I needed to find a new dentist near my home. This was my first experience with Dental Partners and I am very impressed. The hygienist, Hope, was wonderful! No pain or discomfort, even on my sensitive tooth. She was friendly and comforting. The dentist was great and explained that their philosophy is to do what is necessary and nothing more. He said my teeth were in great shape. No maxing out my dental benefits for the year!

I changed to Dental Partners after being with my previous dental practice for over 30 years. I had my first visit yesterday and it was EXCELLENT. The new Dental Hygienist (Hope Foster) is VERY, VERY good! I would say this is a grade up!!! 5 Star Plus!!!

These are the nicest people you can have for a business. My appointments have have always been quick and they always explain things where I can understand it .

Absolutely horrible, I feel bad for the staff that has to work under this dentist. He does not talk to his patients, practices poor hygiene, and does not concern himself with cross contamination (touches everything and then puts those same gloves into your mouth). I now have to have a root canal after he worked on a tooth that only needed a filling. When I called his office about my pain he instructed them to tell me not to waste a trip there, just call an orthodontist.

Everything was great. Sufficient, up to date machines to calculate damage and needs. Great people that work together for a great outcome. Im excited.

I feel sorry for all the fine young girls that have to work at dental partners . Dr Crosby has all the charisma of a turnip.Add to that some out dated broken equipment and you have yourself a bad time.Try somewhere else.

Dr. Crosby is a great dentist! I knew I needed a lot of work, and decided I would give Dental Partners a chance. Have had only great experiences so far. First of all they are very up front about what you will need done, what your options are, and what the cost will be. After only 2 appointments I am already much happier with my smile and the care I’ve received from all the staff. Will definitely be back every time I need dental work!

Excellent service! Dentist checked several times to confirm my pain address the issue. Was a long wait but worth the service!! Dental hygienist was very friendly and welcoming.

Yesterday, I had my first appointment with Dental Partners and it couldnt have been any better. I definitely do not LOVE going to the dentist and had put it off for quite some time. They made it as pleasant as it could be and everyone was very nice and professional. I highly recommend!

This was my first here and I was very happy how well I was treated. The dentist was professional and polite but his staff was awesome. I forgot the young ladies name who cleaned my teeth but she was was just nice, kind, and really explained to me what’s going on. Trust me it was a lot going on. I definitely found my dentist.

The dental hygienist was awesome. The dentist on the other hand had poor bed side manner!!! I go back for him to do a root canal hopefully he improves.

I was in lots of pain when I went in. I knew there was a few things I needed done. I was scared it was going to cost a lot and I was going to be in a lot of pain. It was the exact opposite though. I got 2 root canals and a tooth extraction for so cheap I cant remember plus I ended up falling asleep while they were doing the work Lol. I am so grateful to Dr. Crosby, Cassidy and Kendall. I have been to Dr. Crosby twice, the first time the experience was not bad. The second one was awful. He rushes through and then acts as though you are taking up to much of his time. The staff was wonderful and I will go back, just not to him.

I have been going to Dr Crosby for 15 years and I think he’s great. I trust him and only him to work on my teeth. He doesn’t make me feel like my teeth are terrible and he doesn’t rush me to keep coming back to have more work done. I can use the “Care Credit” card there and make payments with no interest the first year. I’ve never felt pressured by him or felt like he was trying to upsell me. I’d recommend anyone to go to him.

I came here because my tooth broke eating a salad. I call them and they got me in right away. It was my back tooth and it hurt really bad. Dr Crosby came in and pull that tooth and I did not feel a thing. Now my self is scared of needles and pain!!! He is one of the dentist that I do recommend to anyone that is scared to go to the dentist. He is quick and to the point. He is the best dentist I ever had...

I was happy with the dental hygienist. Made me feel very comfortable and that my teeth werent a total loss as was the feeling I got from previous dentist.Everything was simple not the feeling of being overwhelmed as with previous dental office.Dentist was also not pushing with urgency to have work done right away as in past office and kept things simple as well.Very satisfied with initial visit.

This place is awesome. The staff is professional and friendly. They get you in fast and let you know up front what to expect and what your cost will be no surprises. That is a bonus. They are always looking out for your dental health first and foremost. The hygienists and dentists are top notch and have always treated me well. I will not go anywhere else.

Constantly changing dentists. Hardly ever see the same one every 6 months. Office workers and assistants are awesome. Just need someone to stay and consistently see patients. Not to mention update technology. Go for a cleaning or general care is fine. I wouldnt go for cosmetic work. Will be finding elsewhere for my kids.

Totally great experience. Hope, dental hygienist, could not have been kinder. Gentle cleaning. Informative regarding future dental needs. My first visit but will definitely not be my last. Also first visit with no insurance; Dental Partners made it exceptionally affordable.

Got my filling fixed in a short amount of time and at a great price and was on my way. Also, didnt have to wait very long to get appointment when i called. Love this place. I have been to many dental offices 7 infact. Dental Partners is the best that I have been to. They are on schedule, they treat you like you are an important person. The hygienist are the best that you can find anywhere. They show you what you are going to pay at the end of service not three months later when you have forgot that you were at the dentist at all. I have nothing negative to say about this office. I do recommend that when you have the best dental hygienist working for you pay them like they are the best so you dont lose your clients when they can find better pay some where else.

The office staff especially the dark haired lady up front was so sweet and good to us. Our son aged out of going to the pediatric so he is now at a regular dentist. They were so easy to deal with.

Desperately needed a tooth pulled. Dentist was rude and seemed irritated that I was nervous. Then he dropped the tooth down my throat and if it wasn’t for the nurse/dental assistant whatever using suction to get it I would have choked.

Very helpful and cared about what was going on with me. They fit me in to there schedule and had me out in no time. This will be my new dentist.

In and out with teeth cleaned. No issues. If you’re in the area I would defiantly recommend.

My son had an appt because he had such a bad tooth ache for over a week. I told the woman his teeth were in bad shape over the phone. We got there, no one checked him in for over 15 min and then he was practically in and out, no cleaning, no extraction, nothing. Nothing but a referral. They sent him away, late on a Friday with nothing but a referral? Now he can suffer longer until he can get another appt to have extractions done. Not to mention the rude comments made to my son. Young adult or not, they were unnecessary. The dentist had no right. If I could post with out any stars I would. Terrible to do to someone. Thanks for nothing.

If I must go to the dentist, then I’d rather go to Dr Crosby then anywhere! He has the best staff and is always willing to listen.

Needed a root canal and they would not do it wanted to send me to a maxiofacial surgeon in nashville. Really like Dr. Crosby but and to are another dentist there. Will have to funda another dentist in Dickson.

The dentist filled my one cavity and pulled 2 teeth that had broken, all in one hour. The experience was as good as you could expect at a dental appointment. Thanks Dr. Crosby, l know l was a difficult patient.

Very disappointed in Dental partners. I paid almost $4000.00 to get dentures and what I got doesnt fit so I made an appointment. Dr Kenny came in never introduced himself and treated me like I was an idiot. Never did anything. I have blisters in my mouth and he doesnt care. I have tried to contact corporate but havent had any response. They sure dont mind taking your money but after you pay you no longer exists. Very sad!

No one would ever give me a quote until after the work was done, even after asking several times. The Dr was friendly until I refused his high pressure attempts to upsell me on other services. Then, he got aggressive, patronizing, and downright rude. They tried to charge me for the complimentary 1st visit until I caught them. Then, they charged me $140 just to glue on a crown that had come off! Their prices are exorbitant, and the dentist should be a used car salesman. I dont recommend them if you dont have deep pockets. I wont be back!
