Very clear and concise solution when I came for parts. Even ordered a part on a device not normally serviced there, which does make for great service. Will come back for more good coverage.

Complete Hearing is great! This hearing aid has changed my fathers life. He can actually hear his grandkids and even says it helps him hunt better. If any other family has problems in the future, we will definitely come back to Complete Hearing. Everyone there has been so kind and extremely professional. Dr. Harris sent me to this office for a hearing test. I felt a bit cheated by HIS office because they should have warned me that Complete Hearing does not take my insurance. My visit was $36 out of pocket. I didnt know this until I got there. I dont mind paying it, I just wish I had known beforehand. Dr. Geggs office did my follow-up visit, which includes the same hearing test, with only a $15 copay. The staff at Complete Hearing were very nice.

Amanda & Kristy are experienced professionals who go out of their way to ensure their patient is comfortable, not rushed & treated with kindness and respect. Kristy spent quite a bit of time with me on my first visit for a hearing test & was very knowledgeable, explaining the test results and ensuring my understanding of why I needed hearing aids while recommending the proper ones for my particular hearing loss. Upon receiving them, Kristy spent even more time explaining EVERYTHING about them while answering every question I had. I recently visited This office where as i was greated as i walked into the door.the office staff at the front desk greeted me me and informed me what. To fill out.i was only there 20 minutes before this beautiful young Lady came and took me to the back.she asked a few questions about my heading then had me to get inside a booth and started givi v me a heading test.Whike i was shocked at what i was missing on heading.i was completely amazed.ar this s point and time we are working on getting my appropriate heading side for me..id like to thank all whom were willing to make my short office vist was a just that short and i was out of there in about 1/2and hour.agan Thanks..
