We are in it to work hard. Admittedly, since I turn 63 next week, I really listen to my body, and scale back as need be. The classes are very challenging, but filled with precious encouragers of all shapes and sizes. Our coach/leader of the pack is not warm and fuzzy. But he is what we need. He is there to run a business, and help us get fit. Would you want a warm and fuzzy sergeant leading you into battle? We are not there to be babied. Be prepared to sweat.

Awesome CrossFit workout. Great people there along with fantastic coaching and attention to detail. The facility was clean and kept up well also. I’ll definitely work out there again next time I’m in the area.

What a great place! Very clean, and the workout was amazing! I appreciate how structured the workout was and how I got to see how to do it!

CrossFit Engage is the real deal! I spent 4 days working with Colton and his team and I must say the experience was not only challenging but also I felt like I was part of the family from the time I entered the door. If you are looking to get into CrossFit or already have a working knowledge of it then this is the place for you in the Dickson area. These coaches give it there all and care about their athletes.

I was in Dickson for a continuing legal education and I was so happy Crossfit Engaged was open.The owner and coach, Colton, runs a phenomenal gym. It’s clean, well equipped and everyone is friendly. He knows fitness, especially CrossFit.Classes were fun, creative and challenging. I’m fairly new to CrossFit and ripped my hands open at CrossFit Engaged. It will forever be remembered:)I will definitely go back!!! I wish it was closer to where I live I’d make this my home gym.

Great gym, great coaches

I have been working out here for a year and it has been great!! The coaches are fantastic, great with kids, and it has been a wonderful addition to my routine!

Coaching and the athletes were awesome. Very friendly and welcoming. A great place to workout.

We have been to Crossfit gyms all over the world and no one cares more about the programming, its members, or the stability of the community more than Colton. He is extremely knowledgeable about the athletic movements as well as how fitness impacts the body, and he knows how to coach properly to keep his athletes safe while still focused to reach their goals.This gym is an excellent addition to this small town.
