Horrible experience. This lady cut my hair and messed it all up. Shes an older lady and has been doing hair since the 70s. So I figured she was an expert but I thought wrong. She left gaps in my hair and it was so choppy. I showed her a pic of what I wanted and it looks nowhere near the pic. I will never go back there again. I had to go to another hair stylist so she can fix it. Thank yu Mrs Kathy at tangles for fixing it. Yu did great.
