Ive been in industrial construction for the past 12 years, over that time I have worked for 4 different industrial contractors, 3 of those didnt really seem to care about me, I was just a warm body to bring in revenue. Ion Field Services has a different approach, they seem to care about me as a person as well as an employee, and not just me, they seem to be that way with all employees. Their mission statement sums it up well: Our mission is a relentless commitment to excellence in training, respect, communication, and safety being essential to the way we work and live. I actually think that the owners and employees believe in this. It has been a unique and enjoyable experience. I look forward to an exciting future with Ion, I hope and believe Ion and myself will continue to grow together well.
