I dont know because I was turned away. I made an appointments online and it was confirmed but when I got there I was told that they didnt accept appointments online and she had two other clients coming in so I was turned away. I drove from Fairview to Dickson for this appointment but I was not seen. 😞

It was fun and my hair came out really nice also the costumer service was the greatest and the Hair stylists were so nice and soft on my head and that is why I give 5 stars

The manager did my hair and she was very sweet considering I scheduled back to back since I missed my appointment. I was concerned that I had a dry cut but my hair is very straight so it was understandable why she dry cut my hair but she did really good and I left completely satisfied with my experience. Id highly recommend giving this place another shot since its under new management

I give 5 stars because of Trina. She is so professional, SO KNOWLEDGEABLE & her confidence made me trust her entirely. I have been to high end salons & to private appointments only to realize that I was overcharged for patronizing attention that I dont need & given a mediocre color & style. As an aging woman, I explained to Trina that I wanted to go from cookie-cutter yellow/blonde to my natural gray (that I have never seen). The results? AMAZING!!!!! Not only does Trina listen to her clients, she has a true gift for her chosen profession!

Canceled two appointments by email two hours before appointments. Thats a phone call or a text situation not a email.

The girl that did my hair was awful. I dont know her name but some of the other reviews describe her with bad roots. She didnt even wet or comb my hair before chopping on it. She didnt even touch the front of my head. I had to go back in to get her to fix it and still left with the front 3 inches longer than the back and long split ends. I get upset every time i look at my hair. Not to mention she was gossiping to another worker about how someone just complained on her the day before but the other worker just told the manager that she was just a rude customer. I can see why she got complained on. Id cut my hair with a weedeater before i went back there.

Dickson Burger King has a person named Debbie at the register taking orders ,hates her job ,is rude and I am tired of dealing with her .The burgers will always be cold ,yes cold ! Cheese will not be melted at all .You will have to ask for your burger to be heated in microwave everytime! This has happened so many times ,cant believe Ive kept allowing it . Absolutely rediculus and then you have female named Debbie literally roll her eyes and glare .Done ,had enough .Will tell everyone I know from now on . Just fix a sandwich or wait for dinner at home or anywhere ,but forget Burger King in Dickson Tennessee 37055 .

Not a spa experience it’s Walmart but if you want a great haircut at a great price I recommend Crystal. Very personable and friendly and skilled stylist.

I took my granddaughter in to purchase retail products, I went through products with her, she had several design line products picked out to buyWe stood there for 15 minutes after we had been there probably 10 minutes selecting itemsThere was no one in salonWe ended up leaving products on the counter and walking outI was a supervisor for Regis (smart style division) and also a salon manager (Illinois market) this would have never been tolerated to leave salon unattended

I checked in at 1130am and didnt get out of there until 445pm thats how long it takes to get a all over color, highlights and cut and style at this place 5frigging hours and most of the staff acted like they had to have the approval from one lady before doing anything I am not so sure that I would ever go back and I dont recommend this place to anyone if you value your hair

I made appointment for 2 pm and came in at 1:57 pm for my appointment. I was told “there’s another person in front of you you’re wait will be around 15 minutes “ . Ummm last time I checked when you make an appointment it’s so you don’t have to wait ?? I made that appointment because I had other things I had to do that day and also had my 4 month old and my boyfriend with me , he was going to push her around the store while I got my hair done but I didn’t want it to be too long because she will get angry after a while . So after waiting for bout 10 minutes I walk out because I didn’t have time to wait . When I get home and call to talk to a manager I’m told that she will be back in 5 minutes and will call me back so I left my name and number. Almost an hour goes by and still no call so I call again and she was there , I guess she just didn’t want to call me back. I asked her why I had to wait if I made an appointment and she told me “we can’t just get you in when we have all of our chairs full and we’re all busy “ okay that was the point of making an appointment?? So someone would be ready for me when I got there ? Everywhere else I’ve been that was how it worked. So you’re telling me if I have an appointment at 2 but someone comes in at 1:50 without an appointment then they go ahead and take them . Wow . Oh and to make it even better when I said “okay thank you “ the MANAGER , Holly rudely and sarcasticly replied “THANKS “ and hung up . If the girl I spoke with to make an appointment would’ve just told me that they don’t accept appointments it would saved me a lot of trouble and I would’ve went somewhere else. Needless to say they will never get my service ever again. Very disappointed.

10/10 was lit fam, buzz was fire and stylist was very nice and very fluent in small talk.

They greeted me when i walked in. I had about a five minite wait. The store was very clean and decorated well. The prices are wonderful. The employees were super sweet and made me feel welcome it wasnt awkard. Even their products werent thay bad. I thought my hair was damanged tjey told me ot was just dry gave me at home tips and reccommended one of their products. Whoch made me feel lime they were NOT just after my money. I will highly reccommend this place!!!!! I absolutly love love this place.

It takes alot to trust someone to color your hair. And mine was ruined and nothing anywhere near close what i asked for. I knew it wouldnt be on spot, but this was no where near. Looked like they threw black and orange together. When it was supposed to be a caramel color

I got my hair colored here .it looks awful my roots are white some of my hair is orange .I was there for 4 hours and I get better color out of a box plus they charged me 183 dollars for a horrible job I will never go back .do not let Lizzy do your hair .
