Been coming to MTA for a few months now. So happy I found them! Trey and Mo and anyone that comes in there are great. I’ve reached some of my weight loss goals and have been practicing close combat skills. They are excellent trainers and are patient with me when I’m “thinking about it too much” lol. Will definitely keep coming back!

I been going here for a month now and I love it. Every time I go, I learn something new. I like that were not sticking to a routine, it switches up, and that keeps me from being bored. Some of the skills can be challenging, but thats the fun part. Tray is a great teacher and his family participates and makes you feel comfortable. Thank you all!!!!

I went in for a self defense class and it was a great experience! The methods taught were practical and easy to remember. Trae was a great instructor. He was both professional and personable which allowed a serious class to also be fun. I would definitely recommend!

Very down to earth, safe environment. I am very pleased with the instructors, the level of professionalism, and the teams compassion and encouragement. The team there pushes you to go beyond your level of comfort. Whether your there to work out or learn self defense, either way, youll walk out feeling like a new person. I know I do every single time.

I have only being going for a month and my back issues have simmered down already. I love working out here. They make sure you dont hurt yourself but they also push you! Im excited about the results my consistency with their training is going to bring.

Great gym great training family oriented

My son bought me a Groupon voucher for My Technical Advantage LLC for my birthday in August of 2018. Before that I had not worked out for about a year and a half. I had an accident that caused me to not get in the gym and then I just got lazy. I had injury to my right knee during the accident and had had surgery on my left knee about 10 years ago. About four years ago I had shoulder surgery and have not had full range of motion for that arm every since. After four weeks of intense strengthening workouts, I am showing great Improvement in my range of motion and strength both in my shoulders and knees.Thank you Grandmaster Trey for pushing me.

Great school amazing instructor and hands on. I went to a couple different schools and tried many different forms from boxing to kick boxing, but nothing like this. I would definitely recommend to anyone who needs to learn to defend themselfs in any situation.

First and only school of self-defense I will ever attend. Master Elmore is the best trainer/teacher you could ever have. Works well with adults and children, you cant go wrong with MY TACTICAL ADVANTAGE.

In 2013 I did one training session with Master trey and it changed my entire fighting career which lead to me obtaining my black belt. now three years later Im back under his instruction and improving my skills from his vast knowledge of martial arts.

I went to this guy in the morning before work. All he would do is mostly sit at the tv. It was all good with the work out. But when it comes to the martial arts. He would sit there and yell at you. Also he would not fully explain the movement, and go over them with you. He also talk smack to you in an eragant way. Very untraditional! What happened to leave your ego at the door.

About 2 years ago my grandson took the class when he was 8 a little boy was about 9 taking his pepperonis off his pizza every other day at lunch time one day the little boy walked up on my grandson my grandson took a step back and front kick him in the middle of his chest given him a asthma attack the mother of the 9 old was mad but the little boy dont bully anymore nobody .thats MY TACTICAL ADVANTAGE true story. Im so exited to share my experience at MTA .... all my trainers have been awesome.... they have shown me patients and concern for my fitness on multiple levels ... My body has changed for the better... I am looking great.... and am encouraged to meet my goal... they keep me on track and have been constant even when I have fallen off... I have never been a member of a gym like this one ... this gym environment has a family feel ... the teaching methods and made to order.. along with exemplary mentorship for my daughter who was ready to compete after 3 months of instruction ( 4th place first competition) love how I see my little girl develop discipline and comrodery... this is a great place to come and increase fitness wellness self esteem self defense... like I said made to order instruction... Try it youll like it..
