Been going to CCF for almost a year. Love the people, atmosphere, and even the workouts. Im not the most fit or athletic person around, in fact, the exact opposite, but I have never felt unwelcome or judged and love feeling healthier everyday. Walked in on November 7, 2019 and never looked back. I love everything about this place. A big THANK YOU to Coaches, Daniel, JJ, Monica and Hardy for always being there with encouragement and pushing me to do my best and never letting me give up!!!
Great gym! The coaching staff is top notch. If you are in the area you should check them out.
