Ive literally be going to this dentist for over 15 years! They are the BEST from Dr .Silliman to the Hygienist and Front staff! The best dental care in West Georgia hands down.

Patient awareness and being informed makes for better experience. Patients need to be informed of bruising, redness, swelling etc., at areas being treated. IE: If an injection is made near/where a temporary crown and permanent crown will be placed, the patient should be informed of what to expect ie; the injection site may cause pain when chewing food or rubbing against lips, gums etc. I believe that an informed patient will make a long range patient and will often be the source of patient referrals.Patients generally arent Doctors, so those little things mount to great patient-Doctor relations and greater medical Patient/Doctor experiences.

I went for my first appointment here just yesterday and I have no complaints. Let me just say that I learned SO much from just one appointment than I ever had over the many years at my previous dentistries. It may sound a little silly, but I was even taught AND shown how to floss properly. I learned about saliva (gross but really important), plaque, gum health, and even how to choose the right toothpaste and mouth rinse! Every procedure was thoroughly explained and I was allowed to ask questions (though I couldnt think of any because, again, everything was explained very well). I was never in the dark about anything happening during my appointment.I really appreciate that the dental professionals here actually care to inform their patients about every detail that pertains to oral health. I can tell that they truly do make it their mission to reach and maintain excellent oral health for every patient. For the first time ever, I am not dreading going to my next appointment!
