There is a definite masculine feel to this gym. The personal trainer has extensive knowledge of the human anatomy & can wisely advise anyone who is at the top of their fitness game as well as those who have had injuries & need extra care & attention.

This is no ordinary gym and Van is no ordinary coach/trainer. For a reasonable price you get 1 on 1 training that is specifically designed to suit your needs/goals as quickly as possible. Van will rock your world!
