I had the best experience one can have when required to visit such establishments.

Wasnt even aware this place was here but everyone was really friendly and professional. There was a little wait but they do offer a good deal of services.

I originally was going to rate this place a one star because when I first arrived I had an awful experience. The first nurse I saw was very rude, she didnt speak to me when I came in she just stared and rolled her eyes. Once we got in the exam room she began to ask me questions about my current meds. Informed her that I didnt have them with me bc I wasnt told I would need them. She got frustrated with me and began to act impatient. She then told me to call the pharmacy and ask them so I done as instructed she was rude towards them and also rushing them. She behaved this way all while training a student or worker not sure who she was to them. She came off as impatient and short. But my experience was turned around when the second nurse came in she was everything the first nurse wasnt patient and polite. She smiled introduced herself and very flamboyant. The x ray tech was really nice and the doctor was really nice we even shared a couple of laughs. So to conclude it there was one bad apple the the rest of the staff helped turn my experience around tremendously.

Been waiting for about an hour for a preemployment drug screen. This place is really crowded for a medical office during a global pandemic.

Absolutely wonderful, efficient experience. I came in for sinus issues and was quickly diagnosed. The staff is incredibly friendly and work well together. Having such a good experience seems so strange at a doctor!

OccMed has always been great for my family and myself. The complete staff treats you with care. I highly recomend them to everyone. Also every time I have been I have a very short wait. Thanks OccMed !!!

Holy cow, where to begin on this place. First, it took 7 sticks to get blood work and they still couldnt even get the blood, they had to send me to Flowers Hospital. Second, the nurse struggled to get my pulse for at least 5 minutes then kept saying every time I get it I lose it again, then claiming I needed a cardiac clearance to get my physical cleared for work. $1700 later and a cardiac clearance done, they have to call my doctor to see if its legit and they claim I didnt let them record my TB Test when I came back a second time. I live an hour away from Dothan and having to work around my schedule to get this physical done was a pain. The staff was unprofessional and frankly had no idea what they were doing or talking about, and Ive already told my employer if they want another physical for me, I will take the paperwork and pay out of pocket for my own doctor. Ive also looked into seeing about getting a lawyer for all the trouble and emotional fear mongering theyve imposed on me.If I could review this at zero stars, I would. What a bunch of quacks.

Rude and take forever! Not professional at all!!

Occmed is always, professional, courteous, timely - and the staff is VERY NICE!!!

It is slow and packed out in a small room. They have no order on how they call you it is just a pill Mill and dope hot spot. You should see all the sorry low life people comeic in here. The place smells to high heaven.

Very dirty place , the rooms had hair all over the chair and floor , and table , and we had to come back a few times , and one day back to back and the floor was never swept from the day before I know cause we were the last on that day and only a few before us the next morning and the floor still looked the same , and this is a doctors office .. what a joke like my boyfriend says its a doc in the box , just nasty ..
