Dear Dr. Rickard,I feel that many patients have used your services at Physician’s Hearing Center, but felt that only a few let you know the results.  I had heard about the recent improvements in your hearing aids, but was skeptical about how much real improvement I would experience with new ones.   Then when one of my 7 or 8 year old hearing aids finally went out, I reluctantly decided to see you about getting new ones.  I am so glad I did and wish that I had done it sooner.  The improvements are awesome!  I have much better hearing now and am thoroughly enjoying the newer technology. Being able to hear better, to answer my cell phone calls through my hearing aids with privacy as well as hear it ring all the time even if there is a lot of background noise, to use them to privately stream audio from web sites I visit, and not have my wife always asking me if I am wearing my hearing aids has been such a great improvement and benefit for me.  The rechargeable feature is great because now I don’t have the hassle with batteries going out and having to guess which days I need to have new batteries handy. I just wanted to let you know how much I am enjoying them over the old ones.   Thank you for your courteous, friendly and very professional service and for your exceptional explanation of the new technology and how to use it. I had a appointment Physicians Hearing Center which is located in Flowers Hospital. I got Hearing aids from there two years ago, they are very nice and helpful place if you need a Hearing Test or Hearing Aids. I think you will like them very much.

My initial thought were, how in the world do they test rowdy and energetic toddlers?(I almost rescheduled when my husband could take off to help). The office staff including the audiologists are consummate professionals and also quite congenial. It is a rare combination in this day and age. We can encounter friendly and we can encounter professional but rarely together which this office has done. I highly recommend this group. My audiologist was Dr Blakely Ellis and I must say shes the best Ive encountered in my 30 some odd years of wearing a hearing aid.

I saw Dr. Rikard after one of my sound generators stopped working. Though they were purchased from a different provider, she was able to have it repaired and returned in a week. A few months later, both of the sound generators were lost. She helped me pick out a new model that fit better, loaned me a pair while the new ones were on order and delivered them in a week. Dr. Rikard is a true professional and did and excellent job with handling my problems. I highly recommend her and Physicians Hearing Center.
