Pros- everyone was friendlyCons - I went in and asked for a basic routine cleaning. I was in there 2 hours and got everything except a cleaning. They spoke with me about braces, crowns, and even braces, but didn’t even clean my teeth. Then had the audacity to hand me a $6k bill if I were to get the crowns they suggested. All I asked for was a $18 cleaning. They said they do the cleaning when I come in for the surgery

These ladies are all consummate professionals and do an exceptional job. Ive been going to them for my dental needs since I was 13. Im over 30 now. They will guide you with knowledge and compassion and make sure your smile is as bright as you are!

Excellent dental group! The staff are kind and very welcoming, and Dr. Jones is fantastic. My initial exam was thorough, everything was explained completely, and my questions were answered honestly. This is the first time since I was a child that I’ve felt comfortable in a dental chair and I didn’t have anxiety at all during the visit.

I took my mother to see Dr. Jones after having a bad experience with her previous dentist. As soon as we walked in the door the staff welcomed us. They thoroughly sanitized everything we touched and were aware of the covid standards.I would highly recommend taking your elderly parent or anyone who hates going to the dentist.I truly believe Dr. Jones is our personal Tooth Fairy sent from Heaven...Especially for those of us who are afraid to go to the dentist!!

The entire experience was great as a new patient. The staff were very courteous and friendly. The Doctor had a great bed side manner and explained everything in great detail and provided me an opportunity to ask questions as well. The hygienist that did my cleaning was very thorough and friendly.

I have been terrified of the dentist since a horrible experience I had when I was 17. I told the ladies here about my fears, and they really came through for me. They didn’t make me feel like a wimp or a baby for being so scared. They always made sure I was comfortable and didn’t feel any pain. I love them! They really made my visit pleasant. They were up front with my treatment needs and costs. They provided a treatment plan that outlines appointments and procedures along with the cost of each visit. I am making this my permanent dentist! If you want warm, caring service, come here. Every single one of the ladies that work here are absolute sweethearts!!

Be careful. I had my teeth last cleaned in Feb 2020 (by my regular dentist that is a 30 min drive from my house). I decided to skip my 6 month checkup because COVID-19 was bad in July 2020. I made sure to brush and floss well, and as things settled down with COVID, my desire to find a dentist closer to my home led me to schedule an appointment at Arbor Place Dental Group.I thought I would go in for a regular check-up and cleaning. Ms. Jones did my check-up. She informed me that I was in an Early Periodontitis state and that she could save my gums and teeth by recommending that I schedule several sessions for deep cleaning, remove all of my wisdom teeth, and see her every 3 months until we have defeated gum disease. All of this would cost nearly 10k (most of it billable to my insurance company).I left that office and decided to reach out to a different dentist to get a 2nd opinion on all that she introduced. This dentist informed me that my teeth and gums were in great shape, and that he could tell that I have been taking extra care of my teeth since their condition was so well maintained. He ended up doing a normal cleaning.Again. Be careful.

Just a great office!! Dr. Robin Jones and her staff are amazing!! So glad to be a client. I hate having teeth extracted but they make it so easy and painless. Thanks again for getting me in today and taking care of my tooth!!

I’m really not too trusting of doctors of any, however, the ladies at Arbor dental are freaking awesome. I can’t really call out one name for good service because they are all amazing. From the cma’s to the dental assistant, even the dentist herself is awesome. I highly recommend.

I recently moved back to Douglasville and was in need of a new dentist. To know me is to know I highly dislike the dentist that try to upsell you so I was extremely nervous. The staff at Arbor Place Dental were the complete opposite! The front office staff were friendly and accommodating, Tamara was a delight and so was my hygienist! Dr. Jones made me feel comfortable and she made sure I understood the service I was getting that day... I originally went in for a consultation as a new patient but I got lucky and received my cleaning in the same day! Thank you Dr. Jones and staff, this was exceptional service and I’m lucky to have found you all!

Staff is great and friendly. Dr Robin Jones doesn’t have enough experience to perform procedures. After a severe injury to my jaw I can not recommend her and would encourage you to continue looking for a dentist. She forced my jaw open after it locked down during a simple procedure in office.

This place is a scam!!! They will diagnose things on you that arent applicable just for the extra money. I was told by the doctor and hygienist that i had perio disease and had to get a deep cleaning. I am now a treatment plan coordinator for a dental office and realize now that i was wrongfully taken advantage of back then. When you have perio disease it is conducive with you having bone loss and the damage is irreversible. Meaning for starters, whenever i go to another dental office i should receive the same diagnosis. I got a exam done with the hygienist at my current job and she was appalled when i told her someone diagnosed me with the disease years prior. She said this was a untrue diagnosis and all i needed was a regular cleaning. Secondly, following a deep cleaning the patient must get whats called perio maintenance cleanings to try and keep the disease at bay and from getting progressively worse. However, upon checking my billing, 6 months after my deep cleaning i got a regular cleaning, not a perio maintenance cleaning. So therefore, if they wanted to proceed with the story that i had perio disease, they could face legal issues by giving a perio patient a general cleaning. So which is it, do i have it or do i not? I have waited a while to speak my peace but after hearing similar horror stories i have decided it was time. They are money hungry and only see dollar signs and not a patient. With my professional judgement, i would advise against this place. Go in with knowledge and understanding of dental services or you will be taken advantage of.

Very friendly place with great customer service...Dr. Jones and her staff is great.. they explains everything in detail and make sure that you recieve the best care possible...Im so grateful to have found this place.

I visit this office to get my check up,Xrays and regular cleaning...THE Dentist there,Robin Jones was very impolite....having an attitude with me about nothing and towards one of THE head dental hygienist...when i came in for my cleaning 30 minutes early for my 1200 appointment ...i saw 2 other ladied came in after me and 1 was late for her appointment for 1200 like me but instead of taking care of me...they allowed the lady came in late for hers to go BEFORE me and i didnt get seen until little after1:00 pm...and they scheduled me WITH a dental hygienist that just got out of school the way she made several mistakes which i thought was very inexperience in her cleaning...this is my worst experience i ever had at any dentist and im sure its all because of my confrontation with Doc. Robin Jones...i wouldnt advise no one to go here. No attitudes is needed when im paying as a customer and especially if you are the Dr. there...Never again i will step a foot on that place....the receptionist ladies are very polite and friendly.
