I have always had a positive experience here. The staff is very courteous and the Doctors take the time to listen and subsequently answer any questions you may have. The seem to be very caring. I have rarely ever had to wait longer than 20 minutes to be seen.

They force you to wear a mask, so they arent very knowledgeable about how bad wearing a mask is. I came in with breathing problems and couldnt wear a mask. I had around 4 different nurses tell me to wear my mask properly up over my nose which only shows me how uneducated they are. My interactions with Dr Weber left much to be desired also. I was sitting down and he would stand in front looming over me with all our interactions. It was poor bedside manner to look down upon a patient like that. I also was forced to use the back door like a low caste person. Ill never go back if I can at all avoid it and would suggest people use the All South on Montgomety Hwy as their staff is more professional and friendly.

I was very pleased with the entire experience. Everyone treated me with respect and after I completed the paperwork everything moved pretty fast. The kindness of everyone I came in contact with was reassuring.I definitely have no problem referring my friends to this business.

I came to them for a workers comp injury and gave them my information including my insurance card if the workers comp was denied. My workers comp was denied but apparently All South didnt process my insurance and expected me to pay the full balance. They sent the amount to collections. I called and tried to give my insurance information twice. The first time the secretary wasnt available and didnt return my call. The second time they said they wouldnt process my insurance and I had to contact the collector. I did but the collector said that I had to give that information to All South. I filed for Bankruptcy because I fell on hard times after my injury. So if they really want money then they will process my insurance or they wont get a dime. These people are unprofessional and dont know how to take care of business

I cannot say anything negative about the group of workers in the Ross Clark Circle office. Dr. Weaver is one of the most intelligent and caring doctors around. She truly loves her patients and goes above and beyond.

It’s a clean environment with professional and friendly staff. Very prompt. It’s a blessing to see Biblical truths posted in the rooms.

Ive never been one to write reviews, but Im compelled to this time. I received excellent and professional services from the staff. Not only did they give me proper care, they also picked up the tab. I was absolutely shocked. Ive never had anyone, much less a business, pay for my visit. 3 or more wonderful receptionist pooled their money together to help me and my family out. I cannot express my gratitude enough for those responsible. Thank you so very much!

Very friendly and professional. I have worked in medical for 25 years and I continue to go here. It is quick and the Weavers are great. The last few times in I saw Sydney Weaver,CRNP and she is fantastic. Several friends agree. Just wanted to post the positive !

Thanks so much for letting us in just after you had closed. We knew our 5 year had an elbow dislocation and wanted to avoid the ER if possible. With your help we did and it was popped back into place by the ex ray technician. We will have a much better night now thanks to this facility.

I am always greated by polite and professional staff members at the registration desk. Even though they often busy, I rarelybhave to wait very long before being called back. The triage nurses are excellent and Dr. Weber is one of the best doctors I have ever had treat me or my family. Whenever I am in need of non-emergency medical care, Allsouth is my first choice.

My daughter and husband came here. They are awesome. They explained everything they had to do and we were in and out in less than an hour.

I have used this facility a couple of times for treatment of my torn rotator cuff and have been very satisfied with their prompt , professional service. Saves waiting to get a doctors appointment and the waiit in the office was reasonable.

Everyone was friendly except for the older lady at the front desk named Gail (or at least thats what she said her name was). She had a very smart mouth from the time I called until the time I left. She was the only one at clinic who hated her job. I will probably never return to this location unless shes gone!

We go here to get blood work and annual physicals done. Everyone is kind and quick.

Absolutely terrible!! The doctor was pushing me out of the office, she didnt want me in there longer than a few minutes. She looked at my rash from across the room and told me to get tested for STDs. I ended up in the ER for 5 hours of blood work and IVs 2 days later because it was an autoimmune reaction to bug bites. WOULD NOT recommend this urgent care at all.

Went to this clinic because my regular doctor was on vacation. I was coughing and trouble breathing . This place is a joke. The only thing they gave me was cough med I could have bought otc. Still coughing bad and will have to go to my doctor to get real meds. Never again.

Took my coworker for a bug bite that I was concerned about possibly being a brown recluse or some sort of spider bite. Told him it was a infected hair follicle.

This plce is a joke the doctor walked in and acted like he was lost in what I was telling him the only thing this place is good for is getting a work excuse
