I am highly disappointed in this place. First of all, they did get me in the back pretty quickly, after staring at painfully drab waiting room that only made my tooth hurt even more. All shades of green! Terrible decor. The water fountain was covered up, I guess for Covid, but they off all people know that virus cant live on a nonporous surface. There was no sign to at least offer bottled water for the inconvenience. When I finally made it back and my eyes readjusted from that awful waiting room I was impressed that everything looked bright and shiny, I just knew I was about to get top treatment....not!!!! I have an abscess that was clearly visible and painful. He prescribed a regime for ibuprofen 800 and Tylenol. Now I dont know to much about prescriptions, but Im sure you can only get the 800mg Motrins from the pharmacy. I was only prescribed the antibiotics with NO pain killers!!! No Tylenol or Motrin. That was a week ago and there is still vast discomfort and the abscess is still visible. If you have a family doctor that you really know please stay with them. I only went because mines was booked for hours. Ive learned a valuable lesson.

Nice clean professional office, Dentist was very knowledgeable and respectful, will definitely visit there again, the appointment was for my 8 yr old daughter so they do see children and do very well with them that was our first time there 10/15/2021, are total wait time was 30- 40 minutes and the service was very quick and done well with compassion.

Best Dental center EVER, Dr. McElrath is very thorough and explains everything. The office manager Tanya got me in quickly and she was very pleasant. I wish I could give them both 10 stars. All Dentist and dental centers should treat their patients like they treated me. I will be referring my family and friends to this center.

This was my first visit to see Dr. Tiffany McElrath for major dental work. In all of my years I have never had a dentist with such a gentle touch! Her professionalism and the way she explained the procedure is unmatched! There is always a bit of fear going to the dentist but my fear was removed from the moment she began my major dental work! She was well worth the drive to get to her! Clean office, state-of-the-art equipment and attentive staff! She is remarkable in her care of me!!

They have worked on my teeth to my liking. My first visit, they stated that my blood pressure was too high so they refused to treat me until I went to see my primary physician. I am happy that they took my health seriously because now my blood pressure is controlled with medication. Everytime that I have an issue, such as a recent chipped tooth, I was seen right away and had immediate results. The office is very clean and the staff is friendly, always smiling, making jokes, but they always remain professional. The doctor is great as well. I would definitely recommend this office to anyone.

As a patient of My Community Dental I was told I needed four fillings, which was a little much by it being I was going to the dentist regularly. The fillings was done by Dr Tiffani McElrath in 2019 and ever since then, Ive experienced nothing but pain and suffering from the work that she did. Ive complained on numerous occasions and all they did was have the hygienist readjust them. I thought the dentist was supposed to do that. I was told they didnt have a dentist in on that day and thats on a regular basis. So they have done nothing but made the issue worst. Its been pure hell ever since. WARNING! Do not let Dr McElrath put fillings in your mouth. She will put the composite all over the teeth instead of where it supposed to be. You are not going to be able to chew on the side the fillings were done because your bite is going to be off and there will be pain. Still trying to get my teeth fixed back right.

I have been using this Dental center for about six years now. The first five years were fine. The doctors and the staff were wonderful. But with any office you sometime have changeovers, with doctor’s . With the new doctor from day one. there was something off about the relationships between the she and I. But I dismiss my intuition. Today I go in to get my dentures readjusted yet again. Because they were painful and giving me problems. I was seen by yet another doctor. She made it seem as if I was wasting her time. She would over speak me. She felt I wasn’t intelligent enough to know that my dentures were causing me pain. And when she adjust my dentures by filing them down. instead of turning away to face the sink. She stood right over me. And debris went all over me and my clothes. That was done intentionally. Nor did she rinse the dentures off before handing them back to me. Again that was done intentionally. I had to ask her to rinse them off. After the service was over. She turns to me and says. “The dental assistant will come in to dismiss you”😳. This act and attitude solidified me not to return to this office. Not until they have a new set of doctors. That disrespect and unprofessionalism is the type of service and people I no longer want to deal with.

I love my doctor and my hygienist they are superb absolutely the best Ive ever went to.

This is my forth visit and I have found customer services throughout my appts to be excellent. Each person I encountered were professional and knowgeable of the business. And they worked very well with Dr. Mac. And they also made me feel very comfortable in my experience.

Dr. Evans and Jade were so amazing! During my first visit, Dr. Evans was very gentle, informative and sympathetic towards my comfort. I was super nervous for my extraction but joyfully cried to her that it went better than I expected. I thanked her for being so gentle and she gave me a hug. I’ve told many of my friends that this is the dental office they should goto for a caring Dentist and staff!!

On January 28th, I made an appointment here. They were pretty booked up so the earliest appointment was 3 months out - on April 15th (today).This morning I get a text saying that my appointment has to be rescheduled because the hygienist called out. I was a little annoyed because Ive been waiting for this appointment for 3 months but I was like whatever because I understand that things happen - people call off.So I call to reschedule and they say the earliest appointment is for June 16th... two months from now.So they expected me to wait 5 months to get my teeth looked at. Five months. After I had an appointment and it got cancelled I have to wait another 2 months for something that is not my fault.Completely ridiculous. Do better.

The staff and Doctor’s are amazing and really cared about my appearance more than I did, sad to say. They did a wonderful job and I left there feeling much better about myself.

I wish I could give 0 stars. I waited 4 months for an appt to get a cleaning, just to get there and be denied services due to my blood pressure. Never have I had a dentist check my blood pressure before a routine cleaning. COMPLETE WASTE OF MY TIME

Everyone was genuinely polite from start to finish. What normally would be in uncomfortable experience was quite pleasant. I would strongly recommend that particular dentist office to any and everyone.

Went there twice for an emergency extraction. Spent money on transportation and a babysitter and I have NOT gotten the tooth removed. This was a COMPLETE WASTE OF TIME, ENERGY and MONEY! I’m completely livid. I’m STILL IN PAIN

I went to MCDC location in Warren on November 12th...I had a filling...the staff was exceptional...later after the numbness wore off I felt two sharp places on my tooth...this has happened in the past all it needs is to be smoothed out...but my tongue is very sore from hitting the spots and its very hard for me to eat...I knew the Warren location would be closed on Friday so I called the 877 number and I talked to a representative which was very courteous and professional...that person referred me to the Detroit location...first, no one would answer the phone...the representative kept me on hold because he didnt want to send me over there without them knowing...the next step he emailed the receptionist...she responded and said I would have to be worked into the schedule and it would be a long wait but I would be seen by a dentist and to be there by 12:00pm. I was okay with that as long as I could get this situation taken care of..I arrived at 11:30am. I checked in with her and she said leave my cell number and she will call me...I had to sit in my car due to COVID-19...Okay all is well. I kept seeing patients come in and out so I felt hopefully I will be called soon. A couple of hours passed and I went in told her my name and asked where was I placed in line? She said casually oh youre the emergency patient...youre going to have a long wait I felt that was a strange way of saying that...as if it wasnt an emergency? Okay I told her I will still wait. Hours are going by and now its 3:30pm...the office will close in 1 hour...so I call the 877 number back this time I get another representative...he wasnt as helpful as the first representative only because he kept saying there is nothing I can do...I am all the way in Petoskey..I told him the previous representative emailed the receptionist ..so he emailed her and at first he said she wasnt being direct with him about me seeing a dentist..he said she responded by saying I explained that she would have a long wait time when he came back to me on the phone I told him its not about that...Ive been patiently waiting and I deal with a disability mind you...it is very painful for me to sit and stand at lengthy times..I just wanted to know will I be able to see the dentist today? He asked her that and she said yes. My roommate was with me too..he went in to use the restroom and he stopped to ask her about me seeing the dentist...he didnt know I was on the phone with the representative...he came back to the car and said the receptionist said my name is far down the list and the patients with appointments keep showing up he asked her will a dentist still see me? He said she told him yes a dentist will see her...but I dont know if she will get anything done today when my roommate told me that I became so upset but I still waited..now its 4:30pm...the parking lot only has a few cars its almost empty... Im having pain in my mouth and in my body...I cant believe that I have been here since 11:30am!! I decided to leave at 4:33pm...the receptionist was not calling...she didnt come to the door...nothing. I received a call from your office at 4:38pm by that time I was headed home. I was told the office close at 4:30pm...so why would the receptionist call me AFTER the office is closed? I would not answer the phone because I was too upset..I listened to the message later and she said she came out to find me and my car was gone...really?? After the office was closed...now you want to find ME?! And to make matters worse she also stated since I left I could go BACK to the Warren location to see the dentist...which will be hopefully on Monday...so I have to wait Saturday, Sunday and hopefully I will be able to see the dentist on Monday to get this small procedure done? I am sending this message because NO patient should be treated this way...I was more than willing to wait...I never got sarcastic or even raised my voice to the receptionist...she had to know what the situation would be...simple communication could have solved this simple problem.

Where should I start, from my first appointment it was great. I was nervous and they calmed all my fears. Dr. McElrath should be the dentist of the year. She is patient and truly concerned about her patients. Everyone should come see her also a beautiful spirit as well great a staff.

This place was unbelievably Awesome. Dawn is excellent in explaining the procedures and images. The Doctor ( darling young lady )was great and made you feel comfortable. She also explained things were you really understood what was going to happen before she started. The receptionist was quick and I was in and out of there in no time. The facility was clean and staff is friendly. Really enjoyed my visit.

The doctor and hygienist were very gentle with my children, and super nice. The doctor regularly asked how my daughter was doing, and even joked around to make her laugh. The doctor pays very good attention to detail, and so would definitely recommend her. The receptionist is also very kind. All around, all the staff is really nice, and they have a good environment.

Medical staff is very professional and courteous to patient medical needs. Dental office has up to date technology to provide comprehensive services to every patient, short wait time and knowledge staff providing quality care . Sincerely grateful to have a dental facility in the community providing services to low income residents.

Really enjoyed the visit to the dentist. I did not have to wait in the lobby long. If I did I would not have mind. The waiting room was clean, the TV monitor was informative. The designed of the waiting room made me feel very comfortable . When my name was called I was greeted with a smile everytime. The staff and the doctor were great. I walked into the dentist office not feeling good about smiling and walked out with a big smile on my face. Great team, wonderful staff, and service.

Kind and considerate personal care

Very knowledgeable and accommodating. I had another appointment scheduled pretty closely to the dentists appointment, and instead of cancelling they let me leave and come back to finish my cleaning when I was done with the other appointment. Explained insurance costs and pricing to me, and made sure I was taking advantage of the most affordable options. All in all I was very happy with the experience and will definitely be back!

I just took my four-year-old and my one year-old for their first dental check ups in their life. The dentist was so nice and personable that I really thought she was the nurse. It was clean and sophisticated and they made sure of the children were happy from start to finish. I have no negative things to say about this place I plan to come here when it is my turn

All attendants and doctor were very pleasant and professional to work with. They were not pushy about recieving any care and are open to working with whatever situation you may have. You can tell they really care about the health of their patients more than making money off of them. I would recommend then to anyone.

The staff are so friendly and welcoming and they make you feel at ease when coming in for treatment. They explain everything being done and answer all questions you may have. Getting to the interns and other staff working with the dentist.... they make you feel comfortable. The dentist Dr. Case is awsome. He’s a real human being and is great at what he does. The interactions are sincere and not just to kill the awkwardness... my results are always great (cleaning & extraction). I didn’t feel a thing!

Had a cleaning today. The office was able to fit me into their tight schedule despite being a walk in. I had a great experience. The hygienist, Dawn, did an amazing job, and totally pain free! Will come back for my dental care again and will tell everyone I know about MCDC 😃

I had a good experience with staff. I dont like getting dentist stuff done because Im very sensitive to pain, but they take care of me, by numbing my mouth real good.

I do love the staff. I had issues with the doctors. Every year I come I there I get a different doctor, and when i get my cavities filled it comes off. I get yelled it like i was the only person in the world have gum diaease. I didnt like Dr. Lee at all. I stop coming there about a year then deceide to come back this year. I had a new doctor he was nice but I just dont like how thy do my cavities. One cavity I got filled came off two weeks later. Im going to a new dentist to see how they do right now.

From the moment I walked in until the moment I left everybody was very polite.. I was able to get my appointment moved from late March to today and they removed the tooth all in 1 day.. I love this office. The employees are so nice and caring. The office is clean and inviting. Now for the website. I’m not happy with the people doing tbt live chat. I missed a few appointments. I informed them the text messaging was not working. They treated me as if I was a liar. Because on their end my number was set up for text appointment reminder. I never received any text. They where rude and inconsiderate.

My experience was terrible!! I wouldnt recommend anyone... Dr. Lee has a lot more to learn other than English & Dentistry..., he has a problem with young black men... After I asked for another dentist to get a second opinion, he asked me to wait in the lobby, because the other doctor was with other patients.. Well, because I had already came on an emergency, I didnt mind the wait.. After 3 people had gone back.. I was the only one in the waiting area.. Next thing I know 2 Security Guards showed up to escort me out.. Then he tried to hand me a flyer with another dentist information.. Needless to say I didnt accept, & left.. For future references, the staff was very nice... Dr. Lee is petty!
