Douglasville location is a very friendly family oriented location. They handled all of my questions and concerns regarding my sons orthodontic needs. I would recommend this location to anyone that is looking for professionalism and friendliness for their loved ones!

I love Dr. Bussey. He was so nice and made my daughter feel at ease. Mrs. Caron was wonderful. Our first appointment was a success!

This was me and my daughter 1st visit. I was very impressed the first impression was great from the young lady who checked us in, she was very friendly and she also explained the process. The young lady who went over the treatment plan as well as the doctor was great as well. Very friendly and professional. The doctor was very personable and did not mind answering any questions that I had. Overall I am very impressed and I look forward to continuing my service at this location.

Family Orthodontics is thorough, keeps you well informed, flexible and most importantly very knowledgeable. My son has had a great experience with them.

My daughter got spacers as they are called yesterday as we showed up on time (actually a couple of minutes early) she came out of the office very fast to tell me to come back in to schedule her follow up. I do not know how long this procedure is supposed to take but anyway I went in to ask why was it so rushed and wanted to make sure that the spacers were not just jammed quickly into my daughters mouth. The young lady at the front did offer for me to speak with someone and assured me that this was not a rush job. I opt to not talk to anyone and went ahead and made her next appointment. Well, THIS MORNING ONE OF THE SPACERS CAME OUT. I called the office just to have the CS rep tell me the office is closed today-Wednesday, but as I am looking at the website, it clearly shows that it is open. I did not argue with him, but now my child has to wait till Thursday to get the spacer replaced. It seems to me that it was a rushed job after all, she was sent out with no special instructions or info on how to care for them. Everybody in the office was getting ready to go and I understand it may have been the end of the work day, but proper care and service should have been given. I got off from my job early to bring my daughter to this appointment on time (which may seem like a very small detail or gesture to some) but I missed an hour of my work that ended up being for nothing because now I have to get her back to the office in the morning for the same service. Thanks a lot!

After an already hectic morning, I arrived at 11 for an appointment that was actually at 10. The staff was understanding and patient and allowed us to come back after lunch for the appointment. Thank you.

Ms. Caron and the Orthodontist were definitely super friendly, understanding, and informative. I have not had any work done with them yet but I’ll definitely be considering allowing them to start my treatment !!

After finding out that Dr. Eichel is no longer with this company. I have to say this company was so unprofessional in there part by not letting parents know of this drastic decision. I am extremely upset and I have to say I thought this was a good company but after this I can say otherwise. I will no longer recommend this company to anyone. Just did a first consultation with Dr Sol and the very helpful Caron. Dr. Sol and Caron were awesome. SO appreciated rigorous COVID policies and practices, with a staff member dedicated to receiving patients outside and ensuring we were masked and spaced out. Felt safer here than with 2 orthos we visited in Carrollton and Bremen. Candid consultation. Were honest that braces might or might not fix the TMJ problem. Prices for braces are super affordable (they have an excellent rate with my insurance co) compared to the $7000 quoted by the orthos closer to home. Very pleased, and if we get braces, it’ll be here. By the way, Dr Sol is ABO-certified, which matters to me.

My son was seen at the Douglasville office and the dentist Dr Foraz Soltanian was extremely rude to my son. No one informed us that this appointment was a retainer check appointment and when my son did not bring his retainer the Dentist Dr Soltanian became irritated. I literally paid out of pocket for my son’s braces and this new dentist was nasty to my son for no reason. I will be filing a formal complaint.

My son has been coming here for 2 years now.I HAVE HAD ENOUGH OF THE STAFF AT THE DOUGLASVILLE LOCATION IN PARTICULAR WITH ONE OF THE ASSISTANTS NAME AUTUMNSHE IS EXTREMELY RUDE AND USES INAPPROPRIATE LANGUAGE AROUND PATIENTS AND PARENTS. She enjoys calling the other assistants stupid and laughs it off. Like seriously thats so unprofessional. I dont understand how people like this even have a job here still.

My child has a broken appliance in her mouth and a wire that is cutting into her cheek. Family orthodontics won’t see her for 6 days. I understand that we are all being effected by the pandemic. However this is not acceptable. I am certain my account will still be automatically charged $116 this month despite being denied treatment in a timely manner.Update: I received an email on May 26, 2020 saying the practice would be reopening and someone would reach out to patients to schedule missed appointments. Basically the message was don’t call us, we’ll call you. Two months later (7/21/20) I called to inquire as to how long we should wait to be contacted. There was no explanation as to why I had never heard from anyone. There has been no attempts made to reach me. And my account has been charged $116 FIVE times since her last appointment with absolutely zero care.

I would never recommend this place. Very unprofessional and not friendly at all. I guess they dont realize there are other orthodontist in Douglasville. I am on round 2 of braces. One set here where they did a horrible job and now round 2 with a great orthodontist in Atlanta. Be warned.

The staff at family orthodontist is always pleasant and professional. My daughter recently had her braces removed, and everyone was so helpful and answered every question we had about her after care. Autumn is the best and very thorough with her service. Dr. Eichel is amazing with his staff and overall a real cool orthodontist!!! I’d highly recommend this business

Friendly staff and dentist! Dr Brian was so sweet and informative. My son doesnt care for the dentist at all, so I was worried about him. Needless to say the visit was fantastic and he didnt want to leave. From the tree house to the arcade room and tablets my son enjoyed his visited. My two daughters (12 &16) loved it as well. Love my new dentist family.

The office is wonderful! Family friendly. They offer water, cappuccino, and free arcade games for the kids to play while they wait. Oh and they always have children movies playing in the waiting room. The staff is amazing! Theyre always friendly and informative about my childs progress. I will be using their service again when its my youngest childs time to be fitted with braces.

Family Orthodontics has literally changed the confidence of my daughter in 10 months. I didnt realize hw bad my daughters teeth were until they started to transform as she receives care of her braces from Family Orthodontics!!! Shes still wearing her braces but she gets compliment on her smile daily-which is new!!! We are so happy! The service of the dental professionals has been nothing short of knowledgable, professional , caring and A1 care! I am SO impressed! Honestly, I was so impressed with my daughters new smile that I now have braces-as of last Friday! I cant wait for the new ME!!!

I havent started any procedures with this dentist office yet, but just based off of the evaluation I had for my daughter, the staff seems very pleasant! And they are in contact with my insurance company, so thats always a plus! I look forward to the future with upcoming procedures.

This orthodontist give bad service and trying to take folks braces off when there bite is not fixed or teeth not straight , they try to bring up fees about broken brackets at the last minute when they have been putting them on with no problem. dont waste your and money at this orthodontist. they want u pay extra when u prolong your treatment because they didnt do there job to correct your teeth

The staff is very friendly and always makes my daughter feel comfortable. She is almost 4 and has been seen here since she was about 18 months old. She has never shed a tear! Would definitely recommend.

My daughter had a gap in her top front teeth. The braces came off and the smile was beautiful, however, after a few weeks the gap came back. so we had a bar put on the back of her front teeth. As of today her teeth have separated again! Not happy!!

Great facility, pleasant staff, very informative, & great plan plans. Would have been a 5 star but they were 25 minutes late on appointment. staff did apologized for tardiness. Looking forward to upcoming services.

Never visited, However looking at the pictures . Are patient really all in one area together? Or do you all have private rooms? I have an upcoming consult, but if I will not get serviced in a private room during every encounter I will cancel

Dr. Long has done an incredible job taking care of our daughter. We moved approximately an hour away from his office during our daughters treatment, but he and his staff do their best to accommodate our travel time. Dr. Long and his staff are worth the hour (sometimes more) long drive.

Awesome office my son and I love the workers they are very friendly and informative. I’m pleased with the fact they take the time out to work with and explain to my son who’s 8 the process and how to use the gear they’ve provided him.

I have been calling ... and they only leave me on the line but they do not attend me ... my son has to change his leagues since March and they had to put the brakers on his lower teeth.He needs a change of garters ... I am afraid that an infection could enter him ... I am waiting for an appointment for my son soon ... I am desperate

They do a wonderful job but sometimes I will like them to explain a little bit more in details of the question I have and I have never seen the dentist I have always have wanted to talk to him but he never comes out just his assistance so I have to ask them I would prefer to talk to the dentist personally but I know in the front desk their this lady with blonde hair that is so helpful and nice she does a wonderful job in making appointment and checking people in too and perfect attitude makes me feel comfortable and always greeting people I wish I knew her name but the treatment is going good dough I can’t complain about that but I will recommend them that’s the only think I think they need to work on and the staff their ok too but I think the front desk is the best so keep up the work young lady your doing an awesome job

The lady that cared for my daughter was rude, failed to answer simple questions such as what did you do today and why. So l resolved that on my next visit she will not take care of my daughter! I really was upset with her attitude as she just talked to the lady at the desk completely ignoring me and my daughter after she brought my daughter to the waiting area. So rude!

Very knowledge and professional. My son is treated well whenever he visits. The correction to the trauma my son incurred is noticeable and has improved my sons confidence in his smile. I would strongly recommend this

I am very upset. I was referred to this office from my children’s dentist which is next door and I said well give them a try and set up the 1st appt. We went in and set up everything went over the “contract” the “payment information” I signed and agreed to My part. I picked a date that would work for my family as we just built and closed on our house so the auto payments were great and Mrs Shelia set me up and we pick the day to start them so I wouldn’t have to worry about the bill cause they would come right out on the due date. A few appointments later they cancelled my daughters appointment in a email!! As if I didn’t already take off work and made arrangements to have her there, I called to see why it was cancelled and they told me that it was because of non payment, which I felt was in error. So she comes back to tell me that my information was never put into the system!! Whatttttt how is this and it’s 2 1/2 months later!!!! Now you want me to double up on my child’s payment which I can’t at this moment because I have other stuff that is due. And this was a mess up on Family Orthodontics side?!?! Not fair to the patient or to the parent. She can’t be seen until it’s fix. Sooooooo Unprofessional!!!!! No reason to me why this happen or this is what we will do, just this is our mess up but you have to fix it!! I want to have them removed and go to a more professional establishment! I will never referral any of my family or my friends here. I’m very up set as a single mom with three it’s hard enough and this is not at all what a business should stand for.

Great with kids!

Loved this office for the first phase of braces. Went back for the second phase and paid a deposit. Only to receive a letter one week later that the office was being closed and all patients were being referred to another practice. Well unless we wanted to see Dr Long in Newnan!! When I asked for my deposit, I was told no!! After many calls and complaining, I am supposed to get that deposit back but I have not seen it yet! BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!!

I have a special needs son and they were so great with him. He dont want his teeth clean cause he was scared but they made it happen.

My two children both got their braces from Dr. Long. He is great with children and we were very pleased with the end result.

Do not see Dr. Long. I spent over $3000 for my teenage daughters braces. She has been to 3 different dentists and they all complain about the work that was done on her teeth.

Got braces taken off less than a year and already noticing spaces. I wear my retainer the way I should so this issue should not be occurring. Doctor does not do a thorough job when looking at your teeth. He seems very rushed. Overall I would not recommend this location.
