Waited over an hour after our appointment time for blood draw. Gave them the paperwork from Dr, they put it in the system. My Dr never received the results. I called this location everyday for 2 weeks and no one answered. Finally, a month after the appointment we received a bill for $16. I called the number on the bill and they transferred me to results department. The lady put me on hold and said ok, I called the Dr office and sent them the information they will receive it in 3 minutes. 6 hours later I called my Dr office who still hadnt received the information. They ended up having to call and get the results. First and last time ever using this location

These people are great, Ive had them take up to 6 attempts to draw blood in other places but here they always get it in one go. Much nicer on the arms

The lab technician was great at her job- one of the best Ive experienced. I had blood drawn and didnt feel a thing at all. I should have gotten her name but I was so impressed that i had to leave a review to give a 👍.

A BUNCH OF CROOKS! TRIED TO CHARGE ME 1500 BUCKS FOR $180 WORTH OF LABWORK. tRIED TO CHARGE MY DAUGHTER 850 BUCKS FOR 75 WORTH OF WORK. PEOPLE WITHOUT INSURANCE GET HOUNDED FOR THE FULL OUTRAGEOUS AMOUNT! CANT WE REPORT THEM SOMEWHERE OR FILE A LAWSUIT?!

Entered the facility, rudily I was pointed to the Express check in machine! NOT anyone offered to assist me with the machine!! All was new and self explanatory but my point is no one asked if I needed assist!!!! Being a lover of our elders what about them? Tech savvy we are not! What happen to going the extra in assisting people???

The hospital called them twice after I went in and NO ONE was at the front desk. The so called electronic sign in system did not work. The machine had a message stating see the front desk receptionist. She must have been a ghost because every blue chair was empty. When you call the message will say they are at lunch or will be with you shortly....they make sure if you owe then answer the toll free number...🤷🏻‍♀️🙇🏻‍♀️😡😡 customer service is not a top priority!!!!

The phlebotomist is great, however, whomever doe the billing keeps getting it incorrect. I continue to get bills even though I have 2 government insurance providers. When you call the billing department, they say, “oh, it was input incorrectly and there is no way to fix it and back it out of the system, so you will have to pay.” If it is your companies fault, and it continues to happen, I should not have to pay for your mess up! Lab Corp is not the only place to get lab work, and I will no longer use them ever! Labcorp needs to get their billing department together and make some changes or make some heads roll. I have already filed a complaint with Medicare, and am going to file a complaint with the state attorney general for their billing practices. Medicare says what they are doing is not legal, so let’s see where this goes! Labcorp SUCKS

Terrible service and over price. It should be illegal of what they over charge! this is why our Healthcare system is wrong over charging customers.

Went in for an employment drug screen. Passed cuz i dont do drugs. Older lady was not in any way pleasant. Kept giving me rude looks and had rude Becky voice the whole time. Even rolled her eyes when i asked to wash my hands after peeing. Employers, plz do not use this place. Luckily i get to choose my lab. Will not choose them again.
