing from the moment of check in to seeing Dr. Burton and LNP Kim. They listened to me and explained so much to me in a way I can understand. I am forever thankful my doctor referred me to Dr. Burton’s practice. Alexis at the front desk has the best welcoming personality.

This office isn’t welcoming at all . Everyone comes off as judgemental and as if you’re not that important. I went in for a wellness check and I feel as if they need to work on how to be more welcoming and empathetic with people being in that field .. everyone comes off as being very patronizing ..

I absolutely love my DR. She helped me and understood me when no one else had. BUT THE WAIT TIME is crazy here. If my appointment is at 815, I usually am back in a room within 20 or so minutes of my appt time, but I dont see the DR until almost an hour later. I still come because of the Dr. and the staff has always been super nice to me, but that wait is a killer!!!

Was just calling in reference to medication Dr Burton prescribed. I think the meds are effecting me and I called but with no concerns all they take about is money no concern for your health. Just call 911. Dr Burton just not a good look. In search of a office about saving lives open for suggestions

Great practice.They are a full care facility. They even due pain management. Friendly staff and doctors. You won’t be disappointed.

When I moved here 3 years ago I was impressed. The clinic has steadily declined. Don’t bother with an appointment your wait is still the same as without one. The sign says appointments first and then walk ins. Not true. The last 3 visits took over 3 hours. Today was my last trip. And to top it off she had the wrong chart and was treating me for someone else’s conditions.

The customer service of this office is by far the worst I have experienced. Millicent, the office manager has the worst attitude and something as simple as getting a form completed is apparently too much work for her. My son was a patient at this facility, but he will no longer be a patient here. I refuse to pay money to put up with bad attitudes.

I have been going here off and in for a few years and have been happy with the quality of service. However I went here the other day to get refills for my asthma meds and when the nurse checked my breathing she heard wheezing and advised I get a nebulizer treatment. She also suggested I get a BP cup to check my BP since it’s high and she would give me a notebook to record my readings. Well after I finished the nebulizer treatment I expected her to at least come back and re-check to see if my wheezing was gone but nope, was just sent home W/o a recheck and without a notebook. I have NEVER gone to a doctor and they heard wheezing and made me do a treatment and then send me home. They usually recheck and if they still hear it I end up getting an injection to clear it up. Not very happy with the quality of service. But the staff is friendly at least.

I love all these people here. Ive looked around at different doctors and walked into this one because I needed urgent care and I am so grateful to have found this place. I have many health conditions and so Im in and out of the doctors all the time and these receptionists are the first to remember my name. The waiting may be long sometimes, but its worth it because the doctor comes in and actually listens to what I have to say and treats me with respect. They always work with me to find the best treatment option. I recommend them to everyone I know.

I had a great experience here. From the front desk staff to the nurses. All were knowledgeable, helpful with great attitudes and friendly. I had gotten my eyes checked prior to this appt so they were dilated and the staff made sure I was still able to be seen.

Ive always been treated well here for years, first name basis, they can have a waiting period but overall have always been pleasant, and professional. They correct anything I question.

The ladies at the front desk are very unprofessional!!! I had an appointment today and when I arrived there wasnt anyone waiting at the window so I walked up. I small framed lady had an attitude and told me to wait behind the sign. I was called up to the window about 30 seconds later. I told her I didnt have my insurance card on my person, however, I had a picture of both the front and back of the card and offered to email it to them. I was told she had to ask if I could, well I watched her and she asked NO ONE, however, the answer was NO because her manager wasnt in the office to approve it. I dont recommend anyone visit this office. The other problem is you cant be seen by the doctor you have to see a nurse practitioner.

Sure you see a nurse practitioner, but every drs office I’ve ever been to I’ve seen the NP first, and they’re so knowledgeable and professional you may think that the NP is the Dr. I have only had enjoyable appointments at this clinic. And unfriendly and unprofessional should never be words to describe this place because these people are very kind and professional. The smoke accusation won’t even get a comment except for, how do you know that it wasn’t a patient that was responsible for the smoke smell? Come on people quit hating on this clinic, it’s great.

I should have known something wasn’t right when I made an appointment for my husband and the lady was telling me all these negative things like new patients don’t get to see the doctor they’ll see the nurse practitioner, and there wasn’t any openings for 2 months etc. I had to ask her if she was trying to deter me from making an appointment. She said no and that she was just informing me. So okay, make an appointment in February for April. Day of appointment my husband walks in and is told they don’t have an appointment for him and they don’t take walk-ins. He tells them he has an appointment and not only do they not have it but they have no record of an appointment being made. The woman never put in his appointment! He also said the place smelled like smoke. I don’t recommend this place to anyone.

Such a horrible place to go to! The woman named Vanessa is the worst nurse I’ve ever came across. I guess they hired anybody of the street.

I went in to see a doctor this morning and I stood there waiting to be helped for 7 minutes while the receptionist and another employee carried on a conversation. They never acknowledged me so I finally just turned around and left. Everytime I visit this place I encounter poor serviceI will not return and I will encourage others not to visit as well

My family has been going to Dr. Burton for years, he’s a decent enough doctor, but I’ve got to say his front desk staff are COMPLETELY UNPROFESSIONAL! There have been 2 separate occasions where they have made me come out of character and it’s utterly upsetting that those same faces are still there. I will NEVER come back, decent doctor or not.I called this morning to let them know that they wrote three prescriptions and only signed two...you know what the woman I spoke to at the front desk told me? “You should have made sure they were signed before you left.” I’m not a doctor, so how was I suppose to know to look for that? If you’re a doctor and have been for years, that’s your job, NOT mines! Now I’ve got to drive an hour back to this place and get a piece of paper signed!

The lady who answered the phone for me to schedule an appointment never listens to why you need an appointment. I explained I have been having elevated BP and wanted to discuss getting on a regimen to help or other alternatives. She stated if you just want your BP checked you can walk in. I repeated that I wanted an appointment, a visit with the physician to address this issue. She responded again we can check your BP by you just walking in we dont set up visits for blood pressure checks.

I do not recommend this office. Once in the patient room, Id be left waiting for well over an hour. It then took 3 separate visits to get anything done. I only ever saw a nurse practitioner who would rudely & unnecessarily comment on my weight (Im normal weight, not over or under by any means). They insisted that I take a drug screen every time I came in (so 3 times). Even when they werent prescribing anything to me. Then they insisted on giving me a CBC. Next, they billed me without using my insurance (at the doctors request?). It turns out that they use a specialty, out of network lab in New Jersey called Accu Reference Medical Lab. However, their in-office lab is filled with Quest Diagnostics equipment? They billed my insurance just over $4500 *just* for the CBC. Normally, that bill would be well under $100. Finally, they still tried to double bill me for co-payments that I had already paid along with an in house drug screen that was already paid out as well. This office is definitely shady and Im suspicious that they are not abiding proper medical billing laws. Be prepared to deal with 3 different companies when making payments to this office. Privia Medical Group is their billing company and Accu Reference Medical Lab is their lab for any and every test. It will be considered out of network and you will be paying extravagant costs.

Wouldn’t recommend unless there is absolutely no where else to go. When I first walked in, I felt comfortable the place was clean and the staff was all black. The staff however, are rude, unprofessional and uncomfortably unknowledgeable. When I called the employees passed the phone around answering my different questions without putting me on hold and the new person never said ‘hello, is this dr. Sonso’ I just noticed the voices changing. They seem feed up with their life and are on their lasy straw when it comes to proper cuts service.

This place is a total joke. I paid 300 dollars to see a pain doctor for my foot and didnt get anything. I wanted to Dr Burton but I seen a woman by the name of Josette and let me to you this woman has no care in the world about people hurting. Why would I pay 300 dollars for her to tell me she will give me some ibuprofen? I came 2 weeks ago and didnt get anything so she told me to come back and just to get some more of my money. I wouldnt refer ANYONE TO GO TO THIS PLACE AT ALL THEY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND LAUGH AND YOUR FACE. I have nothing bad to say about DrBurton or the other Dr because I didnt see them but Josette is a complete JOKE. So if they tell you that you got to see he you better take your money somewhere else. IM PISSED TO THE MAX

This place is horrible. The girls answering the phone, the billing, the nurses are all rude. The doctors are only in it for the money. They dont care about their patients. Do not go to any of these pop up offices that they are opening!
