Nicole did a excellent job on my eyebrow touch-up, she was very knowledgeable in regards to any questions I asked and was very professional & demonstrated extremely welcoming customer service! (2👍🏿👍🏿 & 5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐)

I always loved getting my eyebrows threaded here because they did an awesome job my eyebrows would be on point just the way i like them.I did notice that its different people working there and they uped the price on the eyebrow threading i think maybe someone else took over but its still worth it to me and i highly recommend it for anyone that likes to get eyebrow threading and they also do eyelash extensions as well

The service was friendly, I like my brows a little more thick and tinted...I will use the service if Im at the location and need services.

Ive been here 3 times and the first two times were great! Both of the ladies Ive seen are very nice, but the lady who threaded my eyebrows today pulled off a skin tag on one eye and left a ton of stray hairs that I had to come home and pluck myself.Edited to respond to the owner: Heres my receipt. You *did* charge me. You charged me $12 and I tipped you $5 and you STILL let me walk out with my blood on my eye and stray hairs on my eyebrows. I had planned to return until you posted this blatant (and misspelled) lie. Arguing with your customers on reviews is a bad look. And since you deleted your reply once you saw I had (literal) receipts, Ive attached a screen shot of it, so people who are considering going to your shop know what kind of people theyre dealing with.

Had an Arabic lady take care on me and mom. She seemed rude not responding. Was my first time there mom had been there several times she doesn’t remember the name of the lady that used to take care of her. But this lady went fast I felt on one side were she wasn’t pulling anything and when she was done I was right hairs that I had to tweeze myself on both sides. I still tipped her but won’t be going to her.

Worst worst and really worst and most expensive way expensive... i will never give my business anymore

I loved it there , it was my 1st time getting my brows threaded and I was nervous until one of the workers named Jackie talked to me about how fast I would be done. She was very neat and clean while she worked. Awesome place to go

Pretty good, I did brow and upper lip. The lady wasnt to rough but the thing was that the price was a bit higher. Ive been to different ones and they charge less but I was happy with the results. I would go back but at the moment price is my only concern.

They always do a good job on my brows. Sometimes you might have to wait but its not too bad unless someone is getting eyelashes.

I have come here two times before and had no issue, I generally visit threading stations in malls, but today was terrible. The lady that opened on Saturday has no business doing eyebrow threading. I asked her to cleanup and cutdown my eyebrows. She basically completely removed my eyebrow except a slight line. I should have realized when she didn’t advise me to hold my skin to tighten it that she has no business doing eyebrows. I should have known since they have a hiring sign posted saying no experience necessary.

I’ve been going to her a couple of months now and she’s amazing. She’s so precise and I don’t see myself going to anyone else!

Worst experience I have ever had with my eyebrows! The girl took my right eyebrow almost completely off my face! She was so interest in her YouTube video she was watching on her phone that she completely ruined my eyebrow! They obviously hire anyone!

Very nice, short wait, great job. She worked fast,price was great , she didnt make the brows too thin, and she did great not to nick my skin. Shop was clean ! I will be back and would recommend to others.

Great lash and eyebrow place all in one. Only thing I would recommend is chairs to be wiped down after each customer or some type of changeable cover after each customer.

Ive only been going here because strung out closed a few years ago. There is no other option close by. After today I will be waiting until my beach trips to get them done in PCB. I got my brows done for $12 as usual which is $4 more than I pay up north. As Im paying with my card because I dont carry cash, a second employee makes a remark about the card machine not working. I stood there for 20+ minutes while she attempted to run multiple cards of mine. She told me I had to go use the atm inside the mall which charges an additional $4. I am frustrated with the lack of communication and the inconvenience I was caused. I only went to the mall the to get out of my hot house due to no electricity after the hurricane. Thanks for adding to my frustrations. PUT UP A SIGN! AAANNNDD they sat 2 more girls and did not warm them about the card machine. I warned them. One girl only had card but her friend covered both of them with cash. It was just a ridiculous waste of time. Plus I have to go touch up my brows bc the lighting is bad or they are just blind.
