Please do not go here…Bad service..The wait time unbearable..It’s people that had an appointment at 10:30 they didn’t leave until 3:00..very slow..They schedule too many customers appointments at the same time knowing the staff can’t pull through.. The inside small so everyone is close together…Man this is the worst Dental office down Six mile..Listen I don’t care if you have a BAD I mean BAD Toothache PLEASE DO NOT GO HERE

First appointment made, my daughter and I were there in an overly crowed waiting room, after waiting over an hour.. I asked another patient how long they’d been waiting, she said since 10 a.m, and it was after 1:00 p.m!! So I goes up to the receptionist and ask her to give me an appointment, where I’m the first person.. well that day came and several of us had the same appointment.. needless to say, u have to see different dentist for different things🤔 I actually had to wait an hour just for another dentist to look at something so simple, after waiting, the new dentist was clueless.. my daughter said she got her teeth cleaned but they didn’t floss😩 they told her to come back at 3 for the fillings(why couldn’t the dentist who were there do it)? She went back and they told her they was too busy to do it that day😂 issa helll no for me

This place is the worst dental office I’ve ever been to in my life. You’ll be waiting all day even if you schedule an appointment. The staff are slow and the service is terrible. I’ve been going here for years and it’s always the same. They schedule all appointments at the same time which is ridiculous if I have a 12:30 appointment I should never leave at 5:00. DO NOT EVER GO HERE

Worse place ever but I knew better from going previously over the years. Went in on Frywith tooth pain. All I needed was it pulled. Took my money for being seen, filled out paperwork, then after waiting was told because I have straight Medicaid I will HAVE TO HAVE GAS AND IT WOULD COST ME ON THE SPIT 75$!!!!!. I have never heard of that, I have Medicaid because Im on a fixed income, I dont have 75$. What happened to the shots in the gums then pull the tooth out. That was always free. I had to leave in pain, after 3 weeks still in pain in search for a dentist.

I showed up at 11 am for my 11 am appointment and I wasnt seen until 2:44pm.But the cleaning was sufficient.I will never utilize their services again.

Wish I wouldve read reviews prior to appointment. Appt time was 11am today, it is now 12:28pm. Checked back with receptionist twice during this time and was told only one person ahead of me. I would not recommend!

Rude owner some staff rude. Unprofessional. Will inquire billing to your insurance company dental work you didnt ask for or agree to. Then get upset when you speak of this or question it, it seemed like fraud to me..god gone get the owner when she goes out of business.. ppl where complaining left and right while i was there. They pulled my tooth that could of just been filled to me a way to get more money! Do not go to them for service.

I went here to get service done and when I tell you my experience what’s the worse I have ever experienced in a professional health care center ... The receptionists some are very nice and others where rude The meat up this is I was in pain trying to get service done my insurance company went through every precaution every loop they could to make sure i was Active and covered for the services when they needed an approval to do the services which normally takes 48 hours they did it in a day for me because I was in so much pain the compassion that my insurance carriers had for me to do whatever it took to make sure that I can get seen and then I can get service so that I wouldn’t go another day in pain which I had already been 3 to 4 days in pain back and forth to the dentist office . When they finally The approval code to do the services Mr. Ilitch didn’t want to do the services for 24 hours after the insurance company called them three times to verify that it was OK and gave them a reference number so that they knew it was OK to do the services and he still refuse to do the services due to the fact that he thought they might change their mind and renege on the payment so I have to go in pain for extra 24 hours because he feels he might not get paid how is that possible when I’m your client and you care more about the money then your client returning or having a service done you allow me to leave an office in severe pain in fear of not getting paid well I would never come here again and never refer anyone else to this place again because he put money before the welfare of his clients. And im post on FB and all Social media networks and word-of-mouth this place is not fit to serve anyone. And yes I went somewhere else and im reporting them to the BBB everyone else should too

The wait is ridiculous.Service is ok once you finally get back. My first time coming I had a bad toothache and walked in. I expected for there to be a wait with me not having an appointment. But, while waiting I heard people complaining about having an appointment at 1 pm and It was 3 pm. I got back there at 4:30.2nd-time which is now that Im writing this, I have an appointment to remove the wisdom tooth giving me the pain. My appointment was at 1 pm. I got here at 12:56, signed in and Im still waiting for my name to be called. Its 2:55 pm. Why? When I had an appointment 2 hours ago and people coming in after me have been going back before me.

I made an appointment for 11 am. I went to sign in and was greeted with and attitude from the receptionist and the manager. When I asked for the supervisor, she greeted me rudely and wasnt concerned that I was upset by the rude behavior from her staff. The lobby was over crowded, patients were waiting outside the building where chairs has been closely placed. Social distancing was not being followed. This organization needs new leadership whom is willing to follow covid-19 guidelines.

My family been coming here since I was 12 years old. I am currently 40. The owner/office manager Judy or Julie was very rude. Was told to go to another place as she threw her hands up in my face. They kept calling me making appointments and then when I got to the office said I dont have insurance. Which I did. Delta dental has confirmed with them several times. Tried to stay here long as I could. I actually love dr ilitch. But I dont think he knows what goes on up front. Long wait time,rude and very unprofessional. But she doesnt care about losing a loyal customer. Knowing the black community is there on deck. Please find a dentist office who appreciates you and your business. Definitely not McNichols dental.

This place is so Unorganized The staff is very Rude, They have arm security Without having any markings of a security guard. This is the first Dentist is office that I’ve went to in my 30 seven years of life that haD Arm security.

I received excellent care at Dental Care Management today! I was a new patient and a walk-in and everything (x-rays, exam, cleaning, one extraction, and one filling) was completed in one visit! I experienced no pain, and they were considerate enough to numb my mouth before the cleaning because how sensitive my teeth were. Everyone was kind, cheerful and great at what they did -- from the front office to the back. I highly recommend Dental Care Management. No need to delay visiting the dentist!

My experience here was pretty good, didnt wait too long, all the staff were nice and professional. Carrie was very sweet and informative and made me feel very comfortable given the situation. My son and I were in and out in a timely fashion. I believe the people here really care and I appreciate them. This was our first time here, but Id gladly go back.

This place keeps you here far too long. No consideration of your time. Theyll give 10 people the same appointment time and take walk-ins. Youll sit at least an 11/2 even if youre the first one there. I would not recommend this please at all.

I was in a lot of pain but I did a walk in and I was very greatful they help me with my anxiety made me feel very comfortable and did a great job Thank you Dr Mohamed and staff the wait was 3 hrs but it was worth the wait Thanks again

If I could give no star I would, they are unprofessional, borderline rude ! Called my mother three days in a row,gave her false information as to what available, when she got there the woman behind the glass ask her why was she there? She said to pick up and be fitted, the chick tells her that no one called and nothing was ready!!!! The service is horrible!!! The staff is beyond rude and the wait is crazy!!! 4 plus hours to be seen with a appointment or walk in......I wish it was a way to give them a negative star.....Due to the location and some of the weird ppl that comes in there, they (the staff) treats EVERYBODY like Crackheads!!!! The dentist put the black filling towards the front of my mouth so when I smile you can see the black from the filling.....I had a perfect smile until I let them in my mouth......I have really good dental insurance they just took it among themselves to give me the black filling instead of asking me if I wanted the white filling!!!! I wish it was a way to have this office SHUT DOWN FOR GOOD!!!!! Please I warn you If you love your teeth DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT trust them with your teeth......I dont care if its an EMERGENCY and they are the only ones open.......STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

I was in pain I was let right in ..... Front desk was amazing. they must of changed management or something ...... the wait wasnt to bad either. I think the way I was crying the dentist could of gave me a shot in the mouth or something but that me just being a brat no empathy at all anyways I still got in and out everyone was pleasant...

These new people they have working there does not do their job! make sure I call every six months for my appointment. Whoever answered the phone gave me the ok to come, I get there and get turned around because it wasn’t within the 6 month period to be seen for my insurance. Total inconvenience!

This dental office got me fired from calling me none stop and refuse to fax over my ex Rays to my new dentist so unless you want to be fired from your job and not be able to get exrays faxed over then you may not want to go here

Horrrible the dentist are great, the front desk rude as hell. Girls in back are nice. Had to go back twice and still same problem pieces of teeth left in from them pulling one tooth that didnt need to be pulled. I will go to another dentist to fix the problem i never wanna see thst place again its like a butcher shop, dont go here please..., just horrible

This place is horribly dirty and outdated I was made to pay for dentures that did not fit correctly for my wife so which made them unusable and I had a crown and tooth fillings fall out of my mouth which I had to have repaired at another dental office. I tried to discuss this with the owner but never received a call back after multiple attempts very unprofessional stay clear of this place.

This place is terrible. I went to get my teeth pulled by Dr.Davis, she had no regard of the pain I was in while taken out my teeth, on top of that she took out a tooth I didnt know she was taken and left the tooth that really needed to be taken out. I had to go back to tell her that she took the wrong tooth and she tried to past the blame to someone else for the mistake, she showed no concern . Not only did she leave a bad tooth but she also left piece of another tooth still in my mouth😡😡😡. I wouldnt good there for toothpaste at lease not to see Dr. Davis

I only gave them a one star because I didnt have a choice. This place is horrible... customer service is horrible. They schedule you for 9:00 am for services but not to mention that they didnt open the doors until 6 minutes after 9:00 an when the young lady opened the door she closed it back while we were standing at the door. RUDE!!!!!So with that being said they still didnt call anyone in the back until 9:24. Not to mention we are only here for denture fitting. They said it only takes 10 minutes and now here it is 11:30 am an Im walking out the door. ☹️😤😡😱😨😭😡😡😡😡😱😱
