The front desk staff very friendly and efficient. There was very little wait time. My heigniest was fairly impersonal at first, but as the session continued she became cordial. This was her first day working here and was not a regular staff member. Unfortunately, I had to request that she place her mask fully over her nose before she started the procedure. She stated she did not realize it had slipped. She did a reasonable job on my teeth, but not nearly as well as had been done on previous visits.

I absolutely love the hygienist and the dentist I see. They are both wonderful!!! I use to have anxiety about having dental work done but not anymore. Dr. Cannon is wonderful at walking you through it. I go to the Waverly location.

My first visit to East Hills Dental Center was such a positive one. It had been quite a few years since I had seen a dentist because of my husband’s lengthy illness and death. I thought I would feel embarrassed, but everyone was so kind and understanding. The first visit was the most thorough dental exam I have ever had. I really liked Dr. Cannon, Autumn, and Ann. Each one made me feel like I am in the best place I could be for my dental care. When I returned for my scheduled dental work, again I was so pleased. The level of comfort, compassion, and professional skill is off the charts. Can’t say enough good things about East Hills.

Got in for an emergency visit on a Thursday and dr immediately found the problem whereas at another place had told me nothing was wrong on Monday. This will be my dental home from here forward!! Would give more than 5 stars for how nice and caring they are!!

I have been a patient of East Hills Dental Center for many years. I highly recommend them to others who need dental work. My family has also used them for numerous dental procedures with excellent results. Doctor Brown has been my dentist and does superior work. I have never been in pain as he takes much care in my comfort. The hygienists are top notch and also, do excellent work. Doctor Brown and his staff care and concern does not go unnoticed. They take a real interest in their patients and have personally shown they care about me and my family numerous times.

By far the best experience at any dental office. I drive from Nashville to see Dr. Cannon and besides being a great guy he is a fantastic Dentist. Everyone in the office could not be any nicer and the fees are very reasonable. I highly recommend East Hills to anyone in need of Dentistry.

Everyone who works here is so friendly. My 5 year old daughter loves going to the dentist because of East Hills. They talk to her, let her count my teeth, and really include her, so that when it is her turn she’s not nervous a bit.

Dr. Brown and his assistant Jeanette have been my dental team for over 30 years and they are the Best. However, I had to see his partner this week Dr. Cannon and was a little nervous, but after meeting with him I found him just as informative, kind and helpful as Dr. Brown. All the staff here are professional and put you as ease with smiles and kind words and the dental work in the office is Top Notch. Hands down the Best Dental office in the area.

I grew up with an awful dentist. I was traumatized pretty early in life when it comes to dental work. When I started going to Gaylan, it was scary to go to a new dentist, but I ended up relieved when they took my anxiety seriously and helped reassure me and take care of me. The longer Ive been going there, the less anxiety I have about dentists in general. My hygienist Abby is THE BEST. Even though Ive moved away from Dickson, I drive the 1.5 hours and pay out of network prices because they make me feel safe. I also started using their toothpaste. Its $20 a tube, but I havent had one cavity since I started using it. Its so worth the $20 vs paying much more for fillings. I cant say enough good things.

I absolutely love Dr. Newman and all the ladies that work here. They truly go above and beyond to make you comfortable and happy. They’re very kind and sincere. I actually enjoy my visits. 🥰

I really appreciated the kindness of the staff and the generous, unhurried attention of the dentist.

For decades this place has always been such a warm, friendly, welcoming environment. The staff works like family together and they are genuinely concerned for their patients. They keep very up to date with the changing times but still manage to keep that old school welcoming feel. Those people who stereotypically don’t like dentist have obviously never been to East Hills Dental. I’ve never had a bad experience in over 30 years. (Maybe the expected numbness and pain sometimes that just goes with a trip to the dentist-but have always been able to smile through through the numb because of the service and amazing staff)

Dr. Cannon and his staff were exceptional in their care of a nervous patient as well as listening to dental concerns with kindness. The cleaning was by far the best I’ve had in my life, and I am comfortable that Dr. Cannon and the staff are doing the best for my oral health. State of the art equipment that reflects their desire to keep your teeth looking great for many years.

I am not a fan of going to the dentist, but I guess most people are not. However not only do look forward to always going to East Hills Dental Center but so does both my boys. The staff is amazing! I have never once had an unpleasant experience. The front office staff is always very helpful and friendly. I only have experience with two of the hygienist, Abby and Lisa, both are amazing! Dr. Brown and Dr. Cannon are both friendly and helpful. They understand the cost associated with dental work and help find what is best for your teeth and budget. I also cant forget to mention Keri! I always love seeing her smiling face. If you are looking for not only exceptional dental care but also staff that treat you like family then East Hills Dental Center is where you need to go!

Dr. Newman and Kristen were wonderful. I have not been to a dentist in quite awhile and had anxiety on booking an appointment to discuss issues I was having. Kristen was very knowledgeable and discussed in depth ways to improve dental health of my gums and teeth. Dr. Newman was friendly and eager to discuss options. This has been the best experience of the dentist I been to in Dickson, TN.

It had almost been 2 decades since I had been to a dentist. Bad experiences with previous dentists kept me out of a dental chair for a very long time. A couple months ago I had a situation arise and had to call a dentist, thank God my first call was to East Hills Dental and they got me in quickly. Dr. Newman and the all the ladies were very compassionate and non judgmental. From the time I walked into their office I felt at ease, I did not feel anxiety or overwhelmed as I did years ago. A BIG THANK YOU for everything and I actually look forward to my next visit.

Ann, my hygienist took amazing care of me! She did an amazing job cleaning. I love going to the dentist so I was nervous about going because I really wanted to like them & they did not disappoint. I have been going to East Hills for several years now. Dr. Cannon is amazing. From his bedside manner to his professionalism. I’ve always felt confident in his ability and I’ve had enough work done on my teeth over the years to test his abilities. The entire staff has always been professional, friendly, and made me feel at ease every time, from the moment I walked in the door, until the procedure was complete. The young lady that cleans my teeth is in the same category with everyone else at the practice...top notch. i apologize for not remembering her name after years of her cleaning my teeth. I do and would recommend them to everyone. I have not had Dr. Brown do any work on me but I know him personally from church and can only assume his attention to detail is as high quality with his patients as his personal character is with his church family.

I hadnt been to a dentist in years and was sort of apprehensive about it, with everything going on with Covid. But between the staff and doctor all I had was a positive experience. It only took a little over an hour for me to check in, have x-rays, a general exam, and for us to set up a plan and my next appointment. I couldnt have been more happy with my experience.

I am extremely PTSD and going to dentist terrifies me each time. Even with nitrous gas, I again broke down this time. Dr. Brown and his staff are compassionate, and step in to help me in whatever way possible. He is a proactive dentist in that he does what will work best for patients and their dental care, vs doing what makes him the best profit. If his practice weren’t here, (and I’ve heard the same things said about Dr. Cannon), I most likely wouldn’t get the good dental care I’m getting and need. Can’t recommend highly enough, especially to those not going because of their own PTSD issues with dental work. I don’t go anywhere else.

Everyone is always super nice. Appointments are on time, I’ve never gotten there then waited in the waiting room more than maybe 10 minutes. Probably the most accommodating to schedule changes as long as you are responsible and call in advance. Excellent Dentist !!!
