This is the only neurologist I trust. Found him again after 10 years and hes still the best!

I went in for a appointment and sawDr. Jeffrey S. Charpentier. When Dr. Charpentier came into my room he explained to me that most people have a hard time not able to breathe with the mask on so if you want you can remove your mask. I only lowered my mask when I needed to speak.Dr. Charpentier came in my room with no mask on at all! Well, five days gone by and Im sick, very sick. I went to the hospital and was admitted for having COVID 19. I called the doctor from my hospital bed and Dr Charpentiers excuse was Ive been vaccinated.Im disabled in a wheelchair I only went toDr. Charpentiers office.All I want to say is be safe and keep your mask on when you see any doctor. Thanks

My wife showed several symptoms and Dr. Charpentier did an amazing job in narrowing down the root cause in only 2 visits! Yes she had to get an MRI and some blood work to rule out other potential issues after the first visit. Before the 2nd visit we were stumped but Dr. C said its probably this and suggested she try this med. Shortly after starting it all her weird symptoms disappeared! My wife and I cant stress enough how thankful we are to find such a caring, thoughtful, and determined doctor than this one! He nailed her condition and we feel his expertise is top notch! Thank you Dr. Charpentier!!!

I love this place and Dr. Charpentier is the best doctor I’ve ever had. I’m disabled because of aggression uncontrollable migraines and other health conditions. I’ve been to doctor after doctor trying to get my migraines under control. They just don’t listen or don’t care. Although my nothing helps Dr. Charlentier and I are trying hard to find something and he actually listens to me and tells me the truth” you may never get ease from your headaches , but let’s not give up they are making new medicines every day that we will try until we run out options. I like him because he understands the problem and he doesn’t rush me out of his office like other doctors that I’ve seen have.

Doctors are wonderful but the office staff have no customer service training whatsoever!!! The phone lines are always busy because the answering machines are always on. Supposedly you will get a call back soon. Yeah, right?!?!
