For there to be a pandemic this hospital is not taking any precautions. There were employees standing around laughing and talking while there is trash all over the waiting area. The whole 6 hours I was waiting i didnt not see anyone come wipe any thing down not once. Not to mention the bathrooms were absolutely disgusting, there was pee in every stall and used paper towels all on the counter and the floor. I could understand if they were packed and busy but there was 5 groups of patients in front of me and I was still waiting 6 hours in a dirty waiting room. They are pure lazy and I wouldnt suggest anyone to recieve care from here you will most likely leave with covid anyway no matter what you were needing care for.Also the security guard has been walking around with his mask on his chin. When clearly masks are required to be worn at all times.

Worst ER experience ever. People waiting 8-10-12+ hours. How can you consider that EMERGENT care?If you dont have the staff, beds, etc.. to care for people. Close the department. OR at least TELL people we wont be able to see you for 12 or more hours. Let them make an informed decision.

My husband was sent to the ER tonight by his neurologist because he had developed a rash and other possible symptoms of Stevens-Johnson Syndrome, a potentially life-threatening condition caused by anti-seizure meds he’d recently started. The PA barely looked at the rash before pronouncing it “scabies”…no tests run, no skin scrape, NONE of the rest of our household has any symptoms at all…but apparently the “provider” felt a disabled vet with traumatic brain injury is more likely to have scabies than the illness the NEUROLOGIST believes he has symptoms for. Let SE health know that I will take my husband to a better hospital network tomorrow and if the diagnosis is Stevens-Johnson I will have the licenses of every single person who touched him at that emergency room. You should all be ashamed.

The sweetest nurses Ive ever had. Took care of my every need. Checked on me constantly and made sure I was comfortable as I could be.

Been waiting since 3:30 and its now 8:10. IV and blood work done about 30 minutes ago. Still in waiting room. Someone that came after my daughter got labs done before she did and he had the same issues that my daughter did. I understand there are traumas that come in but this is ridiculous. I drove from Troy bc Ive always thought that Southeast was the best. I was wrong

Staff is extremely rude. I wouldnt recommend going to this hospital. Blood on the floor of the room and curtain. Nurses are more worried about talking laughing and being on their phones than actually taking care of patients. Very sad. The doctor how ever was very nice and was doing the nurses jobs. Seen him more than the nurse she came in twice and the second time was to discharge.

I am sitting in the er now I have been waiting for 3 hours to get room. the nurses up front are more interested in talking and laughing. no team work. they dont not care about the patient. there work ethic is horrible. I should have just went to flowers hospital. medical center sucks really bad

Very clean, well organized. Lots of Covid Safety Protection taken for everyone. Limited seating now bc of social distancing. Staff waa friendly and professional. Spent 1 night post surgery and I couldnt have been more pleased with my overall experience. Dr. Scott and his team along with every staff member I had contact with were very pleasant . Thank you for taking care of me.

Was instructed by my 7-month-olds pediatrician to take her to Southeast ER at 9pm on a Friday. We waited until 3am and left without being seen. Went straight to Flowers and were in and out less than an hour.

Go here if you want to die!! This place is horrible should be closed down immediately. They have no compassion or concern for others, entire staff just there to get paid!!!! HORRIBLE SERVICE!!

My sister got there at 4 this morning and it’s currently 12:48pm and is still in the WAITING ROOM. It’s ridiculous and needs to be fixed.

Absolutely trash of an emergency room.

Worst place to go. Took my sister there for stroke symptoms and they sent her home saying she had vertigo. Thank goodness we took her elsewhere because she did have a stroke. Wouldnt take my dog there

ER and Discharge is horrible. They dont perform a full diagnosis including all tests to find out the reasons for your symptoms. I had severe back pains from lifting at work. They performed a measly X-ray and said that they couldnt find anything wrong and released me untreated other than prescribing me pain meds. My regular doctor referred me to a diagnosis center for an MRI and they said that I had a herniated disc. My husband had stroke symptoms fainting, confusion, weakness on one side and yet again they didnt perform extensive tests and said he was fine just a migraine and discharged him. But we have been sitting here waiting to be discharged with an IV in his arm held hostage for 2 hours. I see nurses walking around talking who could take care of this. Yalls staff is lazy and unprofessional. Will go to Flowers next time
