It was hard to choose where to go, I knew I wanted a true audiologist and not just some tech with a certificate telling me what was going on with my hearing. The doctor and staph are great and helped walk me through the process and choosing the best way to improve my hearing for home and work.

Everyone was very nice and professional. The office was neat and clean!

As always, Kayla and Angie took care of me! They’re the sweetest, and I can always count on them squeezing me in in an emergency (goodness, a wire breaks?!). Love this place!

I brought my 2 year old in for a hearing test because she isnt talking. They were very nice, kind, and pleasant. Testing was easy, and we had a result before we walked out. Very satisfied with the staff being helpful and friendly, as well as the cleanliness of the business.

Pleasant environment, friendly and very efficient staff. Courteous and understanding . Realize they are dealing with those with hearing problems and consequently there was no mumbling , speaking in in phrase or displaying any aggravation of clients not understanding what they saying. My 7 month old was born with a kidney condition called Hydronephrosis. A few weeks ago I realize he wasnt responding to his name or any sound unless you were in his face so our pediatrician referred us here. From the moment we walked in the doors to the time we left, we felt like our boy was in good hands. The waiting room was full but we didnt wait long. I think we waited maybe 15 mins. We werent taken back and we saw Dr Wilkes. She was so good with our little one. He was cranky and sleepy and she was very patient and did everything she could to get the results and testing done. She sat down and took her time to explain every thing to us to where we could really understand. I highly recommend this place!

Amazing staff that started with a phone call that ended with curbside service, both hearing aids repaired almost before I had the paperwork filled out, it was raining no less. No question they earned my business forever.

Dr Shumaker was so patient and sweet with my 3 year old. She made sure she was comfortable with the testing and made it a fun game. She also explained to me the test results in a clear way and gave clear guidance for the way ahead for treatment options.

Very friendly staff. I was surprised by a welcome gift and coffee or water to drink while I waited. My wait to be seen was brief. Dr Wilks was very thorough and detailed in explaining the hearing test. I was given a choice and several options in the selection of hearing aids. No batteries to buy because they are rechargeable!! Wow modern technology can be really great.My hearing aids came in less than 2 weeks and due to another person rescheduling their apt. I was able to get them the day after they arrived at the office. Dr. Wilks was very thorough in explaining, fitting, and critiquing my hearing aids to best suit me. I am amazed at how well I can understand what is said from 10 feet away and even further than that. I love the app on my cell phone that allows me to choose the settings I want along with the blue tooth feature which allows me to speak to someone without anyone else hearing what the person I am speaking to is saying. I had a great experience and highly reccomend going to Hearing Associates of Dothan Alabama for hearing aids if you need them.

Very professional and friendly staff. The only audiologists I could find in the Dothan area that uses ‘real ear measures’ to fine tune your hearing aids. If you don’t know what this is I challenge you to research it before choosing an audiologist. I did. That’s why I’m here.

I was new in Dothan and when looking for a hearing aid center, I googled and Hearing Associates popped up. I called and got an appointment right away ordered my new hearing aids and I was so excited l!! The entire staff are wonderful!! Dr. Wilkes was very thorough when explaining how the new hearing aids work. I would recommend Hearing Associates to anyone!!Update: Ive had my hearing aids now for almost a year and love them. Dr. Wilkes and her staff continue to be wonderfully helpful. I even had a telehealth at the beginning of the Covid pandemic with Dr Wilkes and she adjusted my hearing from her office and I was at work! I love Kayla and Angie because they are super helpful and always friendly!! Again....I would recommend Hearing Associates to anyone!!

Visited Hearing Associates of Dothan for a repair of one of my hearing aids (not purchased from them). Manufacturer sent them the wrong part. Hearing Associates of Dothan interceded on my behalf and had the correct part overnighted so I was on my way first thing the next morning. Thanks!Update: Since my last review I have purchased a new set of hearing aids from Hearing Associates. They have been very helpful in the transition from one set to the other. They work hard to make sure the needs and expectations of their clients are met. I am pleased that I found them.
