Ive been a member for about 6 months. I have a Black Card membership that gives me access to everything they have to offer. The hydrotherapy beds are great! I love that its open 24 hours. I get off work at 1am and its conveniently on my way home. Its rarely too crowded at any time of day and theres plenty of equipment. This location lacks some of the equipment that the larger locations offer but mostly its just less of the same stuff. For instance,, the treadmills dont have built-in TV. The staff is helpful and friendly and its clean and layed out well. My only complaint is the absence of free weights which is common to all Planet fitness locations as far as I know. Remember this is a Fitness Center not a gym but you can get a good strength training workout in here and its affordable. I go almost every day and get my moneys worth 10 times over. I would recommend Planet Fitness for beginners or intermediate Fitness junkies. Im not advanced enough to say it works for everyone but for now it definitely works for me. 10 bucks a month or 23 bucks a month I believe and an annual fee of around 35 bucks I think. You can always go take a tour of the place for free.

PF is the best gym i have ever used. I like their philosophy of fitness- of creating a space where all feel comfortable no matter what their fitness level. The PF i go to in Dickson TEnnessee is always super clean. The employees ‘mask up’ which i appreciate- and there is a wide variety of weight machines. I especially appreciate the option of the Black Card (?) option and the hydromassage tables which now take the place of my cool down. I’m a fan.

Generally clean, well lit facility. However, it is small compared to most Planet Fitness locations. There is more than adequate cardio equipment, but expect to wait for Smith machines as there are only two. Generally try to avoid going during peak hours as youll wind up waiting to get to what you need.

I like how small the location is. Ive seen reviews of people saying its small, but the size makes it much less intimidating to work out. I personally think its big, so to each their own. I really like all the equipment and the staff have been really nice and hospitable. Ive only been doing it for 2 weeks and Ive already really enjoyed the time I have to come here and grind. And its also always pretty clean! Highly recommend anyone who is just starting or has been to multiple different gyms to hit this one up!!

Staff is friendly. Facilities are exceptionally clean! Tanning beds are hot and effective. 10/10 would recommend 👌🏼

Overall an average place to work out but be mindful though if you do anything weird other people might judge you and think youre making fun of other people and tell on you so there was that but the hydro beds are awesome

Great place to go. It is true NO JUDGEMENT ! The staff is so helpful and friendly and the people are also that goes there. I’m sure all of them are like that. The dickson Tennessee planet fitness you are GREAT!!

This is a great place to work out. The staff is very friendly. The establishment is very clean. It offers many options for a total body work out.You can tell the staff strives to keep this place clean and safe for all of its visitors. Staff routinely walks around and sanitizes machines top to bottom.I want give special recognition to Bailee. She takes the time to learn the customers names and needs. She usually checks us in as we are walking through the door. She, as well the other staff, always greet us and say goodbye. I am not sure if she is in management, but she should be. She goes the extra mile which is another reason we keep coming back.It is a great atmosphere with excellent customer service.

Nice gym, very clean, good people, but AWFUL corporation. If the individual gyms could develop their own systems and break off the standardized corporate systems they would be able to aid to more people and better assist the community. Instead the corporation has to create deceiving systems to help them gain money which hinders the insight of the local gym. Wouldn’t recommend for, or against this gym, but would recommend reviewing the contract in full before you select their enticing but deceiving offers for sign up.

The staff is always so friendly and welcoming. They take pride in the facility by keeping it very clean! It is so nice to have a great place to start my day with each morning!

Customer service is excellent! Friendly and not only am I greeted when I walk in but everytime I leave, someone says goodbye! It makes me feel good! The employees are always there to answer any of my questions. The facility is always clean and maintained well. I never have to wait to use any equipment or machine. I dont have to wonder how to use any of the equipment either because it has examples and pictures visible at every station. Its convenient. Its a safe environment. They honor and practice social distancing. Its a place you feel at home in. No judgment.

I love it! Its quiet, no muscle heads that make you feel uncomfortable. Litterally all sizes of ppl come to workout from zeros to xxxl. Very helpful staff and the atmosphere is great. And they have a great black card membership and your guest can do what ever you do and those hydromassage recline chairs are AMAZING so is the skin therapy shaker!

Im unable to go to Family Fitness Planet Fitness anymore because I live out of the county and Im upset because I havent refunded me my money when they told me they would and Im glad they canceled me they handled that the manager was very nice but I havent heard from him since thank you and the exercise equipment is good

Definitely not come back to this location. Receptionist here was rude to my daughter and I. Another thing is this is absolutely the smallest planet fitness ever. Minus the size of the place definitely felt like we didnt belong there cause of the receptionist. Other locations better but this place is the worst

Good gym. Not as big as some of the others, but there seems to be enough space for the amount of people, and the equipment is in great shape. Friendly staff as well.

I also love the staff and how they make everyone feel welcomed when they walk through the door, as your checking in, or being able to assist when you need help. They are incredible! I enjoy every minute of my visit at Planet Fitness (Dickson). I highly recommend going to this gym!

Recently, I’ve been working in areas around Nashville. I normally workout after work at a PF in Nashville. I was in Dickson last week and decided to workout during my lunch hour at the PF there. I was greeted by Tiffany. She and the staff there were very welcoming, courteous and friendly. The friendly smiles and courtesy awesome! I felt right at home! Next time I’m working in Dickson I will definitely visit Tiffany and the staff there again.

I really like this gym. Less than half price of the price of other gyms, yet spotless, friendly and fully equipped.It’s actually my favorite gym.The staff are receptive to feedback and nothing is ever broken.The trainer is Sick (meaning awesome)

This is my first membership with a gym and I love it. The staff is amazing and the gym is sparkling clean. There is a great variety of equipment to suit everyone’s needs. I appreciate that you can scan the equipment to watch a video on how to use it correctly and what muscles it works. This came in handy for me as a beginner. I love the different classes that are offered and the suggested workouts on the app. That was an amazing resource to have after having to close for Covid.

I’ve had a PF membership for several years and the only time I really use it is when I travel. I prefer barbells to machines but you take what you can get when you’re on the road. This location is nice, clean, and usually not too crowded at 4am when I am in Dickson. The staff have been friendly as well. If you don’t want to join a traditional gym, this place will work nicely for you.

I signed up online and came in for a tour. The staff has been very helpful and friendly. The gym is nice, new, and clean, and the price is better than anywhere else in town. Love the hydro-massage chair!

Was a nice experience away from my home gym. Beautiful new facility, and staff member Christian was extremely helpful! Will definitely be back.

Since the facility I go is brand new its spotless. The staff are all nice and friendly. My only criticism is they usually play the music so load I can barely hear what Im trying to listen to through my ear buds.

I had a horrible experience here back in December and never went back until last week thanks to a coworker. I ended up enjoying my workout and talked with 2 ladies that worked there. Thanks to them, I left with a positive vibe and looking forward to my next visit.Today I went in alone and had a great workout. I then spoke with employee Rebecca about tanning. As I was asking to tan only 5 minutes in a standup booth, a male employee jumped in and treated Rebecca like she was not capable. He asked me again what I was wanting so I said 5 minutes in a stand up. I then headed to Room 4 and started tanning. After a bit, I can feel the tan and I was thinking this is a really long 5 minutes, but with the music and fans.... Im still enjoying my time. I decided to remove my glasses and noticed I had been in almost 10 minutes. For some that tan often, this is nothing. This was only my second ever time to tan. So thank you to the arrogant employee for not taking the time to make sure the time was accurate.

The managers, Tiffany and Christian, have done a tremendous job getting this location ready for its official opening. The staff is very friendly and they have done a great job helping anyone who walks through the door. Im so excited to see all that they accomplish here!

We have been going for about 6 weeks now. The employees have been very nice and greet us everytime we go. If there is an issue, they take care of it right away.

The facilities are always clean and orderly. The staff are friendly...as long as you seek them out at the desk from which they seldom move. I and others would like to see them walk the floors more often so we dont have to stop our exercising to get assistance with something. With three people working...someone should walk around the floor every now and then.

Nice clean gym, showers are a bit lacking in holding clothes anywhere besides the wet floor. But, to each their own.

They treated my husband and I horribly, we were confronted every time we walked in the door, customer service is really bad, we were given the wrong information about payments, and ended up paying 300 in late fees. One of their mottos is no judging, they need a lesson in that themselves. I hope anyone reading this will explore other options before signing a contract.

I love working out at PF. Its new and clean and had most everything. Its only been open around a month or so. I went in this weekend and my 2 favorite things to use are broke. The all over toning machine and the torso rotator machine. They supposedly fixed the rotator machine but its still not right. Well see how long it takes to fix these.

Recently switched gyms and I must say this is more than what I expected , the employees are quality and the weights are superior. Plus when you get a black card you get tanning and massage includedI will definitely recommend this gym to everyone!

RV’ers here in training while traveling. Couldn’t decide between PF or AF but after our tour with Devon and a short talk with Alex we were sold. Had a great first workout and used the Black Card Spa. We are gonna map our road trip to the Arizona Tough Mudder from Planet Fitness to Planet Fitness. This provides a lot of solutions for us: training, showers, WiFi, massage, and no Lunk critics while we work from the road. Love the 30 Minute stations.

My daughter doesnt walk around with a birth certificate. We have an insurance card, but no DOB printed on it, so she wasnt allowed in. Who walks around with a birth certificate??!!! No one. No one does that.My teenager cant come in, then neither can I. RUDE.To top it off, after I requested my membership be cancelled, my email confirmation states that it was cancelled due to policy violation which is an outright LIE.

Needs at least 2 flat benches with free weights. Other than that, it’s not too shabby.
