Left my appointment feeling more confused than anything. The nurse behind the desk was polite, but the nurse that examined me was rude. Seemed super put off by my mentioning my weight loss for the doctor. Was told that no matter what, Id gain weight on birth control despite me already losing 100+ pounds on birth control? Overall just a weird visit and dont think Ill be returning.

Dr. Nayak is very competent. I started seeing her when I moved to the area. Short wait time, and awesome communication of test results.

I have been going to these two physicians for a few years.They treat you with respect.They will address your concerns and will recommend a plan for you and keep a follow-upif necessary.The wait time is not long and the office is very clean.

Mina is Amazing. She is very educated and always makes sure I have the best care. I would highly recommend her to anyone .

Dr. Mina is rude. I told her I didn’t want the exam done in order to get my prescription. She continued to question my decision. She got the tools ready after I told her no then suddenly remembered I didn’t want the exam done. She said she wouldn’t give me my refill unless we did the exam.Her nurse is great though, she explained a few things perfectly.

My review is not about the Dr. I never got to visit with her, its more about front office staff. I didnt receive the good atmosphere not at all. Someone need to train the front office person on HIPAA HHS.GOV and the laws with that. I did contact my insurance company explain what happen the day of my visit and the customer service that I received. To make this clear my insurance is not denied I pay in-out network, its the provider who dont except my insurance theres a difference.

Fast scheduling and availability! Not a long wait and the atmosphere was clean and refreshing, very peaceful. Dr.Nayak was outstanding including her nurse Delores. Great experience

Would be very cautious using this doctor, especially if its for your teenage daughter. I made the appointment after being referred by my daughters pediatrician. Once Dr. Nayak came into the exam room, she asked a couple of questions, but never examined my daughter. The pediatrician had been treating my daughter for a UTI, well Dr. Nayak proceeded to tell us the only way she could have gotten the UTI was if she was sexually active... say what? I couldnt believe what I was hearing and the implication infuriated me. We left her office feeling more confused than ever. I called the pediatrician back and explained our experience with Dr. Nayak. Our pediatrician felt horrible for sending us to such an incompetent doctor and has since referred us to someone else. Praying this visit will be more productive and we will get the answers needed to help my daughter.

I love Dr. Mina. She is kind and warm. The staff is friendly and I would recommend this practice to my friends and family.

I never got the chance to see the doctor. The front desk staff is by far the rudest I have ever come across.

This place was horrible . The doctor insulted me and was very rude. Along with not being able to understand half of what she was saying due to a language barrier. Then when I called back to ask what meds she had prescribed to me they didnt even know. She didnt do a full exam even though thats what i payed a lot of CASH for. I went to another doctor a week later and it was 100 times better. They diagnosed me different then what i was told at this office which was wrong . DONT GO HERE.

Dr Nayak is very thorough, knowledgeable and compassionate. Dr gives good practical advice that is easy to follow.

This Dr. office is a joke, me and my daughter both went here because we moved to the area and need a doctor. She very rude and is highly over paid. She told my daughter that she didnt need to get a exam if she was just wanting birth control to correct her period.I told her to do the exam she is 19 years old and needs to start getting her yearly. And as for me I have called this office several times for a med change and it always takes them almost 2 weeks to get back in touch with every time. I told her when I went to her office that I had been told by my pervious doctor ( that I had been going to for 10 years) that I had endometriosis, and polycystic ovaries. She then calls me back and yells at me and says she never told me this and that I was very over weight and she didnt want to prescribe me anything because I would only get fatter. Stay away if you can.

If you are a CDL this is the worst place you could possibly go. This office exists only to collect as much from your insurance as they can. Your health is a secondary consideration. Its all about the money.
