I waited for my appointment and was taken in a room for consultation. I was refused service because I have not had a COVID vaccine. This would have been good information to have before I wasted 2 hours of my day.

Dr. Bell and her staff are amazing. Dr. Bell is super friendly and even hugs you before you leave. She treats everyone like family and truly cares and listens to your concerns. This place offers many different services and quality products. I recommend this place highly!

Go to THE MED SPA DOTHAN instead!! MUCH better facility and staff! I’m just copy and pasting another review because it was exactly the same for me. There are tons of bad reviews. Never again will I step into that outdated, tacky, and unkept “spa.”Does not even deserve one star. Terrible experience, from the moment I walked in. The staff (this includes Dr Bell-Muench) were unfriendly, rude, immature, and astonishingly enough, acted annoyed that I was there. (It was my first time in and I had literally just walked in--I hadnt even had time to offend anyone yet lol!) The place was empty except for one woman who left as I filled out new-client paperwork. They treated her very poorly as well. The look on her face...she was just so upset and hurt. It was so sad!Grounds and exterior of building unkempt, interior décor tacky, outdated, dusty. Both parking lots are usually barren, save for the same few cars.I would say this atrocious behavior was a one-off, maybe a bad day for the office or whatever, but I did go in a second time (gave them another chance) and was treated the same way, plus other reviews echo my sentiments. Its too bad, because this place could be super-cute and much more successful, with some better attitudes and better customer service.

I read a lot of these reviews, so wasnt sure what to expect, but I found Dr. Bell to be extremely professional. She didnt push anything on me and, in fact, suggested I wait on doing what I thought I needed and try a few other things first. The consultation was free, she listened to my concerns, and answered my questions. I think sometimes people confuse strong, professional women with being mean or brusque. I found her to be both professional and kind. Ill be scheduling another appointment.

I have been very please with my treatments here. The staff are always so nice. Dr. Bell is always kind, patient with my MILLION questions, and I never feel like she is trying too hard to sell me on anything. In fact, one procedure I wanted, she suggested that I try something at home first...then try this procedure if I was not pleased! She never makes me look fake...I just look rested. My experience has been incredible and I will be a customer until I move too far to see her!

I love the staff and especially the Doctor she does amazing work I go for lip fillers and haven’t left disappointed her technique is fantastic and she is very informative, plus there’s little pain because of how she numbs for lip fillers. She’s amazing and I wouldn’t trust anybody else with this procedure.

Stay away from this place! The owner Amanda Bell does not know how to run a buisiness or how to treat her customers AT ALL. She couldnt care less about any of them! I cant even describe her as rude, its much worse. My mother was going to be 5-10 minutes late to her appointment (we drove 40 miles to get there and hit traffic) she called and informed the office and they acted like that would be no problem. Well we got there and the owner told her Im not going to be able to do everything, you should have been on time. My mom then said shed like to reschedule because she wanted to have it all done at once (she is getting married soon). Thats when A. Bell totally lost her temper and made nasty comments to her as she was walking out the door and would not stop! Staring her down the whole time! I then went in to ask what her name was. At this point she is raging. she told me that this is her property and if I dont leave right now shes calling the police as shes walking closer to me cornering me to the door! (I am 19, by the way!) Also, my mom has gotten Botox there before multiple times and had droopy eyelids from It for weeks. I have read other reviews where this has happened to other clients. This lady does not know what shes doing and is the craziest person I have ever met. I left shaking and choked up because it was so creepy. Her business needs to be shut down and she lose her license. She doesnt even deserve one star!!

This place has multiple cases of eyelid droop after injections. This is pure negligence on the treating physician, Ms. Bell. Hitting the nerve during injections rarely happens, and for it to happen multiple times by the same physician is very scary. I would highly recommend for people to avoid this spa, it is not worth permanent disfigurement!

Not happy. I have been coming for a while and like Dr. Bell. However, those that work up front are not friendly. Drove 2 hours for an appointment and was 5 minutes late. Called and let them know I was almost there (got stopped in a funeral procession). Got to the office and they told me she left and couldn’t do it today. I’m disappointed in the way it was handled.

Ive been here a couple of times and every time I have been there or called the people running this place just seem like they really could care less about gaining business. First time I was there was a full day at the spa and it was nice until I got to the madi/pedi room. The girl doing my mani/pedi discussed her boyfriend problems with me the entire time! This was a gift for mothers day from my family...its something moms appreciate bc its the ONE time of the year its about US. Well... this person made my day about her. She cried most of the time. I dont know her I didnt know what to say! Its was very uncomfortable and ultimately ending my day in a negative way. EVERYTIME I call them, they have to see if someone can work when I need to come in. Keep in mind their hours say they are open until 7pm. I have called and wanted to pick up products and they act like they are doing me a favor by waiting until I can get there at 6. I call to asked for a massage around 4 or 5. The person I spoke to on the phone placed me on hold then returns back to the phone and actually said to me no one could work that late. Its like that EVRYTIME I have called. No real need for business I suppose. I wonder if the Dr that owns this spa is aware that the people running this place have a serious lack of wanting to WORK. You provide a service that you are ultimately making it difficult for people to support. I believe in 2nd and even 3rd chances (my reason for trying to use them over and over) but I am done trying to provide my business to people who actually make you feel like you are inconveniencing them.

For my 36th wedding anniversary, I got my wife a day at the spa package; I believe they called it a decadent day at the spa and boy, was it! First of all, my wife happily reported that all the attendants were very nice. The day started out at 10 sharp - not! The first half of the day was dedicated to a massage and body scrub; something I thought would be a good experience. The masseuse was a man, which in itself is kinda weird, but acceptable for a massage. He was very professional my wife reported. Next came the body scrub! Now, I dont know about this stuff too much, but I would assume not too many men would take advantage of this service, thus leaving the target clientele women. Another safe assumption that if your target audience are women, one would assume another women would be performing the services - WRONG!Now picture this; a 50-ish woman married for 36 years (remember, this was suppose to be a nice experience), who is now attended to in a most intimate manner by a man - who was professional, but a man non-the-less! To add insult to injury, Plush Medical Spa seemed to find it appropriate to hand my wife a couple of hand towels to cover the girls upstairs and the lady parts down below. My wife is trim enough, but nobody in the 50s have the body of an 18 year old; nuff said!! Can you imagine the absolute shock my wife had when the man straddled the table and explained to her how to get ready for the scrub; to put the HAND towel between her legs like a daiper, and further cover the upper girls somehow.Im starting to wonder in just WHAT universe does this even seem appropriate?? My wife was extremely uncomfortable, but was rolling with it! The indignation of it is beyond compare, and my wife was horrified. After the scrub the same man has to wash my wife down, because they dont have a freaking shower in the place; SERIOUSLY!! How can this even be possible? Only at Plush Medical Spa apparently!!!!Shortly after that, was the included lunch consisting of a salad from the next door eatery. Now you would think that being a spa, there would be a nice area set-aside for a respite from the pampering? NO, they handed her a take-out, styrofoam container, with plastic utensils, while sitting on a pedicure bench getting the full treatment! You gotta be kidding me!!!! I paid an awful lot of money for this experience!!During the pedi and manicure, my wife questioned the sanitation of the equipment, at which the attendant stated it was in barbasol; a sanitary solution! My wife has several friends who own salons, and KNOWS that barbasol should be a deep-blue color. Plushs barbasol resembled the feigning remains of a 30 day-automatic flush, toilet bowl cleaner, at day 45 after installation. The blue color was almost non-existent!After that was make-up. The technician was about to apply it with VERY used brushes, at which my with questioned it. The girl then said, well we use disposable brushes around the eyes and mouth! My wife made sure of that!For the price I paid, I was expecting a very nice experience for my wife. But when she picked me up after work, I sensed something wrong, as I got into the car, I asked how it was, at which point she burst out crying, hugging me closely and thanking me for the gesture, but saying it was a horrifying experience of my life!! I felt utterly and totally betrayed. After several hours of sadness she seemed to regain a sense of normalcy, but the nice relaxed, and pampered experience leading into a lovely evening, didnt happen! I am so sorry I ever thought it would be a good idea to surprise my wife.You have been warned!!!!
