My husband and I have been patients for a couple years. I can say she is a fair doctor when we can see her. Make sure you yourself keeps up with any needed tests needing to be scheduled. They tend to forget to check and see if it was scheduled. Also if you need to see her with a problem not quite an emergency but important enough to need to be seen that week , dont expect to get an appt. She doesnt do fit ins. Also when you call for refills make sure you have several days for a reply. It could be 3 days or more to get back to you. Im not trying to be down on her or her office, just being truthful with our experiences.

I just saw Dr. Basso and Dr. Heersink. I have multiple problems that I thought they would be afraid of. No one here has treated anyone with what I have.Wow. I was so scared. Dr. Basso didnt dismiss me and had READ on my issues..she was so kind and understanding..the first in four years. Dr. Heersink knew some of the genetic tests I had done. Maybe this is where God finally brought me to for help. The staff was the best. I have a little hope now

Dr. Brandy Bodiford (previously Dr. Duke) is an excellent physician who is patient centered, compassionate, and all around excellent. Additionally, every single staff member that I have encountered at SE Health Westway Clinic has been equally outstanding. I highly recommend Dr. Bodiford and staff.

Make sure you get all info about cash payments before you leave. They will send you a bill months later even if they tell you bill is paid in full.. full deceitment. They will charge you wrong procedures.

Ive been meaning to write a review ever since I left the office. The people at Westway really exceeded my expectations. They were all so nice! I felt like I could trust Dr. Duke immediately. She didnt rush through anything, answered all my questions, and was straightforward. I really feel like she loves what she does and that shows. All of the people I came in contact with were wonderful and I dont think Ill ever go anywhere else for primary care needs!

Dr. Duke has been my physician for close to a year and I haven’t had a more caring physician that is has my health issues as top priority. It’s not only the care I receive while in the office but also the consistent follow-up when I leave to ensure my care plan and results are completed.The Care team is always pleasant and the facility is top notch. The practice location is convienent to where I live and Dr. Duke always has availability.If you do not have a primary care physician, I highly recommend Dr. Duke at Westway Medical Office.

I have been pleased by my treatment at Westway. I had a DOT physical recently. I was in and out in no time.
