All South Urgent Care is the best medical facility in the wiregrass. They literally saved my life from COVID 19. I will always be grateful for their great medical care. Highly recommend them to everyone. A great Christian facility.

Apparently “urgent care” has been changed to mean waiting 3 hours to see a doctor. They’ve gone to a block schedule now so you have to essentially make an appointment. That’s the exact opposite of “urgent care,” especially when you feel awful.Edit: I went to a location earlier in the pandemic before this was rolled out as a feature and didnt wait anywhere near even an hour. And since I cant reply to replies: I have had my COVID vaccine and that was not what I was going for. I was coming to this location for a sinus infection. Ill just go to my PCP from now on.

The service while I was there was good but they didn’t give me a written prescription and two days later they still haven’t called it in to the pharmacy. I need my medicine and I’m thoroughly displeased that it has taken so long. I’ve called twice today and they have still done nothing. This is absolutely pathetic.

Dr. Weaver is wonderful and the staff took great care of me. Wait time was not bad. Definitely recommend seeing them

I am going in tomorrow for the rapid testing, the reviews are heavily mixed so I will do a follow up review once I get my rapid testing which according to the nurse I spoke to today - should take about 30 minutes. We shall see. I will update the review when I get there and have the rest performed.

We have had great service every time any member of my family has been to AllSouth Urgent care. Dr Ben was great! The staff has been very helpful with anything we have needed help with. Wish we could use them as our primary care doctor, but due to insurance we can’t. Great people to work with.

Was checked in, treated, and checked out in a matter of half an hour. Couldnt be more pleased with every aspect of my care.

Went in for simple testing and the staff acted as if they had no idea what they were supposed to be doing. Let’s not forget the rude attitudes either. Definitely disappointed with this visit.

The old rude lady at the front desk wouldn’t give me a doctors note for getting a covid test.Only way I can go back to work is with said doctors note. Thanks for not doing your job if you don’t like dealing with the public I’d suggest getting a new job. Trash human being.

The doctor seeing me kept pushing me to get the vaccine, and was telling me I was the reason people are dying from this, would not even let me speak......NEVER BOTHERED TO ASK WHAT ALLERGIES ARE. Or even ask Why I havnt gotten one.

Ive been waiting 3 hours in a parking lot, the first hour of which they did not even know I was here even though I followed their protocol that they told me to do when I called for the appointment and after I called them when I arrived. Im fine with waiting but I cannot fathom how somebody can lose track of a patient like this. Ive been waiting yet another hour since I finally was seen and tested. Still waiting to know if I can get something that will help make me feel better. No communication whatsoever from this clinic and they dont seem to care. I have to keep calling them just to get information. Terrible service.

Absolutely terrible. Sat there for almost three hours with a swollen eye. Doctor was seeing everyone that came in after we did. Doctor was rude. Terrible. WillNever go again.

While I have not had any issues thus far with All South, with COVID-19, there could have been better communication. My wife and went at 6:30AM to get a reservation for 12:00PM. That was perfectly fine. We return in the afternoon and long story, short, we left at 2:00. The issue lies in that we waited and returned and waited again just to be turned away and not get tested. I understand the lack of testing kits but I wish that was addressed during our first visit in the morning or at least give us the “send-off” COVID-19 test. I will end a positive note and say all the staff was kind and answered any questions we may have. Nonetheless, I will visit them again in the future.

Very unprofessional. Staff gets an attitude if you ask how long the wait will be! Keep in mind, you’ve already waited an hour and a half! If you don’t have enough staff to care for regular patients and do COVID testing simultaneously, HIRE SOMEONE! It’s not rocket science! Those that come in for pre-employment screenings should not have to wait two hours while you’ll try to get money from the government for screening COVID patients! RIDICULOUS!

Dr.Sneed works for Sedgwick workmanscomp insur.adjusters..if sent here prepare to start your request for a 2nd opinion..just went there to get a referral for back specialist ended up arguing where my pain was coming from..smh was just diagnosed with l4 acute herniated disk...

I took my daughter in to Urgent Care this morning and she was diagnosed with the flu. I called at 4pm saying she was really sick, couldn’t stop vomiting and her fever wouldn’t break. They told me to bring her back in, when we arrived they had a blanket in the dryer for her warning up because they “knew she would be freezing,” had and IV ready to push fluids, anti-nausea medication and a fever reduced (her fever was 102.9 so she had to forgo to the warm blanket 🥺). The nurses, Gabrielle and Rhonda, were extra nice and very calming and Dr. Sneed was very thorough, warm and engaging. We were so grateful to not have to be waiting at the ER. When we left my daughter was feeling so much better and bragged on how sweet everyone was!

These people won’t you to pay about $200 for a Covid-19 test for the results back the same day SMH sad af don’t wast your time either.

It took 8 hours for them to perform a rapid COVID test on me. I had to keep calling to push the process along. At one point the lady said, “I have no idea what’s going on” when I told her that they had obviously forgotten about me again. 8 Hours... When I confronted one of the doctors, he shrugged me off because I guess he had been here longer. Train wreck.

Went here after a terrible experience at the place down the street. Allsouth was fast, efficient and professional. Doctor was friendly and I will come here again if needed.

Wait times are terrible. Patient communication is terrible. I’m never going back to this place.

Treated for a severe sinus infection by Dr. Weaver! She was warm, caring and by the time I left I instantly felt better. The staff was fantastic. Thank you all for a pleasant experience.

Always tried to go to the east side location but theyre a Well Clinic temporarily so I was sent to this location. Had to call in due to Covid and describ my symptoms, which are nothing more than a bad stomach virus/bug. They refuse to see me and tell me I have to go to the E.R.!!!

My husband has gone twice to AllSouth Urgent Care East and his care was excellent. It was minimal wait time and the entire staff was very kind and efficient. We especially liked Mr. Ben and are thankful for his time and sweet personality. We highly recommend AllSouth for convenient, excellent care when you have a need for health care.

I went to a AllSouth yesterday and they made me feel as comfortable as possible for a person who is usually very nervous at a doctor’s office. The wait time wasn’t horrible and it wasn’t outrageously priced. The receptionists were nice and Dr. Weaver and her nurse Rhonda were very patient and kind and didn’t make me feel rushed!

Was my first visit and they were the nicest people ever. Office personnel and nurse and doctor were terrific. My new place to go, very fast, and the best people ever.

I have been going to Urgent Care for several years. I have had nothing but excellent care every visit. Dr. Weaver is wonderful.

Dont go here. If you do you its a waste of time and money. You will be right back in another doctors office. I went in with a fever and a terrible throat pain and they said it was allergies. Wow. Left there went and right to another doctor and tested positive for the influenza virus type B and tonsillitis.

Wait wasn’t too bad considering I went at a busy time. The lady at check-in was nice, though I would have appreciated a better answer when I asked for an approximate wait time (around 1 hr, could be over an hour, etc. rather than the “there’s no way to know”). I just needed to know that I could make it to my child’s daycare before closing. Nurse who walked me back was nice...However, the reason I won’t be back is because of false negatives. I received a negative on flu test here then got a second opinion the following morning and got “the fastest positive flu result” they’d ever seen. I wouldn’t think that a test between 4pm one day and 11am the next day would be enough time to alter a result when symptoms had been present for a couple of days. I know false negatives happen, but I was encouraged by two others to get a second opinion somewhere else because they’d received false negatives/incorrect diagnosis here. Ultimately felt like a waste of $35.

Ive been to AllSouth on several occasions. Sometimes for myself when my regular MD couldnt see me immediately, or for my children when their pediatrician was booked up. Ive found the care to be good and the wait times to be short. Its a great alternative when you need quality care and dont want to wait.

I have been trying for a WEEK to get tested for the Coronavirus so that I could go back to work and my doctor told me that I couldn’t get tested at mines because I was not showing any symptoms of the virus so this was the only place I could go without needing a referral and they are literally IMPOSSIBLE to contact I was told when to call and still got no answer I kept calling and the line was always busy I just give up and just going to have to be out of work for 2weeks THEY NEED TO BE HIRING SOME PEOPLE THIS IS RIDICULOUS 😡😡😡😡

We have been here several times with excellent results. The entire staff is kind and knowledgeable.

I am visiting from Florida and came in with an extremely sore throat, painful cough, aches, ear pressure, and fever. I was very impressed by the very thorough exam, including xrays and throat and nose swabs. I have been to an urgent care in my hometown several times for the same symptoms and have to say, this exam and treatment by the doctor was far superior. They took the time to fully check everything instead of just talk to you, give you a basic exam, and hand out prescriptions. I would definitely use this office again recommend them to others.

Great care. Ive had Dr Weaver and Dr Weber and both are good. They spend time explaining their diagnosis and they listen to you. You dont get that much anymore

My daughter received a breathing treatment for her asthma. The price was VERY reasonable for self pay. Dr. Benjamin Sneed was wonderful, the staff was extremely kind.

I got real help here and felt amazing after my visit. I had some migraine problems and they helped with that. The doctors and nurses went above and beyond trying to get to the bottom of the cause of my migranes they were real helpful. The only helpful doctors I have seen in the city of Dothan.

Ben Sneed Dr Weber and my all time fav Dr. Weaver are phenomenal. I dont go to my family Dr. much anymore. This is too convenient and efficient.

The front desk receptionist was rude. I came in with tooth pain and after my insurance, they charged me 48 dollars for a deductible when I dont have to pay one with my insurance. I had such a horrible experience I left the office crying. I wouldnt reccomend this office to my worst enemy. They treated me like an addict due to the state of my teeth and coming in for pain.

My wife and I just visited your clinic today. We waited in the waiting room for nearly three hours. After being called back to see a doctor we waited for nearly an hour before deciding to leave. That is a grand total of nearly four hours. Never saw a doctor. Allsouth Urgent Care is a joke. Dr. Weaver decided that getting us a refund on our copay was better than serving a patient in need of care. I will never recommend this clinic to anyone for any reason. Dr. Weaver should not have a license to practice medicine.

I came in feeling absolutely awful, thinking I had the flu. Im also 12 weeks pregnant. They did not hesitate to test for everything and even started me on IV fluids and gave me two bags along with nausea meds. Being sick and pregnant is terrifying, but Dr. Weaver and her staff made me feel a lot better.

Not good!!!!!!!!! there this morning. 13th in line when doors open , signed in, waited 30 minutes to be called to front desk if been there before she should have asked that at sign and handed 2 clip boards not 1. asked how long it would be lady said I dont know long line ahead of you and you have to fill out paper work still. need to change your procedures ask at beginning give paperwork that way patient has invested time counted not wasted. I did not stay. you staff did not encourage me to stay all she asked do want to stay or not. I dont have time for this. I hope I do not have to use your services anymore!!!!!!!!

Ive never had anything but top notch care. Ive seen three different Doctors a liked all three. Would certainly recommend them.

Ben sneed is very kind and caring. He treated me for pneumonia and also when I fell just a few weeks later. For my fall I was in and out in 30 minutes. He even thanked me up front when I left. Great place when my primary dr cant see me

There good for minor things like a scraped knee or a small cut but dont go looking for relief from shingles or back pain. The doctor didnt even examine me just looked at me and walked out we were there 7 whole minutes.

I was very upset with this place my daughters fever was very high when we got their and we waited an hour and 30 mins I asked when we got their if they could come out and check her fever for me just check her fever and they said no so we waited and her temp was getting higher and higher. Finally we went back and it was 102.4. I was mad but what was I suppose to do. The doc was good the labs didnt take long but dont go here if your looking for quick service. I needed my daughter temp checked because mine thomater wasnt working properly. They got a 1 because they werent worried about getting her temp down as soon as I got their

The entire staff was so nice and caring. Not a long wait time at all and very affordable especially when youre uninsured like myself!

I almost want to give it 1 star based on the way the lady who answered the phone talked down to me. I chalked it up to her maybe having a bad day but I still have not gone back there.

I dont understand why I have to give them 1 star everything the docter said was wrong and he never called in her medicine and said to send her to school with the flu because the flu test thats correct only 50% or less of the time showed negative.

I took my daughter to Allsouth because of a grease burn to her hand. She was seen right away. She got a careful examination and then they applied a cream that took the pain away immediately. They gave us a container of this ointment to take home so that we could minimize her discomfort. The care we recieved was professional, friendly and effective. We are very thankful for Dr. Webber and his staff.

Took child here for walk in appt & was seen within 10 minutes of getting checked in, Dr was very nice.

I HAVE BEEN THERE SEVERAL TIMES FROM INFECTIONS FROM A CAT BITE TO BAD COLDS... MY TWO OLDER DAUGHTERS HAVE BEEN THERE A FEW TIMES AS WELL... GOOD CHRISTIAN ENVIRONMENT... ALWAYS TREATED WITH THE UTMOST RESPECT!!! I WILL RETURN AGAIN, & AGAIN... WOULD BE GOING THERE TODAY FOR AN INGROWN TOE NAIL IF THE WERE OPENED... BUT INSTEAD I GUESS ITS A 3-4 HR EMERGENCY ROOM WAIT... VERSUS THE 30 -45 MIN THAT I WOULD SPEND HERE...
