I’ve been a patient of Dr. Williams for 30+ years. He had the same hygienist most of my life as well. Those two things combined tell you what a great practice he has.

Dr William and staff are a fantastic bunch. They are caring and treat you with the care and respect that you deserve. I have been a patient of the practice for over 20 years. They treat you like family and make the hard things of visiting the dentist easy. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone seeking dental services.

I love that Dr. Williams and his staff still treat everyone like family. And they arent there to try and upsell services but to provide very high quality dental coverage in a way that seems part of a lost era. The good old fashioned dental office where the staff stays the same, they know you personally, care about you as an individual. Love everything about them. (Just wish they were closer to Vinings, but it is worth the 30 minute drive to Douglasville!)

Becky, the receptionist, is so sweet and always willing to help you out in any way and Lynn, Dr Williams assistant is great! I will never go to another Dentist! I highly recommend this practice!

Great staff. Called with an abscess tooth and face swollen. Becky was able to get me in the same day. Took care of it and relieved almost all the pain. This was my first visit after referral from family so we will see how it goes with future visits.

I visited Dr. Williams and his staff for the first time today and I will gladly go back! Everyone was friendly, like we had known each other for years. I was there for a problem tooth and while they were checking it out for me, they told me what they were doing and helped me relax and laugh through it. I really appreciated that! I’m going to have to go to have my wisdom teeth out, but once that’s all over I will gladly go back to them for my care.

All the staff have been with Dr Willisms for years which says a lot about a practice. Dr. Williams, Becky, Jan and Lynn are the best dental team in all of Douglas County. Their customer service is second to none and I appreciate their gentle bedside manner during procedures. Dr. Jim personally calls me the same day to check on my progress after an appointment. How many service providers still do that? I am a customer for life.

Sometimes you come across people that say they Love to go to the dentist like my Wife and Daughter. I personally have never been one of those people but my feelings have somewhat changed after seeing Dr. Williams and his staff. I still can’t say “I Love” (Love is such a strong word) going to the dentist, but Dr. Williams, Becky, Jan and Lynn have always made each and every visit pleasant and painless. That is why our family has been seeing them for over 15 years now. You will not find a more Professional, Caring, or Family oriented Dentist and Staff anywhere!

When I first went to Dr. JIM G Williams, DMD over 15 years ago I had a dental-phobia. From the first visit I knew he was the right fit for me. That fear other dentists instilled in me evaporated. I trust Dr Williams. He is kind, and does excellent work.
