I’m a current employee at YES, I started here with no experience what so ever and am going through their apprenticeship program.YES has been a great place to work at, loads of opportunities to learn and grow in your career as well as yourself personally. Stands on importance of safety, integrity, and communication/ relationships with customers/ employees. Management is open to any conversation with employees thoughts/ideas. And employees in field are open to teach in different ways to people that are starting and wanting to grow in the trade as a career. I thank God for the blessings of working at a good company that cares.
Great place to work. Fun atmosphere from the top down.
In addition to Shanes comment....I was told it had to get really bad to be terminated, and laid off by the HR, and General Admin. representatives, Instead of the General Forman & Project Forman ( who BOTH told me that I was doing a great job), & was laid off... LIES!NO backing from any admin on ANY jobs, removal of ANY holiday pay, cut Per-Diem, Micro-management issues... send you to the wolves mentality. They are in the process of a a new facility, not to mention a BRAND NEW Hydro-vac truck (Employee furnished, at this point), and laying off Jman, Protecting Apprentice ran locations, to protect investments. Another horribly ran company, produced by ND greed.
Recently worked with the team at YES, LLC on a project and couldnt be more please with the results and service! This is a great group of electricians -both in Dickinson and Watford City. They seriously do it all, construction, prefabrication, oil & gas, and electrical maintenance. If youre looking for a strong and capable partner on your next electrical project, look no further than YES, LLC. Keep up the great work!
Since my last review was deleted I will keep this short. The owner is horrible to work for just ask why there is no more paid holidays.
