Dr. Johnson is a wonderful doctor. Best I ever had. Unfortunately my company dropped my insurance carrier United and I could not see him anymore and went into HMO which I do not like. Next year, my company has a new plan which I am signing up for where I can go back to Dr. Johnson. He always took really great care of us!

I was looking for a new primary physician so I looked up Dr. Johnson worse mistake I could’ve ever made when I called to make an appointment I spoke to the rude receptionist Theresa who was not friendly..I arrived today about 30 minutes prior to my appointment to fill out new patient paperwork once paperwork was completed I sat in the lobby for another 25 to 30 minutes until called in the back the nurse who took the blood pressure was asking questions that were already answered on the form Once in the room we waited for the doctor for over an hour...when I questioned the receptionist I was told that there were three patients in front of me and that I was not seeing Dr. Johnson who I made an appointment with I was told he was the owner not the seeing physician...how disappointing and a waste of my time. I would not recommend this office to anyone nor will I return I left without seeing any doctor after being there for almost 2 hours

Horrible wait time - two hours and five minutes past the appointment time.We had to leave due to other appointments. Dr Johnson still charged for visit even though he NEVER saw us. When we disputed the charge the office lied and said we there only ten minutes and walked out.Had seen this doctor one time before so this visit was a follow-up and on the previous visit the doctor was non-communicative, rushed the visit and did not listen to my concerns.DO NOT recommend in any way.

PAY ATTENTION TO THE REVIEWS - this office is really as bad as all the reviews here. The doctors arent bad, however the support is horrible. I had an annual appointment on December 11th. It is now March 9th and I still dont have the results of my lab work, nor the referral I requested for my neurologist. I called and left 3 voicemails on the lab line, when I called back today, I was once again forwarded to the lab voicemail. Apparently whoever is working the lab is too busy to return phone calls. I had to cancel my six month neuro appointment because Tricare still did not have the referral. I am not a sick patient, I cannot imagine the idea of needing the help from this office in order to stay well. Do yourself a favor and steer clear of this office. Being a prior service member I was excited to have the chance to work with Dr. Johnson, however this office is not run the way you would expect a military officer to conduct business. I have changed my PCM as of today and will NOT go back. Horrible way to treat patients.

Time before last, I sat for 1 hour and 15 minutes before I got in. I honestly think they forgot about me. This last time, I went in, sat for 20 minutes, when I heard them say the doctor hadnt even come in yet. They told me it would be at least another 30 minutes. I was on my lunch hour and couldnt stay another 30 minutes, before he even arrived - because who knew how long it would be until I was even seen by the doctor. They told me that I needed to ensure that I scheduled enough time to be able to stay and see the doctor.

I loved Dr Johnson, however he has apparently turned his practice over to Dr White and his office staff and I do NOT like any of them. The staff in this office is terrible, they always overbook appointments and you wind up sitting there for up to 3 hrs or longer, my time is just as important as the doctors. They take forever to return phone calls, and call in prescription refills. My last visit in June 2016 was the worst ever and I will never go back to this office again.

I have been going here for almost two years now. For years I was unable to go to doctors financially. I am thankful now to have a Doctor that I can call my primary care physician. My visits have always been good here. The Dr I see... Dr. White.. Always listens to my concerns and strives to address the problems accordingly. I can only say good things about the care I receive here. Thank you West Ga Internal medicine and Dr. White, for being there for me. 😁

I scheduled an appointment for my daughter to be seen as a new patient and was told to come in early to fill out new patient paperwork, 2:30 PM to be exact. After sitting for almost 2 hours, she had to leave for work and did not even see the physician. I called the office and spoke to the manager about this as I find this very unprofessional. I am well aware that emergencies may come up and was given an excuse and told it was a very busy day in the office. Well start off by not having your staff overbook patients. I will definitely not be returning and make sure that her previous pcp is well aware of this so that he does not recommend to any future patients!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Terrible wait times in office for my husbands appointment and when you call they leave you on hold so long I hang up after waiting for 5-10 minutes. Hire MORE staff or retrain the ones you have to reduce these terrible wait times .

I have not personally been to this doctor; however, I sat in with a friend of mine for her appointment and we had no clue how long we had been talking until we looked up and we were still sitting for 3 HOURS. Plus, the other people in the waiting room were STILL WAITING AS WELL. When she finally got called, they only took a urine sample but still had to wait almost 2 hours in the room?????She stated that she had been faithful to this office for years and since the Primary Physician left, his office has run amuck. She stated the Phlebotomists have bad attitudes and still expect people to allow them to take her blood? I asked why did she continue to go back and she stated that she had been going for so long and did not want to have to get to know someone else all over again which I understood. But on the day I was with her.........all I can say is, he needs to shut that office down. The staff did not want to provide service because no one had been to lunch. Well why over book all these people and then keep them waiting as if they have nothing to do?????? RIDICULOUS.

Too many different doctors. No call backs when promised. Inconsistent care!!! Some staff members are not compassionate and rude. Tried to give them the benefit of the doubt. Just to impersonal and unprofessional.

Improper usage of ICD9 codes which causing insurance claims to be denied. Have been waiting for three days for someone in billing to return my call.
